sir,I have IOC Xtrarewards card, since the last 3 months. in Andhrapradesh near ongole city surareddipalem jublee retail outlet IOC also could not enter the card to the machine,the staff said to me they were do not know operate the mechine.My card no-[protected],
The dates are/[protected],bill no-6359,amount Rs1500-00./petrol 23.38 lts
Next date[protected],bill no-1658,Amount Rs 1000-00,/petrol 15.59 lts.
.I am always use ioc petrol in my car&bike. either on the way in chennai near meenambakam Ioc outlet also one time they enter the card &give points,In march 6th The same out let staff said That the mechine is trouble.Nearly i am use 200 lts of petrol in 4 months, but i got only 113 points,i feel really cheated .please refer this Thanq R sreenivas,sr nagar,hyd. My xtra reward card no is [protected] which i got from Renuka Petrol Pump SATARA.(maharashtra) I forgot passward for login as well as pin number.Pl.send me pin no.and password so that i can redim the points at the earliest. my DOB is 02/04/1960.name-hanmant bhagyawant

Sir,
Kindly send a new card since my card is not working since last six months. I have been using Fuel from IOC petrol pump only since last 12 years without any interruption and using this Xtra Rewards card since 2009. So please send a new card with balance points at an early date in the following address since it has been already delayed due to my negligence.

Gas cylinder booked not delivered till date

My consumer number is 13333. I have booked for a cylinder in the middle of November 2014. Till date, they have not delivered the cylinder. The name of the agency is SHASTRI GAS AGENCY, PERURKADA, TRIVANDRUM - 695005, KERALA.

gas cylinder not getting on time

Agency not supplying gas cylinder on time & insted of that they are misusing it sone other place...request you to make an immediate action agaibst it...or else we may go to consumer court to rergister the cimplaint.

Anantapur is not visible

While registration through online One of major district in Andhra pradesh ie Anantapur is not visible, But it is visible in Telangana State. Please rectify the problem
