[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Customer harassment!

please tell me after booking in how many days i get a cylender, and what is the time period of booking.

Do this sight management taking any action against those foulty side? I haven't seen or heard that.

Indane Gas Agency — no response on phone

I have a gas connection no. 13376 of ess bee enterpries situated at shop no. 1, pocket-B, Sheikh Sarai New Delhi .The complaint is regarding booking of cooking gas on phones.The phone no provided by the gas agency are[protected] &[protected], which are either engaged or not picked by someone. In case someone has picked the phone he refused to book the cooking gas and all the time I have to go there.The booking office is far from my house and no transport is avialable.Is there is someone which can look in to the matter, so that my time could be save.

I don't know ab this site and what they do, but I can sure that if you go through RTI, you will see the very surprising results. You can also take the action against this type of PSU or corrupt people, Please file an RTI application and seek all the information, whatever it may be, status of all new gas connection and allotted in order, what is the current status, why not putting the add, tel no and distributorship no. everything, which you need to proov them corrupt. just send rs. 10 postal order. make sure to take the action as you suffered but don't let suffer some one else and also its your responsibility to make aware others please let me know if anymore info require "[protected]@yahoo.com". for more info ab RTI visit.

Sir, my complain is against bajrang gas agency, marhawra, dist saran.sir es agency me gas ki jis date ko dilevry hoti hai us ke one month bad booking hoti hai aur uske one month bad dilevery.yani ek cylender milne me kam se kam 2 mahine lagte hai. U can confirm this on this no. [protected].

nobody pickup phone whenever you try for booking.
everytime phone is busy or ringing continuously.
this complain is for siddhivinayak gas agency at kothrud, pune.
i am tired after this much try for booking on phone.

I am Sri Chandra Nath Ghosh, resideing at Vill- Naita, P.O.- Champadanga, Dist- Hooghly, Pin-712401, under Tarakeswar Police Station. I have repeatedly gone to our nearest Indane Gas dealer at Tarakeswar for a new connection since 8 months but they repeatedly refused to take the application as they shows the reason that the connection not issued at that time. As a result I and my family badly suffer for a new connection. I have gone another Indane Gas dealer under Jangipara Police Station but they refused to issue the connection as my residence is not under that Police Station.

Therefore, request to you kindly take necessary action whereas I can get a new connection and oblige.

I having two cyllender of 5 kg. Right for the customer refill 5 kg cyllender with in 10-15 days, but agent of JK Enterprises is not only booked but also give when meet him. & dishaviour to all customer. All customer is very difficult position to this agency. So plz serously interest in this matter.

Dev agency delivery guys are very worst in character and behavior.especially a men who is delivering to arcot road, vadapalani is very worst in his behavior.such persons should be taken out from job immediately.we have complained to Dev agency till now they did not take any step.the guy who is tall and black in colour behave indecently and he gives no respect to ladies.

We have gas connection of Indane in Ansals group, Vaishali nagar, Jaipur. Customerservice here do not pick up calls and keep phone busy, they avoid doing so and disconect the calls.
After that we contact them personally and get the new gas after 10 days from the Day of booking.
Very slow system of working here has been found.Strict action should be taken against them.

I want to get a new gas Connection of Indane gas. I am trying since last two years. But M/S. Novelty Gas Service, Bagbazar, Chandannagar, Dist.- Hooghly, West Bengal, always telling that booking for new gas connection is closed. Please let me know how can I get new connection in this situation.

Indane Gas Agency — agency not providing cylender

sir, i am using indane gas and my cust. no. is 9690 in GULABI BAGH GAS SERVICE, E-131, SHASTRI NAGAR DELHI -110052.i am using one cylender and i have applied for one more cylender in the agency but they rejected my application and said that i am not giving you cylender, you can go anywhere for complaint.
Sir I request you please solve my problem.

I have single cylinder connection, I booked a culinder on 29/08/09, booking no11831, they said it well take time for about 15 day to 20 days from the date of booking. I am customer from January 1, 1999. I pray and apply for the double (one more cylinder) cylinder, when I asked them, they told when you will be eligible for the double cylinder we sent the massage now you can wait and see. When I asked to the supplier number of times how much time take for the double cylinder? they fill-up a form with called the form of registration for the double cylinder, and after that it also past more than one year. My question is the same to you when I can eligible for double cylinder? And also my apple they do not able to give me double connection then they supply my booking as soon as possible (with in two days).

please help me. i m in a awful situation.
and please let me know how many days will required to relief from the situation (Connection of double cylinder). It also inform you that still in this month (September 2009) they supply new connection. [

The delivery boy is asking for tips extra, if not paid showing as Door lock, we have booked on 22/8/2k9 till today not delivered when contacted they said the door is locked.we both are employees the supply bou knows we are available after 4pm.Purposefully showing as door lock.please help us.

in this agency taking extra 50 or 100 rupees due to not matching of cylinder serial no.
the agency empoly are so rude and taking extra money.

All the customers are not so educated so they cant complent on your site. We are facing the problem for each and every time. We have to wait for atleast One monrth. Request you to take necesary action on the delar and do the needful to all the customers.
