sir i had cancelled my ticket which is on 20 sep 2009 from hyd to culcatta and the pnr no was m4p7cq, and till now my amount was not refunded so i kindly reques you to refund my cash as soon as posible.

I cancelled ticket of Indigo airlines from Delhi to Hyderabad on 23rd Oct 2009 and my cancellation itineray is D5TGLP.
For cancellation Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs 750 per ticket, that is fine i will agree with that .
But remaining money Rs.3980 is not yet been credited to my account.Its been more than 10 days from cancellation date, but the remaining amount is still not credited.
Its not fair on your part making customer unhappy.U cant take a customer money just like that.

I will not be flying again in Indigo.Pls dont give another flight travel for compensation on Cancellation ticket amount. I need amount to be refunded back.

Please do refund my amount as soon as possible.Or guide me how can i get my remaining money back.

I have cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Banglore to delhi due to some emergency reason,
For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs 750 per ticket, that is fine i got agree with that .
But they are not returning the remaining money around Rs.2340 saying that they don't give refund and will add it my indigo credit but what if i dont get any chance to fly again and the worst is that they are just asking me to forget the money as it is there policy if we are not using that to fly again.

Please advise how can i get my remaining money back, Will be very thankful to you.

INDIAN AIRLINES TICKETS — DONOT BOOK ANY TICKETS FOR PAYMENT MADE, PLEASE REFUND FULL AMOUNT

while booking tickets by makemytrip.com, for 31.03.2010 for IC -168 & 05.04.2010 for IC 602, for 03 adults, from mumbai to New Delhi and back, the amount got deducted, but with transaction error . The amount of Rs 20,694/- got deducted from my A/C [protected] -PNB Debit card , but then transaction error came. Please do not book any tickets, and refund my amount to my bank account.

INDIGO AIRLINES — Refund on cancellation

I wanted to cancel a booking on Indigo from Mumbai to Chennai. I was told that the cancellation cost per booking was Rs. 750 (for a base fare of Rs.300) which wasn't too unreasonable.

What came later was a shocker. I was told that the remaning amount will not be refunded to me but will be added to my Indigo credit that I can use during my next booking.

To add to this, I wasn't even told how I could use this. Only on further probing, I was told that I could use this only by booking through the Indigo call center and NOT through the website (I book all tickets through the company websites). I'm sure there are many people who haven't been told this during cancellation.

AAI should bring in stringent rules for cancellation.

Can't you book with that amount for some of your friends?

I had missed my flight due to irresponsible behaviour of Customer support executive at Nagpur Airport. I reached before 40 mins, at aiport and screen at the Airport showing Boarding, but I was not allowed to board/check in saying that I m late well..
Recommend not to use Indigo...

Regarding PNR T6LNCL and P6MEAH ("Delhi - GOA"), I talked to your customer care executive and She told me that refunded amount has already CREDITED BACK to Travel Agent account on dated 18th SEP 2010. But Travel Agent (from whom i bought the Ticket) is saying the amount is not credited in his account. I don't know where is the misunderstanding but the result is that I am the end customer and I don't have the refund money in my hand. Kindly advise what should i do? What should be next right step. If you need any more detail from my side please let me know.

how is it possible? we expect a suitable reply from indigo about action taken towards refund as complained. then as future customer we can feel safe about our money.

INDIGO AIRLINES — Non refund of cancelled ticket money as per the rule.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It refers the original PNR No of my cancelled ticket[protected] T1L7AP

I requested for refund of the above amount Rs 4,524.00/= on 24 th of february
2011.
I was told that it will be refunded on the credit card originally used for
booking the ticket within 10 days max. The last four digits of this card was
--0003.

Meanwhile I made so many calls requesting to give me e mail confirming the
refund request .But every time I was told that it will be send, but not done
till the date. When I contacted again on 5 th March,2011, I was told that it will be send by demand draft to my
residential address.which will take lot of time.I am not able to understand why
should it be taken so much of time to refund the money and why innitially I was
told that it will be refunded on credit card. Although every time i requested
for e-mail confirmation of this refund request but it was not done.It is not the
way to treat your customer .

Pl see that I am getting my refund within 10 days as per your norms only .

Indigo does not refund the money. It provides a credit for the amount to be refunded which is valid for 365 days. I suggest you book ur next flight with indigo and redeem the amount. Ensure that you have te cancellation number.

i would like to know how i can postponed my indigo flight ticket.actually i booked the ticket from outside agency and the ticket is on 01 / 06/ 11 at 10.30am from kolkata to kochin. and the agent is not available now but it is a confirmed ticket, so how i can make it. if i am coming directly to airport, is it possible.and please reply me as early as possible

i have booked the ticket frm kathmandu to delhi my flight is at 2 pm, i had a talk with custmer care they said u just reach at airport and u can cancel the ticket frm airport only...i went to the airport ...they [censored] ground staff doesnt have manners how to tak with the custmers they said v cannot cancel ur tickets whatever u want to do u can...i use to travel kathmandu evry mi=onth and sum times also to thailand an dubai also...can any1 can guide me how to get ma money back frm the [censored] airlines...and i guide u pplz plz plz plz do not travel with indigo airlines...mannerless staff..u can mail me on..gurvinder.[protected]@yahoo.com ma no. is [protected] [protected].
