customer service is not good in canara bank, town hall road branch, madurai — they lost my atm application form with photo
i opened a account in canara bank last december, that time i applied for atm card, that card is not get now, my mum went that bank last week at 11 am, they are not give good response, they ask to come after 3.30pm, my mum went another time, they asked to my mum that atm form is not here, say to apply another form for atm card, my mum is 65 aged, they are not give good response to senior citizen. very very worst customer support in canara bank, ramnad road branch...
for opening account taking 2 weeks time.. but after two also no response ..

Im member of canara bank(RAMNAD BRANCH) from JAN 08. i had applied form for ATM card on JAN but till this date i didnt get the card...If i ask in bank they are not giving response...very very very worst customer service in ramnad road branch...
I made an online funds transfer from SBI bank via InterBank Transfer to Canara bank on Aug 29 2008. The amount has not been creditted yet almost 22 days dealy.
We contact the canara bank Manager we informed the above issue and given all theinformation such as NEFT INB No, name, date, amount, ..etc.
As well we contact SBI bank and given all the information, they checked and informed that from SBI to RBI the amount has been credited they told to contact Canara bank as well they are help less.
Since we are making a "n" number of calls and mailling to them but our Beneficiary a/c not been credittied.
Hope Canara bank will improve customer service.

Dear Sir/ MAdamWe having our salary account in SBI bank, Hosur Road, Electronic City, Bangalore.i recieved near by 30 employees account number through bank before 15 days. but still now we didnt recieved those employees ATM cards and cheque book,

when cash is drawn from bank ATM of STATE BANK OF INDIA, its only processing the request of withdraw cash but not exactly delivering the cash out of the machine. Union Bank of India — Wrongly debiting and crediting
Hi,On 7th April'09 Tuesday my accounts was credited INR 20, 000 then i withdrawed INR 5, 000.Now it shows zero balance and when i pulled my mini statment through ATM it shows debit and credit so many times of INR 4000 and INR 5000 without any purpose.
I mean i have not withdrawed INR 15, 000 and it is showing i did which is totally wrong.
Please transfer my INR 15.000 ASAP

Dear Sir,Please be informed that I have an SB A/c NO [protected] at SBI La Martiniere Calcutta Branch..
I have been using my ATM Cum Debit card NO[protected] since opening of my account
and not faced any problem. To day i.e 29.04 2009 the card could not processed and not functioning while I am inserting in ATM Machine to draw my money

I have to submit that on 22.04.09 At around 8:00 PM I visited ATM of Indian Bank, Preet Vihar branch, New Delhi-110092 to withdraw Rs. 15, 000/- through my State Bank of India ATM card but the machine showed TRANSACTION DECLINED. However the said amount has been debited from my SBI SB A/c No. [protected], GT Road Shahdara branch, Delhi..
I request you to kindly take prompt action in the matter and credit the said amount to my abve mentioned account at the earliest.

State Bank of India — WRONG DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT OF Rs 8000
Dear sirI have account no. [protected] in State bank of india Garhdiwala distt. hoshiarpur punjab.
I tried to withdraw the money of Rs 8000 from state bank of patiala ATM Hariana distt Hoshiarpur on[protected]. After 5 minutes of processing it gave no money but a slip written with "unable to process"
but the money wad deducted from the account. Neither the patiala nor SBI Garhdiwal give proper answer.
please look into the matter.as i have already lodged into thye Bangalore.
I used my ATM card( My Saving A/C No.[protected] bank name: State Bank of Patiala, Branch : Power Colony, Ropar) to withdraw Rs. 2000/- from HDFC ATM machine No.E1AWCD12 located at Sector 35C, Chandigarh on dated[protected] round about 19.00-19.30 hours). All the process was completed but actually amount Rs.2000/- did not come out from the machine. I again put my ATM card in the machine but after that it did not process. Then I went to SBI ATM located at Sector 22, Chandigarh and withdrew Rs.5000/- from the ATM and also collected Mini Statement. But I was surprised to see that Rs.2000/- was debited by HDFC ATM machine No.E1AWCD12 from my account during the unsuccessful transactions at the HDFC ATM machine. Due to some technical fault or inconsistency which might have occurred ATM machine, Rs.2000/- were deducted from my account but this money was not received by me.
So please do the needful and reverse Rs. 2000/- in my account.

The public sector banks especially Canara Bank, has grown to the hights only by mear customer service.But Alas I am ashamed to say that now a days the treatment afforded at the branches of Can bank is not as it was. It is my feeling that the earlier moto "Growing to serve and Serving to Grow has been conveniently forgotten.From the mode of business entity coupled with service the Banks have steped in the Governments Departments type of working.Will the Top managements at least create and awareness in the work force the idealoy of Mahatma Gandhi at least now on?
