MISBEHAVE BY THE INDANE GAS AGENCY WORKERS,DONOT ATTEND THE PHONE CALLS FOR BOOKING ,EXTREMELY BAD DELIVERY........
USE BAD WORDS EVEN IF THEY ATTEND THE PHONE CALLS OR IF WE VISIT THE OFFICE....

Indane Gas Agency — CHARGES

I WANTED TO HAVE A NEW GAS CONNECTION.THE AGENCY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR BURNER
RS 1800/. IN THE EVENT I DONT PURCHASE BURNER FROM THEM I HAD TO SHELL OUT RS 500/
AGAINST THEIR PROFIT MARGIN ON BURNER. IS IT MANDATORY TO PURCHASE BURNER FROM SAME AGENCY WHEREFROM GAS CONNECTION IS TAKEN?

I am having a Consumer No. 22734 in the name of Chandra Prakash Goel with the NIRMAL GAS Agency Pilakhwa Distt. Ghaziabad, ph. No.[protected], 0322100 Partapur road, Pilakhwa.

I booked for Gas cylinder on 15.9.2010 with an assurance that the cylinder will
be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been
delivered till date.
The gas agency boy is not comming.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay.
They also harass
me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond
positively.i think the people
in Nirmal Gas agency may selling the gas outside, pls take immidiate action.

Mahi gas agency not responding for gas connection transfer.

Dear Sir,
I am a Government Officer, transferred to Vadodara from Jamnagar In Gujarat state.
I have submitted my cylinder & regulator to Ms Shree Jamnagar Cetral cons. Co-op. stores Ltd Jamnagar & got the termination voucher No [protected] on 1112010.
Following is My problem:
1, Hariom gas agency's demanding Rs. 2350 by refusing giving any detail.
2, Even though I agree to pay demanded amount, but he denied to give me connection.
3, Way of talking was not proper, speaked in non respective manner.
4, His subordinate staff tallied me that U go out, otherwise Owner will through out u out of office.
5, Now where to go for Registration?, my residence is Inside Shee Shree Hari Township ( A -21 Gokul Tenements, Ajava road Vadodara) Mob. No. [protected]

Indane Gas Agency — Late Delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am writing this mail from North West Delhi, Rani Bagh, Flat No. 95 Jagriti Appt., Capt. Satish Marg, Near Rani Bagh, Delhi - 110034. I had booked the gas personally on 16/11/2010 ( Gas No. RP-3057) through the Rani Bagh gas agency because they are not picking up the phone. And till today i haven't received the gas (30/11/2010). And when i go there personally to inquire about the same they told me that they have delivered it already on 23/11/2010 but i haven't received it. And i have observed that the delivery boys also sell the gas in black to daabas and others. Thats why we are facing the problem in getting gas in time and in the agency they tell them that they have delivered it to the customer which is very wrong. And sometimes the Gas also come less.
I hope you will take the strict action against it.

dear sir, i m vikas srivastava, having conn. of indane gas from balsundar gas agency meerut U.P. with connection no.11384.i found in the agency that there is no rules &regulation of delivering the cyl. unless u must go to agency 3 to 4 times, the whole process takes about one month&other agency in meerut deliver with in a week.second, gas agency becomes black marketed agency, if you have to pay Rs900 for a cylinder then YOU must get cyl. with in a hour that is not possible for every customer.thirdly, fully filled gas is not delivered.i always take cly. after weighing and found 3rd or 4th cyl with actual weight.i also get some cly. with water filled.i have proof of it. thanks

Indane Gas Agency — Non delivery of Gas cylinder

Dear Sir,

I am an Indane Customer No is 17621. I have booked for home delivery on 23.02.11. But till date I have not recd the cylinder. Neither the Agency person are picking the phone No. [protected].

Sir kindly help me a service man and I have to leave for my office early morning & come late night.

according to the consumer protection act 1986, you can go to the consumer courts and consumer courts settle the grievances of consumers in a simple, easy and non-expensive way..

misbhave by the dyal gas agency nakodar city distt jalandhar pb. worker ashwani do not attend the phone calls for booking if he attend the phone his behave is very bab. i hope u will must action against ashwni

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the customer of Indane Gas bearing the No: C-26885, i am operating the account through Ram Chander & Sons Agencies, Address: Both No. 2, Sector 30-C, Chandigarh. . We have this connection from last 6-7 odd year.
1. First thing is i have booked for refill of cylinder on 06.04.2011 but did not recieved the supply after 14 days.
2. Second thing is i have tried to contact the agency on telephone for booking and other information but no one is picking up the phone and always they keep the phone lines busy and they give no response about it.
3. Third thing is when customer going to the dealer as reported in many cases can be avoided and harassed and also consumers crowded in the office.
4. Last & important thing is i am very much sure that the Vendars or delivery boy has black the Gas Cylenders on extra price thats why we are not received Gas Cylender on time
Please take immediate action about it, so that in future no harassment was given to me by Ram Chander & Sons Gas Agency in future.

Indane Gas Agency — extra amount collected

the person who comes to deliver the gas collects rs.370 while the bill is only for rs.352. this has been happening forever and if we question him he gives an inappropriate answer. we tried contacting the agency but their answer was not satisfactory.

WE ARE from NAGLI DARI EXTENSION, BAPROLA, NAJAFGARH. NEW DELHI 110043. and my gas agency name is
GEMINI ENTERPRISES.(tehsil najafgarh new delhi-110043) which is situated at Najafgarh. this si authorised gas agency of INDANE (indian oil) in the state of new delhi of Indane.WE ARE indane gas customers we all booked the cylinder in after every 20 days but distibuters worker dont recieve phone and they says do complain by computer but if we complain on computer they does deliver LPG cyliender.if we tried on phone they does not recieve, if we go there they says don't come because WE CAN ONLY GIVE ONE GAS CYLIENDER IN 40 DAY THIS IS RULE.

sir i have no any idea about that we are all belong from middle class they also sayswhy don't you all purchase black gas cylied of LPG in 700 of rupees from us sir what is this they aslo mis behaving .

sir kindly solve our problem as much as earlier because we have complaint so may times but they does not solve our problem, even they are all says complaint do any where " tum hamara kya bigard loge" HUM 40 KYA 60 DIN ME EK CYLIENDER DENGE JAO JAHAN COMPLAIN KARNA HAI KARO.CHAHE HEAD OFFICE ME YA CONSUMER COURT ME.
JYADA BOLOGE TO CYLIENDER HAMAESHA BLACK SE HI KHARIDANA PADEGA". HUM DELIVER NAHI HONE DENGE.

Amar Gas Service, Bihari Colony is not accepted our transfer connection as we transfered from Sahibabad,

I think such kind of employee should be terminated immediately.
Such employee runs the agency as per their rules.

I think Govt should sent all the indane gas employee to home for long leave.
Agancy should be run by Private companies.

I can use very rough language in front of such kind of Indane employees, but think about the long term.

I also have been got harasment by indane employees...

Indane Gas Agency — Gas not available on time

i have told many times on counter please provide us a cylinder in a month. but they did not provide. i have booked my gas before 17 days ....booking no is 2223. the cylinder deliver person provide a damaged cylinder which can cause an accident. he took that cylinder but he did not send that cylinder till now.
i request you please take some hard steps to solve my problem. i need on cylinder in one month.
