Hi,

Key pad of sony erricson K810i mobile is not working .Looks like there was jam among keys.
Ex:If i press one button, to cut the call, call will be disconnected and new call will be initiated and some times photo folder will be opened automatically.

This is just an example and many such things happening in this mobile...

i have purachsed the Sony Ericsson Model K810i on 21.10.2007. having IMEI NO. [protected] SERIAL NUMBER cb5adefk6v.

Complaint - The return key & yes key does not operate with normal fingure pressure. The mobile behaves irratic when operating MESSAGE section.

The cell was given to repair to your authorised service center at ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, AC MARKET, TARDEO on 13.5.2008....
