i have booked an e-ticket on 29th dec 09 from irctc website
from Guntur to secundrabad with PNR No [protected]
with my Indian Overseas Bank VISA Debit Card through AXIS Bank Payment Gateway
i had canceled that ticket from irctc website on 30th dec 09
i got an email conformation on 31st dec 09 that the amount would be refunded in 2 to 3 working days
but till now the amount had not refunded
so i emailed the issue to [protected]@irctc.co.in
they responded to my email and asked me for my bank statement copy
then i downloaded the statement from my internet banking site and sent it
then they sent me a complaint number IRCTC #839409
after several days i got a reply from irctc that
"The refund has been processed against the txn-id [protected] on 01-Jan-2010. The refund
ARN# 74056630001936500086737.
With the help of ARN you can ask the refund status with card issuing authority. "
now i went to IOB Guntur Main Br where im having my account and told the issue
the officer inquired some one over phone and told me that he is helpless
now what should i do whom should i ask for this

i dont got any email conformation and till now the amount had not refunded
