[Resolved]  Irda — Fake bonus calls

I Got Call from Fake IRDA person saying he is government official and help to clear bonus which pending in our name...first time he called i believe its true then the way he was speaking and his language I got doubt...he was asking me to give LIC insurance number...I said i can give you after 2 hours..mean while I googled about these types of calls and saved my self...when he called next time I told him that I have given police complaint and your call is tapped...then he was telling that even if you give complaint to CBI also nothing will happen...
This type of daring people and our system is like nobody can stop these people...
IRDA and LIC or our useless government should take necessary action on these types fraudulent people..

Call from [protected] as customer service request from MAX khargar asking about address & email address. When tried to call back,no one picking the call. I feel they are fake caller to get details for some purpose.

I have recieved a call from reliance saying my relative has invested a amount and 62500/- bonus will be transfered to your account but you have to invest only 50k and all lot of fake stuff he was taking about .

I fired that over phone be aware of the callers and make everybody alert

I got similar calls from IRDA (Delhi & Hyderabad office) regarding bonus (1.87L & 2.86L), but i have to invest Rs. 50K for 6month & 11 days locking period.

mr. sanjay sharma - [protected]

All are fraud persons & calling many times from last years to many peoples.
what our government & police doing??? they shoud take strong action against such peoples/ groups.

I too got same call from Mr. Abhishek -[protected]
asked to give two cheque for 15k

I also received call from one of the representative or officer from IRDA, he mentioned that he is calling from Mumbai branch and he will get our Bonus( Rs 7 Lac) done from the lapse policy of ICICI Prudential .But on one condition we have to make a new policy done with Reliance of Rs 1 lac premium in lieu of the earlier polices with ICICI .Once this all Insurance paper work done with Reliance than after 2 months they will release the bonus payment in our account .


This shows that, all these bloody insurance companies agent ( bloody ) choose this way to make their commission and ruin the people life .

I got a similar call today. His story was that IRDA has made a lot of surplus so would like to share it with policy holders of private insurance companies. Then he asked for the policy details which I was skeptical. I asked him that he should have it since he has called, also does IRDA have this information/ circular on its website. He said it is available but did not know where it is located. He also said that you may have already got a letter to this effect by snail mail. Which of-course was not there. Cutting the long story short. They have many tricks up their sleeve to con unsuspecting masses. IRDA/ TRAI/ CBI should take up the investigation before its too late.

I got similar calls from [protected], person's name are Aman Singhania, Chauhan, oberoi, Hema(from Religare) etc asking me to invest in RELIGARE for amount 40000 so that the bonus which is pending at their side 65000 which are purposefully claiming by the agents will be returned to me in 3 to 4 months.

I sincerely request IRDA authorities to check these kind of fake calls and aware the people

today i got a call from noida name is rajiv sharma he told me your sbi policy getting in loss due to bonus going in agent code so they are saying me we will create client code in which bonus will credit. and after some time you will get benifit then they ask me my details and asking for 25000/- check for client code. they toll me he is speeking from irda office noida.
i think its a froud call. and also saying that don't inform to your policy provider.

I also get cal from person name Rajeev shrivatava [protected] who was telling that he is from IRDA head office and all those rubbish written above about bonus and all that


please ignore these call and to make confirm that these are fake just call to
original IRDA no[protected]

I got a similar call today from[protected] and some girl mentioned about some IRDA bonus scheme on my running policies. She was asking my policy numbers but I refused to share any details.

The policy holders of 2009, 2010 which got matured and bonus is due far those policies.Since you took policy on your son, s name you are eligible far bonus and I have got calls on 24th JAN from NEETU GUPTA MOB NO [protected] ANJALI VERMA, MOB no [protected] .PRIYA KHANNA and
SOURAB MALHOTRA MOB NO [protected] that they are calling from IRDA NOIDA sector 63 that IRDA has lot of surplus fund and would like to share with policy holders or policies got matured in 2009, 2010 and provided File Code, Verification code.They have asked to take policy far payment of Rs 40, 000, Rs 35000 far providing codes.This amount was invested. They have been cheating customers.This is to request you that IRDA/TRAI/POLICE should investigate and take strong action against these people.

I too got a call from Ms. Mmata Kulkarni who, on told she is an employee of IRDA, Hyderabad and wanted me to deposit 60, 000 to acail benefit of Rs. 2.50 lac, else the same will be transferred to one Mr. Neeraj Sharma to whom I have authorised (supposed to Be). All fake. I have neither authorised anyone nor aware of any such person.

What IRDA is doing with innocent people ?? How these person acess our policy nos. and our date of births ??
