Dear Sir I have emailed on [protected]@jeevansathi.com as follows on 30 September 2013. None has responded to it. I am fed up of such irresponsible way. Nobody should waste any money on this UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. i have today asked them to come back and let us see if some one there to hear?? Do suggest me where to make them happier like they make us happier. My issue as follows: Hello Sir I am serious to draw your attention towards these issues: 1. at the time of booking a lady told me that she can help in making better ad for the matrimonial and now i checked just now with Pooja in your toll free department, there is no such help. May i know if you check your level as all calls are recorded, and let me know if there is some mis understanding or wrong selling ? I do have my phones recorded as i am in overseas and i prefer from your side first. Be clear and there is no excuse later on. 2. I have paid for matrimonial and why i have to bear the advertisements from other companies and i am totally not interested in them and it is disturbing me mentally. If you have hidden agreement which is never told to us, i will enlighten it to public. 3. When i am seeing the full bio data of a girl, the side ads from other girls start appearing. They are all non sense as they are not of my preferred particulars. I wish them to be stopped as my son is 25 years old and your intelligent department loading ads of 26, 27 28 years old girl and from different castes etc which is way out of my parameter. I need immediate confirmation from your side about the receipt of it. I need answer by 3rd of October as our time is important and you are paid by us for your job. enrolled for three months with subscription amounting to 4777/Rs..beginning only a month back and expiring on 1st Nov,2013...I am not at freedom to see the contact details of the SUITABLE profile ...as they have numbered the profile approach to only 60 for full three months.

With the feedback form filled by me and a ticket given to check and solve my problem...BY THEM AS #762664, I am told that I will not be allowed to contact the SUITABLE profiles any more......
While speaking to their customer service representative 'Pooja", I said that was ready to pay more money for another one and half month beginning from now to be able to reach the suitable profiles ....but company does not cooperate. That makes my membership a waste after one month only.
They have fixed the number 60, on their own whim and fancy, donot have a clue on what basis.
Just because it is a private organization. and a client canot have a say...
...... IS IT NOT A COMPLETE FLEECING ATTITUDE???

In Jeevansthi .com my profile id is RXU0454. i create that
Profile was in July2011,& i was also Paid member till Apr. 2012
i m requested to u i want my status i.e. declined, accepted, not
interested in all profile status till july 2011 to jan. 2012
because one Profile was sent intersest in july & i decline first
that profile, but in sep.2011 i accepted that profile, But after
that profile was deleted , now i want my status . plz. as soon as send
me details. One most reason is they cheated us, in that profile they
mentioned that girl is unmarried, we proceed that my brother got
married but now knew that she is already married & she cheated us . we
want her profile .

I was supposed to get a call today from jeevansathi, from the team which is handling my escalation process of money to be refunded, which i never got.

I have registered with jeevansathi.com as paid member, with Id ZAWY4208 in jeevansathi.com

www.jeevansathi.com providing chatting services to paid members, and they have much bugs on their chatting module on site, we are unable to see chat box of other users, who is trying chat with us, on top of browser toolbaar, its reminding as someone sending me chat msg, but I am unable to see the chat box o[censored]sers, and many times we have complaint about same problem with their support executive, but they are not accepting that they have the bugs in the same, and unable to get proper solutions, after seeing all that problem, I am going to request for my balance amount refund, but they have no policy for refunding balance amount of paid members.

Kindly do the needful.

jeevansathi.com is not showing,the adrdess in adreess bar become blinking hurriedly but do not show the page.what is the problem?

I have membership on jeevansathi.com vide ID poornima_jain. On 25-Apr-2011 an online payment of Rs.1611/= was made to jeevansathi thorugh transaction id SB3990211 through icici bank account no[protected] for extension of e-rishta membership by 3 months. jeevansathi staff say that they have not received money whereas money has been deducted from the account.

Matter persued with jeevansathi but all in vain. As usual casual, irresponsible and un-accountable attitude of indian companies.

Whether Jeevansathi does anything beyond sending the profiles, it sure does one thing. Even after the customer decides to request the inflow of SMS day in and out, it has just become impossible and plain irritable. Tried changing my phone number in my account. Contacting the automated centre, you need to be as tricky as them - go for the UPGRADE option, and you will get to talk to a human voice. As per one such, I deleted my profile. But to my dismay, I still keep getting bombarded with messages. Speaking to another executive who argued that there is no such profile, I had to ask then how come I am there in your SMS list at all? For which she muttered something and disconnected my call. There should be a filter or SPAM provision in phones too to stop the unwanted messages.

I draw your attention that I have created my daughter’s matrimonial Profile ID UUU 3360 in trusted matrimony site. While registration her profile, I was in impression that
the site would helpful to me for matrimonial alliances of my daughter as assured having million of profiles and many success stories. I experienced that I was derived of to feed wanted matrimony profiles.. In this connection , it is worth mentioning that I contacted with customer care from time to time & suggested some criteria relating to height ,location and caste of partner but my request was ruthless unheeded on plea of searches are done by Auto System. I further add a bare fact that since Mid May &June, 2010 ,only 7-8 profiles are hardly viewed by me..
It serves poor services and assured million profile whereas fact nominal profile and
only takes huge amount return no satisfactory services rendered

In reference to above subject, You are requested to take some action against Jeevansathi.com (Marrige consulting Site) As per advertisement of this site I had applied for my self .. I have paid 2100/= in ICICI Bank in A/c. of this company.. Company had assured that it will give me about more than 2000 prospected contacts in next coming 8 months.. But in from 04-02-09 I have received less than 10 prospected contacts... So, it had made cheating with me... So, Pls. give me judege against this site...

On the 14th Jan' 09 i made a Online payment to Jeevansathi. com from thier portal. While during the process the site was timed out. When i checked my account the amount of Rs 1450 was debited, Avenue India (c/o jeevansathi.com). I have approached them a lot many times after the event. While i have emailed my bank statement to jeevansathi which shows that tracaction from my account. While even as of today they are not willing to accept that i have made the payments. And it seems my account did not give them the authority to debit Rs 1450. If they say so, how did Avenue india manage to debit my account. Today i have lost Rs 1450 to jeevansathi.com and i have not been served for what i have paid already.
