Complaints are correct. Yadu's service is horribile. Their phones ae always busy. Many times I have made complaint to Indian Oil. But they don't take any action. There is noother Indane Distributor in Indirapuram Area . Per force we have to go to Yadu. God know's when Indian Oil will take some action against Yadu

I wonder even if so many o[censored]s post complaints against Yadu Gas Agencies whether we could take any action against them or the web site could do anything against them. These people are surely having a free ride by taking us for a ride.
I went to apply for my 2-cylinder transfer from Bangalore to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. After checking all documents, they asked me to get the photocopy of id proof. After getting it by hurrying to a "nearby" photocopying center and submitting the application, they ask me to come again on 11th with the documents citing there is no stock of regulators.
They need not have asked me to run around to get the photo copy and to later ask me to come on 11th. I wonder why they cannot do the processing instead of making me run around to them on 11th?
Don't we have any other Indane agencies serving this area? or everyone will provide the same harassment as these guys are doing?

Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
Please improve upon services of your agents.
Also, I am calling continuously MrRajesh and Mr Yogesh since last 15 days, everyday they say today you will get the gas, but the result is 0.

Complaint regarding for booking gas refill.

I am a customer of YADU Gas agency and my connection no. is 17572.
Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2896030, 2896031, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036, 2895768 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill i have to try continuously last 20-25 days for booking a refill. But every time all above no's. busy... yadu gas service — never picks phones
the yadu gas agency sahibabad never picks phones of customers even we try to book gas cylinder 50 times but their employee never picks phones. I have a connection with the same agency (Yadu Gas Agency). From last one and half month I am waiting for the GAS refill to arrive. I have booked 24Hrs gas booking and also with the telephone operator twice and asked the delivery person. The delivery person said that the office has misplaced many slips so asked me to book one more time and I have been trying to call them for last 2 weeks either it is busy or the call gets connected to wrong number.
Please take corrective action against the agency.

Is anybody at Indane Mumbai HO listening to these complaints or you people are also deaf as your Yadu agent. I think it is advisable to switch to some other gas service provider. here all people are deaf

I visited their site and found the two ladies who were supposed to take calls have put the receiver on side so that who so ever will call get the busy message, and they were enjoying talking. This is really ridiculous. I don't know if someone actually sees the messages. But for such a nonsense act, there licence should be cancelled

We are not getting proper services from Yadu Gas. There is lot of pilferage in supplies, refills are filled with water to meet the weight, seal are tampered etc. none of the cylinder we received till date have full gas weight.
Kindly guide we are really disappointed and on every replacement of cylinder we feel been cheated again.

I am trying to book my gas on 2906034, 35, 36 from last 10 days but sorry to say that it showing always busy if ringing than no one can pick your phone. Kindly take necessary action against him or customer care executive

Yadu Gas has been a constant pain for the past 2 yrs.

I absolutely agree with this.. 200%. The same problem I am facing for last 4 years. I have decided to write to Indian Oil Corp. and CC it to Yadu Gas.
Don't know what they do the whole day. You will find the phone rings and within a second when you redial the same no. again you will find the no. as busy again after couple of minutes you will find the phone ringing and no one taking the call and again after sometime the above situation is repeated. Are they been paid for only to make personal calls? which seems to be the case.

I am the same sufferror. I had booked my cylinder on 12.11.2010 vide Confirmed booking no. 12552, connection no. 64908, but till date on 20.11.2010 its not delivered even after making call at Complaint cell 4 times. Whenever try to contact Yadu Gas agency firstly phone will be busy otherwise no one pick the phone. This process has to repeat for 7-10 days on every month when have to book the cylinder since last 1 and half year.
Complaint cell everytime give the reason for late supply that supply from back is low. When we conatct to IOL authority they always said NO LOW SUPPLY from our end. I am surprise that if everybody is fine and supply is fine then what is the reason of late supply and poor service from Yadu Gas Agency.

Indane gas, Yadu gas agency, Ghaziabad — difficulty in booking through agency,
It is next to impossible to book for gas on Yadu Gas agency. The two numbers are [protected], [protected].The agency encourages delivery of gas unauthorisedly through middlemen as that is often the only option available for consumers .
And these cylinders given by the workers get over in less than 15 days and often in 10 days.
In Delhi Indian Oil has provided sms service and helpline that is 24 hours there.
That alone can end this.
We are harassed and exploited by this gas agency knowingly or unknowingly .
Kindly get Indian Oil to end this situation and take action against Yadu Gas for not responding to phone calls.
This month in the first week we managed to contact Yadu on its number, the first time in five months, and the lady there suggested the number of the person who drops cylinders in our society. We got a cylinder from him and it is over in 18 days. This is despite the fact that there are only one adult and a child in the family.
We have no way to contact the agency as the numbers remain busy all the time.
