sir,I have IOC Xtrarewards card, since the last 3 months. in Andhrapradesh near ongole city surareddipalem jublee retail outlet IOC also could not enter the card to the machine,the staff said to me they were do not know operate the mechine.My card no-[protected],
The dates are/[protected],bill no-6359,amount Rs1500-00./petrol 23.38 lts
Next date[protected],bill no-1658,Amount Rs 1000-00,/petrol 15.59 lts.
.I am always use ioc petrol in my car&bike. either on the way in chennai near meenambakam Ioc outlet also one time they enter the card &give points,In march 6th The same out let staff said That the mechine is trouble.Nearly i am use 200 lts of petrol in 4 months, but i got only 113 points,i feel really cheated .please refer this Thanq R sreenivas,sr nagar,hyd. Kindly help me in sorting the long pending matter of my retention of Xtra Reward points...Please note My Card no--[protected]..I tried calling Customer care many times..No one responded..Please check the updation of my mobile number which is [protected]...Please sort this matter ASAP and ensure I get to redeem my points...

I am holding IOC Extra Rewards Card No. [protected]. I get my vehicle refueled once or twice a month through my CitiBank Card . Since the redeemable points have accrued and for last 2-3 times whenever I have tried to redeem the points, the cards is shown is blocked . I want my above card should be unblocked and also let me know if the old PIN code will work or you will provide new one.

Its wasting of time to get xtra reward and pay by debit and credit card and ern 10% in march.what stupiid is this.for this you wait for 3 days then they send u sms and nothin by the sms.dont use xtra point card neither march scheme.
