My cosumer (Customer) No. is 11383. I booked for a refill on 03/09/2014, booking no. is 706171. Till date, even after 22 days of booking, I did not receive any information about when I will get the refill. The distributor, Survey Park Gas Service, as usual does not response as their telephones are always deliberately disconnected. I am fed up with this Dealer .. Kindly do the needful so that I get the refill at our earliest.

Got the booking no as 220069 & Cash memo as [protected] generated
but till date we hv not received my cylender. please do the needful.

i have booked my a cylinder on 12.11.2014 my account no cx.5105719, how much time it takes for delivery of the cylinder,
MY CONSUMER NO IS 11383. I BOOKED FOR A REFILL, NO.733299 DT. 02/11/2014. AFTER FRUITLESS WAITING FOR 25 DAYS, I LODGED A COMPLAIN NO.1662367, DT.27/11/2014. AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS IN VAIN, I AGAIN TRIED TO LODGE ANOTHER COMPLAIN, BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EXPRESSED THEIR HELPLESSNESS TO NEGOTIATE WITH MY DEALER..

NOW ANY DAY MY PRESENT WORKING REFILL WILL BE EXHAUSTED, THEREAFTER WE WILL BE COMPELLED TO PURCASE ALL THE DAILY COOKED FOOD FROM OUTSIDE WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.
KINDLY ARRANGE FOR ONE REFILL TO TIDE OVER THE IMPENDING CRISIS, WHEN THIS PRESENT WORKING REFILL WILLBE EXHAUSTED, WHICH IS BEING USED FOR MORE THAN 40 DAYS.

my consumer no 07878 with indane and distributor is south end gas distributor in kolkata-- would u please let me know that how many cylinder is left under quota?
My elderly mom has done her booking on 10.11.14 at Nu Home, Kolkata (ph no[protected] her consumer no is 01184, Ph no is [protected] and her booking no is 571152. After almost 2 months, no gas had been delivered, and when she called the said distributor on 02.01.15 at around 11.45 AM, they curtly replied that she has to rebook the cylinder. More importantly, my father being 80 year old - not really a mobile person, they did not leave home within these days so that one can say that the delivery man has came and found the door locked! Now what to do???

I have to collect cylinder from gas godown due to no home delivery facility in my residential area. How should I know the status and when to collect cylinder has become problematic. Software to be developed to know booking status by insering reference number. Consumer No. 506333
