[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Poor response from Yadu Gas agency, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad(U.P)

Whenever i try to book gas on yadu gas agency, phone no.'s given by this agency always come
busy. So I thought there may be other no.s and i should search on but found the same problem
with each & everybody. if phone is picked then they say wrong no. I am really surprised
how such agencies r running.No's given by him r
2896034, 35, 36 and 2895768.

Your agent for gas cylinder supply Yadu Gas Services, at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. the agent has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. but no body can pickup the phone. i was trying last 10 days. one the book ur cylinder then he did't give us booking no.

Futher the qty of gas is very less around 2 to 3 kg less in every cylinders.

Please take strict action for the same.

I am facing similar problems with M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Even the quantity of gas supplied is less; Earlier cylinder lasted upto35-40 days and now it finishes within 20days even though the consumption is less. When you complain to the agency they say take the cylinder afetr weighing but the delivery boy NEVER brings the weighing scale along.I am SHOCKED that despite somany ppl filing complaints, there is NO ACTION yet.

I have gas connection from Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, D-33, Site -4, Sahibabad Induestry area, Ghaziabad and booked gas on dated 10/02/2009 and delivery given on 22/02/2009 on no of times telephonic calls.

The above distributor has been deivered IBP-Cylinder on my home on dated 22/02/2009 being a Indane Customer and the same matter disussed with concerned agency employee Sh Chauchan.

They has been assured that Indion Oil & IBP has been become joint venture so it is not a problem.

So you are requested to concerned officer to kindly confirmed tell us about, is this true.

Scores of people have the same problem. Why is anything not being done about it? Yadu Gas is just harassing consumers. It's high time something is done about them.

How many days to take this?????

Same problem is with me also. Immediate action needs to be taken at this point of time as many o[censored]s are facing such kind of problems on regular basis.

The difference between a public sector and a private sector! Privatisation happened in Telecom sector, Airline sector and all know waht happened to BSNl and Indian airlines...the same thing will happen to Indian Oil..., if the same is privatised? Is nay body listening. All the customer wants is a simple response to a telebooking. Can any body lookinto this and respond.

i am trying to contact yadu gas service since last 3 weeks. they don't pick the phone most of the times. they picked the phone twice and i requested for my booked gas but didn't get the cylender.please tell me what is the way to get the cylender from there.

I am trying to call them to book gas but all the numbers are always busy. How is it possible? This is really very poor service, very disappointing.

I m also trying to book the gas from past 1 week but they are not picking the phone if it rings.. otherwise it is continuously busy .Please improve the process of booking ask them to pick the phone .We are suffering a lot .Service is really bad either in case of booking or delivery.

Sir this complaint is for the misbehaving of your employee Mr Gyan and he gave me cylender whose total weight is 23 kg and when i told him abt this cons then he refunded the money and today 4 days are over but dis not get any cylender..

I am fully agree with all of you. Totally 3rd class Service of Yadu Gas Agency.NO one pics the phone it will keep on ringing. Last Time When I booked the gas the cylinder was not completely filled. We are the 2 members in a family and usually it takes 3 months with 1 cylinder .but last time it finished in one month. So tatal kalabazari is goin on...
I have only single connection and one book my gas then they says that it will take 7 to 8 days.its totally pathetic serviuce.

I will request to look after this agency...some Commitee which can take care of this.

Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.

Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

Please improve upon services of your agents.
