i purchased a sony ericsson K810i mobile from a mobile store from Mobile store on 28/11/2008 Nellore A.P. after one and a half weeks phone keypad and joystick was not working and power switch inoperative.i gave it to a sony ericsson certified service centre Accel frontline ltd Chennai for redressal(Jobsheet # CN1SE070033/2008).i gave the cell on 08.12.2008.the manager of the shop Mr Hari was updated with the problem and adviced once it is recified will be intimated the IMEI number of the cell is [protected].Since it is brand new phone which we as a customer feel proud to own after investing feel disgusted after facing problem.As this is a genuine case faulty instrument appreciate if soony can do the needful and replace it without delay.
