Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with State Bank of India, Rajender Nagar Patna (SB Account No.[protected]. I used my ATM card No.[protected] for withdrawing money of Rs.3000 & 2500 at Indusland Bank, Preet Vihar, Delhi. ATM on 10.08.2009 Evening. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined for the reason unable to process . But subsequently, when I Print mini statement, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.3, 000/- & 2, 500/- was debited on 10.08.2009 towards my ATM card No.[protected] operation .
Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount which was wrongly deducted from my State Bank of India Savings Bank Account No.[protected].

I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 6, 000/- on 11.08.2009 around 8.00PM through my SBI ATM Card No[protected] from my Account No [protected] at SBH ATM ID No S1AN 20054701 and Andhra Bank ATM ID No. NCS 14001, at Adilabad Town (A.P.). However the amount could not be withdrawn due to non functioning of these ATM’s and I did not get any currency notes for these two transactions at different places in Adilabad town from these ATM’s. Then I went to SBH ATM ID No S1AN 20012201 for withdrawing of amount and there also no withdrawal could not taken place, but the Mini Statement for my account shows the withdrawal of Rs. 6, 000/- on 11.08.2009, whereas actually no currency notes could be withdrawn from any of these three ATM’s. I further checked the Mini Statement for my account on 12.08.2009 and still it was showing an amount of Rs. 6, 000/- debited on 11.08.2009.
You are requested to look in to the matter and get back this amount of Rs. 6, 000/- credited to my SBI Account No [protected] being maintained by me at your SBI Adilabad Branch (Code No 6644), as I am not sure due to which of the ATM’s fault this amount has been debited from my account, whereas actually neither any currency notes nor any transactions slip came out from any of these ATM’s for this transactions.

The concern is that on 30th Aug '09 i tried to withdrawal the money from SBI ATM Yamuna Vihar Delhi 53 at 06:30 am for Rs 5000/- but couldn't withdrawal because i got an error "time Out" after that i pressed the cancel key and went to Central Bank ATM at Yamuna Vihar to withdrwal the money when i checked my balance i was shocked that 5000/- Rs had been debited from my account. valid up to 07/12,) of rupees 995. then i cheked my account balance in an ATM the amount is reduced two times but i have purchased only once on 23/11/2009 .After that i went to the shop ,they told me this is the problem of Bank processing, then I went to Indian Bank of noida 16 Branch they told me that Write an application in the name of your Branch Manager
regarding this Problem , they will consider and will take some necessory action and after that i have submitted the complain regarding this witha all necessory documents in the branch on 27/11/2009 . but till now there is no further processing, and i have call many times to the branch. please help me

I would like to bring to your immediate attention the fact that two sums of Rs.100/- and Rs.10, 000/- have been withdrawn from my a/c (probably thro’ ATM) without my knowledge on 11.12.09 (both sums on the same day). I presume that Rs.100/- was first withdrawn as a test withdrawal and probably Rs.10, 000/- was with
was withdrawn later once the first attempt succeeded.
I request you to kindly have the matter investigated thro’ the CCTV recordings for the day (11.12.09) to enable me to proceed further.
I also request you to kindly have the with is checked incase there is a wrong debit.

My indian bank savings account number is[protected] and yesterday (07.07.09) at 20.23 pm I used my Indian bank ATM card (NO [protected]) in state bank of india ATM counter at kalpakkam, Chennai-603102 which is under SBI (branch at code no of 02219). I entered Rs. 8000/- ( Eight thousand only), subsequently, the machine showed the display "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR TRASACTION". I didnt receive any money and when checked for balance enquiry statement, it was found the RS. 8000/- got deducted from in my account. So, I kindly request you to take necessary action for bring back the money to my account.
