[Resolved]  K810i — back key not functioning

Dear Sir,

i have purachsed the Sony Ericsson Model K810i on 21.10.2007. having IMEI NO. [protected] SERIAL NUMBER cb5adefk6v.

Complaint - The return key & yes key does not operate with normal fingure pressure. The mobile behaves irratic when operating MESSAGE section.

The cell was given to repair to your authorised service center at ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, AC MARKET, TARDEO on 13.5.2008. The call ID is MUT-SE-530131-CP.

I did follow up for 4-5 times, every time answer is parts are yet to receive and will let you kow. Till today, I have not received a single call to collect the mobile.

also, at service center they stated the mobile had water logging at main fuuction key due to sweat and hence the mobile will not repaired under warranty.

Sir, last 6 years I was using NOKIA cell without single complaint. Just because the good features of camera and very good resolution of the picture, I have decided to buy K810i. But I am totally disappointed on the service and warrenty conditions of Sony erricsson.

Why should I be your cutomer when the cell phone function key malfuctioning within 7 months and the poor service center response of Sony erricson.

The renowned name of SONY and good will in Electonics industry has shattered my viewes towards the Brand.

You are requested to look intothe matter so, I can collect my Cell back from the service center at the earliest.

K810i — my cell phone get dead in just 7 months

sir my cell phone get deadd in just 7 months. for this i have give me cell phone to sony ericrson service center here in bhopal, they have told me that my rf board is not detecting the software and after some days i will get back my phone. but after geeting back problem is at is it was. so plz take necessary actions for this.

K810i — delay in delivering handset

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K810i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in haldwani, but after 2 hours of that the phone display went white, and I took the phone back to the service center then they said me that your handset will be repaired within 15 days and after 15 days of that day i did not get any responce plz tell me what shall i do?

i bought the k810i 9 month ago and in these 9 month it spend 1/3 of its life in the servise center plz who r intrested in this mobile donm buy it

K810i — unnecessary delay at ur authorised service station because of entry

Dear Sir,
I have been using Sony Ericsson K810i since long and has been satisfied with the function of the mobile. Recently, when i visited your authorised service station for a small complaint (keypad servicing/repairing) i had to wait for about 20 minutes at your reception counter. Because of your software wherein the person at reception counter has to fill up so many details that one has to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes. isn;t it waste of time for a customer as well as for the working people ? can't we make it so simple to increase the efficiency of your employee as well as to save the precious time of your consumers ?
I do not intend to serve this as a complaint but at the same time I would sincerely wish that your kind self would look into the same and would make such an efficient alternative system so that many people can save their time and more importantly you can also increase your work efficiency and attend more consumers at the same time.
I do consider Sony as one of the best in the world and one would never thought of such delay especially at your authorised service station.
