Respected Sir, I am Ashok Mandal. It is very shame to inform you that the duty and responsibility you have given to your field staffs.They never maintain the time period in between which they have to visit . After Continuous calling they never respond. They are coming once in 6 months . That time I have to pay huge amount . Also, Electricity dept. is taking interest on bill every month that we are not paying, Since, we are not getting...

This is to inform you tat VIDE reciept number-674272 Dated-7/04/2015 is submited but till date there is no progress. Till now (26/06/2015) I have not been provided with the connection .Everyday they give excuses, they are making me run behind since 3 months....

I have never seen such a pathetic service of Jharkhand Electricity Board, All the employees are taking salary without any work. My consumer number is NKU1880 and for the last 4 months no one has come to take the reading of the meter. After complaining to the customer care they always repeat their dialogue that, we have proceed your request to the concerned division to look into this matter.
