[Resolved]  Indane Gas Cylinder — Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I am an Indane Gas subscriber and my service connection number is 79219. I had booked on 13th Octobber 2012 my request for supply of new cylinder and my booking reference number was given as 357013. Now 13 days have passed since I booked for the supply of new cylinder. So far there is no information when the supply would be effected. My wife and I intend to attend weddings and other functions next month and we will be away from town for most part of that month. Unless steps are initiated to effect the delivery when we are in town we would be put lot of difficulty for want of the new cylinder. Apart from both o[censored]s there is no other occupant to whom we can delegate the authority to receive the gas cylinder. I therefore request you to kindly arrange to supply the new cylinder at the very earliest, so that it would assure us mental satisfaction that we do not run out of supply of gas and would ensure peace of mind, apart from carrying on the domestic chores unhindered.
