At the outset we regret the inconvenience. As regards to the concerns you have shared about our team members we have taken your observations. I would like to inform you that Sujeet has moved to a different profile in the organisation sometime back and with regard to Ruchita, we will share your feedback and ensure suitable support in future.
I have personally gone through the audit report’s submitted to you and the communications exchanged subsequently. Upon the audit of the data submitted by you in June’11, you had attained an accuracy of 0%. In continuation of the audit report you had expressed your concern and we had done a re-audit of your data, the accuracy of the data once again was consistent at 0% accuracy, this is not favourable. This update was shared with you.
On the 4th of October, Ruchita had sent you a mail explaining the process of audit and the percentage of data that is taken for auditing to arrive at accuracy.
As regards your suggestion where you have requested us to take all the data contributed by you for audit, this will not be possible as this process is not in line as shared with all Resellers, secondly if we have to follow this system of auditing all data contributed by Resellers, this will not be a practical solution. The process followed by us is the normal practice followed by organisations which is involved in collecting large data sample’s. Also note, that our process of audit is clearly mentioned in the reseller website for anybody’s reference.
Though your data is rejected due to 0% accuracy as a way forward, we kindly suggest that you re-check the data and re-submit the same for us to audit the resubmitted data. The data contributed by you, is available in your Rejected data folder where you can re-submit before November 20th. (I have mentioned this date, because your data submitted in June was returned to your Rejected data folder on 20th August. Every Reseller has a time period of 90 days within which he can re-submit the Rejected data, after which the data will be removed from this folder, making it possible for any other Reseller to submit the similar data).
For re-submitting the data, I would suggest you to call each and every data submitted by you, recheck the data and correct any mistakes that was entered by you previously.
