Sir,
Maruti Gas Agency put them phone " themna beou phone no[protected], 2633646 side per muki detha che te o phone Upadta nath" Constantly I am trying since 05 days, but constantly them phone enagaged.

Last time refilling with gather food in hotel for two days due to reason of dealy of delivery.

I also trying to complain at "Consumer Forum" we are fed from this agency if your are not taken proper action, I also Legally Challange to your company.

gas cylinder — Guruprasad Indane Gas center not pick phone

The complaint is regarding Guruprasad Gas center (Code[protected] . They are the the worst supplier first of all dont pick up the phone as if they will pick somebody will book Gas cylinder.
Worst part is that they trfy to avoid customers.
If this is the service they will provide how they can give service to customer.
I really want to put this in notice of all senior persons of Indane Gas co. and request them to look into this matter.

gas cylinder — Delays in Double Cylynder since approx 12 Months

Hello,
I am writing from Faridabad, Haryana. I tried for 12 months to get double cylender and have contacted them several times. Whenever I contact them for double cylender everytime they said its not available for now and contact them later after a couple of months.

I requested them like anything.. but they won't listen and asked me to do whatever i can and complain where ever i wish.

WHAT A BAD RULE AND RUDE WAY TO TALK TO THE CONSUMERS.

PLease Bharat gas officials, if you are listening then i hope you will take care of the issue. My vendor is Rathi Gas Agencie, at Sarai, Faridabad Haryana.

This is to draw your kind attention that we are having two consumer number . 611226 and 612668 . your Dealer is M/s NATHANY ENTERPRISE , Address 44A , Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road Kolkata - 700 016 Phone No.#[protected] / 3959 .
Who is a dealer of Hindustan Petroleum .

Before we had only one consumer no. 611226 which is in my mother name Mrs. Josephine Baptist , of 80D, Elliot Road Kolkata -700016 ,contact no #[protected] , where your supply of gas was after 10 days . But since the supply of had increased from 10 days to 21 days , We again had booked another gas cylinder in my wife name ,the consumber no. is 612668 name Mrs Nibedita Baptist of 80D Elliot Road Kolkata - 700016 contact no. #[protected] , Just to avoid the crisis we had booked another gas cylinder , But its very unfortunate that we never get gas on time after booking its always take more that 21 days .
I had booked the gas of consumer no. 612668 one week back and again 3 days back where the refill no was 78. last gas received of consumer no. 612668 was 22/01/2008 , and today its already 15th february 2008 which is more than 21 days .
After not receive the cylinder till now , I had visited the dealer TODAY 15/02/2008 at 9:10 A.M M/s NATHANY ENTERPRISE and spoken to Mr. Kaushik Sengupta about the cylinder and requested him to give me supply today but one Gentleman sitting beside him was very rude with me saying that he will not be able to give the cylinder today you just go from here and we will send accordingly to our schedule and we cannot do anything as there is delay from Hindustand Petroluem, Its very strange that the people dosen't know how to speak to a customer .And I am having a 2 year old child which you understand the problem I am facing and we are member of 6 persons ,Its not possible for us to take food from outside.
Please ask people how to handel and speak with the customer .

I hope you will understand my problem and try to solve it at the earliest .

Indane Gas — Delay of cylinder

My consumer no. is 1866. This is my father Sh. Hardev Singh's account . My distributor is S.B Enterprises located at Shekh Sarai, Near Chirag Delhi. I booked personally thrice my gas on 23 August, 26 august and 1st of September but my gas not yet come. They did not give us booking numbers. My both cylinder have been empty. I fill 2 kg gas from market @ 50 Rs per Kg. I had lots of problems because of gas. May I know why these people make us fool? Please solve my problem. Reply and action as soon as Looking forward to your reply.

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Seyed Mohammad Ghazi an Iranian nationality, am doing PhD in physics in pune university. I have booked for supply of Gas Cylinder on 31.10.2008 with NCL Gas distributor, next to National Chemical Lab., NDA Road, Pune for consumer no. 628603 and was informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 1week (i.e. 7 days). Till now nothing has been delivered to us even after 3 times going there and reminding them about the delay. Due to my lab work i am not able to go tho this distributor every day and whenever I inquiry through the phone they simply cut the phone. This is not the first time that it happens. Every time after booking I have to go there and remind them their delay. Hope some responsible officer in HP investigate about this problem and make them to provide better service.

iam complaining against ur dealer my gas reg.no is 602329 i go them to book my gas cylender on 12th of february and they put it on hold and booked my gas cylender on 16th of february and did'nt gave us booking no. when we ask them to give sir ur gas agency of hp is in bawana delhi code is 110039 sir there behaviour against coustomers is very bad they never treat coustomers politely they never attend phone calls when we call them to book our gas cylender i have not recive any gas cylender from 12th feb till today sir im humbely requesting u to take hard action against them

My Consemer ID No 62230 and my agency name is M/s Anand Gas Agency, Ashok Naagar, Ranchi 834002, Jharakhand. I booked a gas cylinder on 21 Mar 09 for refill and it has not been delivered till date. On contacting the agency they are saying that the refill cylinder will be issued in a day or to, but till date it has not been delivered. You are requsted to look into.

I am customer of M/s satyam gas agency, tamnar Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) for gas cylenders. the telephone of the agency [protected] for booking purposes and whenever gas has booked through phone booking i.e 1382 the cylender never delivered to us.
My customer no. is SI2033 and i have booked cylender on 25/07/2009 on PHONE booking., but still there is no delivery.
I always face this problem with this agency

I had Booked online for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 03.10.2009 vide order reference no.360577 but yet today on 14.10.2009 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to me from the distributor of Ashwini Enterprises at Delhi. Please help me and take appropriate action.

We booked our cylinder at Raghu Gas Agency, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon on 28/10/2009. Till today i.e 10/12/2009 they didn't delivered the cylinder, after complaining many a times.

My consumer no. is 3139. My distributor is ALFA INDANE located at Sudershan Apartment Kachanartoli, Hatia, Ranchi-834003, Jharkhand. I booked for gas cylinder on 2nd day of December, 2010 but no delivery has been done yet till 21-12.2010. My booking number is 199. I requested their employees 51 times by phone call. I also requested personally. He made also delivery slip but gas cylinder has not been delivered yet now. He delivered in my presence to others taking excess payment. Please look into the matter why gas cylinder has not been delivered to me in 20 days and solve the problem. how can we manage 30 days for eight heads.
shakti gas agency sector 4 was not send the cylinder before 20 days if we ask for the same they repleid gas was not supplied from your end.
please take nesacery action in this regards.
