Got the booking no as 853868 but till date no cash memo number has been allotted for the same. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 01400.

I want to know the present status of the same .. when i try the toll free to check the status/complaint -it just repeats the recording version of the procedure of how to register the Aadhaar and how to get the refund of subsidy amount through Bank a/c. This information is to obsolete as on date because these formalities have been by-hearted by all the existing customers. Instead please try to help the consumers by making proper solution of their mostly needed problems for which they are really worried about. Then only this SO CALLED "CUSTOMERS SERVICE" will carry some of its meaning to the customers.
Even itz webservice is not providing the status details ..says in construction. Please don't make it a FUN.


How to track the same ?? one month gonna be over

I am an employee of NTPC Ltd & now I am posted at Hazaribagh (Jharkhand) site. I am a bonafide customer of Indane Gas since 1989. Recently I have booked (Booking no. 264752 dtd. 29.11.15) for refilling of my Gas cylinder & accordingly cash memo no. [protected] dtd 09.12.15 was generated to deliver the same. But it is regretted to inform you that till date no delivery of Gas was done by my Gas Agency M/S Tushar Gas Agency. It is very surprising to me that after booking of 10 days cash memo was generated & after generation of cash memo, till date no gas has been delivered. In totality even after expiring of 23 days, no gas has been delivered. I had tried so many times to contact to M/S Tushar Gas Agency through telephone but no body is taking my phone. It happened earlier also. We are on mercy of the Agency.
It is very serious matter. Please look in to the matter & take n/a in this regard for non repeating the event in future.

Even its web service is not providing the status details ..says in construction
