I have never seen such a pathetic service of Jharkhand Electricity Board, All the employees are taking salary without any work. My consumer number is NKU1880 and for the last 4 months no one has come to take the reading of the meter. After complaining to the customer care they always repeat their dialogue that, we have proceed your request to the concerned division to look into this matter.
I think the customer care center should be shut down because manual process is still there. Many people has to go to the subdivision for manual billing process though the website of jharkhand electricity board is active. Website is also pathetic no links open correctly all the links are failing only false commitment is there. All the Babus (Official Staff) of Jharkhand Electricity Board are making money only. They damn care about the service of JSEB.
I think they should delegate the service to the private firm, better they can handle this type of problem. I am telling this problem because my home town is in Ranchi and my parents are living there and they are facing this problem, and at this age they are unable to go subdivision to get the electricity bill.

JSEB — Regarding not adding the paid bills every month.
Sir,i have paid all my dues,but again and again i am getting the bills added of previous months paid bills.hence payment as well as fine is increased after paying the bill also.
I have manualy complaint also but no action has been taken yet.
Hence i want to know the procedure of online bill payment.
