Respected Sir,
I am Ashok Mandal.
It is very shame to inform you that the duty and responsibility you have given to your field staffs.They never maintain the time period in between which they have to visit . After Continuous calling they never respond.
They are coming once in 6 months . That time I have to pay huge amount . Also, Electricity dept. is taking interest on bill every month that we are not paying, Since, we are not getting any bill then how can I submit bill.
This is injustice to us one side they are not giving electricity bill & 2nd side they are adding interest per month.
I hope you will understand my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.For more Clarification about myself.I am Ashok Mandal resident of Adityapur-2, Jamshedpur (dist: Saraikela-kharsawan) having email [protected]@gmail.com .
