I ordered a vape through instagram from Cervantes rave. It was delivered by xpressbees. I opened the product and instead of the vape i got a pack of cheap nailpolish. I paid 1199 by cod. If so many people got scammed by such an account in instagram why doesn't they take it down? More so, why is xpressbees delivering there products. Unless they're working together....

I have not received any refund amount till today.
