I got ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabd on 25/03/09. Ticket Fare os Rs.292/- but they took Rs.300/-. I complained more times on kesineni Helpline number. Helpline executives spoke impolietly and their behavior is not good and they use bad words. I complained on keseneni web site also. There is no response. Kesineni Travels is a worst and Fruad Travels. i request all travellers you dont travel on Kesineni Buses.

As i booked a tecket in booking point, i requested to send the same ticket soft copy to my mail id for our office perpose but the pepole working at the booking points said it is not possible we dont have net facility. than i asked how you are booking the tickets. it is realy a bad. iam an regular travelar this type of things are very bad.
I have booked a ticket on 2nd Nov 2009 from vijayawada to hyderbad sleeper ticket 600 Rs./- I have booked it online. They told me to complete the order through online within 10 minutes .. I have completed it within 7 min. When i clicked on pay. The amount is deducted and ticket is not booked. When i asked the helpline they said the amount will be refunded within 3 days. But they haven't ... i don't what the hell is with this kesineni travels..
I booked a ticket online on 10th November through their website, for travel from Mumbai to Hyderabad. Money was deducted from my bank account, but no a booking was made. I lodged a complant (no. 11247) through their helpline. I was assured of a refund within a week, but it did not happen till today (23rd Nov.) despite several calls to helpline and emails to [protected]@kesinenitravels.com
Their lack of response is appalling. I would advice all to avoid booking their tickets on line.

I booked a ticket online on 9th November through their website, for travel from hyderabad to shirdi. Money was deducted from my bank account, but no a booking was made. I was assured of a refund within a week, but it did not happen till today (25rd Nov.) despite several calls to helpline and emails to [protected]@kesinenitravels.com.

Kesineni Travels — Ticket not booked & money not refunded
Hi,I was trying to book a ticket in Kesineni through Online booking. The ticket was not generated even though money got deducted from my account. On contacting Kesineni, they informed me that money will be refunded within 7 days. But after 8 days, the amount was not refunded and on contacting again, they are informing me that it will take another 7 days.

Kesineni travels doesn't have ability to make perfect online transactions for their booking. They have refunded my amount of Rs.600 by deducting some amount for transactions. almost by one month. So friends i suggest you to book tickets of kesineni only through manual.

Thats right and I had the same experience recently.BUT I must say they WERE good at refunding the money if tkts werent booked...but these days its not the case...they think that they are not accountable for the money and advice the customer to rebook the ticket !!!

Having similar problem with them. Two times in the last one month.
-> First time tried to book the ticket through online, payment gateway (ccavenue) seems to be slow.
-> I didn't check if 10min completed, but since payment gateway is slow, I assumed time is completed.
-> cc avenue deducted my money and when it redirected to Kesineni I got session timed out.
-> After calling multiple times and after waiting for 30 min online some representative picked up the call
-> He told me money will be refunded in 5 days. He didn't gave me a complaint number, my mistake I didn't ask for it and he didn't put a complaint.
-> After 5 days I called them. Again after waiting for around 30min, somebody picked up and he told me refund will actually take 10 days so it will take another 5 days.
-> I called them again after 5 days, then some lady picked up and finally she raised a complaint with cc avenue and told me it will come in 5 days.
-> Meanwhile, day before yesterday, I thought the previous incident to be one-off, tried to book a ticket. This time I make sure I finish before 10min and I actually finished in 5min. But, again it showed me the same "session expired" message after my money got deducted.
-> I called them and they are blaming everything on cc avenue and they told me about my previous complaint that that money will be refunded in 1, 2 days.
-> But after two days, there is no refund yet.
-> Two emails went in vain, no body even cared to acknowledge. And I tried to call them, and every time after waiting for 10min it is getting disconnected.
-> Seems like all my refundable money (2000) will be spent on telephone bill only.

I have sent my baggage with a bike from Chennai and supposed to receive it in Hyderabad. It has been booked on 19th in Chennai and supposed to reach Hyderabad by 21st. There is still another bag which is still due. I have been in constant touch with the help line which is [protected] to get the status on my baggage and their is still no clarity in what they say. They have been telling my that the baggage has been delivered to the wrong destination and they are trying to track it. It has been a month ever since the baggage got booked and they still have no answer to this lost baggage.

I booked a round trip ticket from hyd-tirupathi with my online banking account.
When i canceled the ticket, they gave me refund of ongoing journey but said that i'll get refund of return journey by cheque...its been 2 and half months and there is still no sign of the cheque
everytime i call them they say that it is in processing
what is the need to prepare a cheque when they can transfer it directly into my account??

I tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore (journey date: 24/01/11) on 04/01/11 at 11:30AM. After the netbanking details are given it said that the session is expired and asked me to confirm about the ticket. I got the message from my HDFC bank that money (Rs 780) was deducted from my bank
I did not get any tracking ID also.
I would like to know how and when my money will be recredited into my bank.
Please tell me the procedure on how to get my money back.

Angry settlement delays on kesineni.
This is regarding the transaction that happend on Feb 26th 2011, I tried booking tickets from the website kesinenitravels and that was the biggest mistake of the day.
The itinerary was from Udupi to Hyderabad, due to some issues however tickets did not get booked and my money was deducted.
Upon calling the help line they informed me that the money would be credited back in 3 to 4 working days but it took 3 weeks and involved lots of phone calls (I spent around Rs 75 to 80 on calling their helpline numbers)
If I try calling the help line it takes around 15 minutes to connect and was really annoying. I called their helpline on 3rd of March and a person by name Bhavesh assured me that the money would be credited back by 4th evening. But it did not.
Again on 4th when I call, some other representative inform me that it would take 4 more days to process?
I do not understand what kind of processing was ongoing, where 2 different representatives are not aware on what is the process and its duration. This was really not acceptable where they make customers call them on same issue several times and repeatedly providing false assurances. Customer care reps are so incompetent.
Then I call the administration office at Vijaywada. Then they again give me a number to call.
Then they initiate a refund process. The complaint was registered on Feb 26 and they initiate refund process on 8th of March, until then they gave me false assurances that they were working on it.
Finally on 10th of march the amount was refunded. I was not aware of this forum until today. I don't want some other people to get affected by this. Hence Guys please be careful while booking tickets on local travel agents . They really make your cry for your money!!!

i have a similar issue where the bus was supposed to pick me up at miyapur and it never turned up...
i waited for abt 3 hrs and headed back home...
their customer support is the worst i have ever seen...they could not even give me the phone number of the driver properly despite making many calls

I have booked the ticket HYD to BLR in Kesineni travels. the transactions was unsuccessful.
