My name is Jayesh Galiyel, address: PP/46, Shantinath Appartments, Opp. Vejalpur Bus Stop. I had bought Koryo Split AC from Big Bazar, S G Highway, Ahmedabad during installation the body was cracked by the installation employees' and I had complained the same to Sejal Patel, Electronics Head of Big Bazar she forwarded my complaint to Mr. Suresh K Patel in service centre whose landline No. is [protected] and he in turn send a person who have checked twice the Split AC and promised that the body will be replaced. Today on 28/08/2010 I have called Mr. Suresh Patel but he told that my complaint has yet not been logged. But before 20 days I was assured that the body has been called for from their Bangalore H.O. and today it is informed that complaint has been booked. It is pertinent to note even during the free service period if a customer is put in mental harrassment and agony what will in the future and what about 5 years warranty period.

    I had purchased a KORYO Split ac 1.5 ton capacitymodel no
    KSO18A035written on the packing and model no KS118A03S written on the
    bill from bigbazar on 12-08-10.The m/c was installed at my residence
    on 14-08-10 by untrained people who did not follow ant guidelines
    specified for installation of split units.Some of the bunders
    committed by them are as follows:-
    • At the time of connecting both pipes to the outdoor unit(condenser
    coil) no vacuum and purging had been done. Which is a clear violation
    of instructions laid down in Installation Manual (page 11). In fact
    the men deployed for installation did not carry any vacuum pump and
    refrigent cylinder. They just connected the pipe and opened the gas
    there by contaminating the refrigent with atmospheric air and moisture
    present in the tubes and the evaporator coils(indoor unit).They were
    very much ignorant about the fact that the refrigent would be
    contaminated with air and moisture present in the tubes and evaporator
    coils if vaccum not done and insisted that they have installed
    hundreds of A.C like that only.
    • The extra pipe has not been cut but left rolled just to avoid
    cutting and preparing ends
    • The indoor unit base plate has been fixed with wood screws hammered
    in the pvc bushings and not screwed .The steel screws with pvc
    bushings supplied with the unit has not been used.
    • The workmen did not had any tools needed for installation viz-level
    guage,torque wrench,gas leakage detector,,Vaccum pump,Thermometer
    multimeter etc as no current drawn was measured nor temp measured
    • Out door unit has not been anchored and is just placed on the roof top.
    • No installation completion report neither the installation charges
    recipt has yet been given.
    In view of above the machine is underperforming and my get damaged
    early.I would request you to look into the matter and take up the
    issue with the installing agencies at the earliest.I have also made a
    complaint tothis effect at toll free no today (service no 252297)

    Koryo Split Ac — no installation

    i am purchase one ton koryo split ac from big bazzar shara mall gurgaon but no installation after purchasing six days, after many complaints i am receive a call from koryo and he demandin near 5000 /- Rs. for installation and that man talking very rudly.

      Dear sirs,

      Kitchen chimney purchased 13.5.09 with warranty 2 years.
      Too much noise when in use.
      29.6.10 - Complained to Koryo's call center vide complaint no.241271,
      attended after 10 days & no satisfactory results as fan blade needs replacement.
      22.7.10 - Again complaint lodged vide ref no. 247124 . The have not been able to replace the fan blade till date.
      Chimney lying unused for over a month.
      Request arrange for defective chimney replacement as it is well within
      the warranty period

        Hello All,

        This is to inform all of you about the low quality TVs that Big bazar is selling under the brand name Koryo.

        I bought a Koryo TV Platinum model 21" for 5000/- from Big Bazar in September 2008. From 4th August 2010, the TV is having problems. The picture is compressed to one half of the screen, i.e. the whole picture is seen only on one half of the screen. Also the remote provided with the TV works sometimes and does not work other times.

        Please all of you refrain from buying such a low quality television. If you compare the prices with other tvs, there is no much difference. Big bazar is making a fortune by selling such low standard items through their outlets.

        Koryo — Emergency lamp not working

        Sir we have purchased Koryo emwergency lamp along with torch. now its cfl tubes are not working kindly help

        Koryo — SERVICE NOT BEING PROVIDED

        CALLED UP KORYO'S HELPLINE NUMBER [protected] A NUMBER OF TIMES FOR AC SERVICING AND THOUGH I WAS ASSURED EVERYTIME THAT WITHIN 48 HRS SOME ENGINEER WOULD TURN UP AT MY RESIDENCE NO ONE ARRIVED. SUCH AFTER SALES SERVICE IS REALLY A PAIN. I WAS ALSO TOLD AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT THERE WOULD BE TWO SUCH INSTACES IN THE INITIAL SIX MONTHS WHEN THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WOULD ARRIVE AT MY RESIDENCE FOR AC SERVICING BUT NOTHING AS SUCH HAPPPENED.

          I purchased koryo VCD in OCT '08 , Subsequently Remote of VCD is not functioning. Koryo Service center has been approached for the same . But remote is not available with them. from last three months ( ref:- [protected]).and they are not in a position to replace the remote. VCD is useless without remote. They are not even in a position to respond about their goods, very worst and waste product .Really Big bazar should take action against Koryo and stopped selling from Big bazer baseket. Koryo staffs are advertising this is product of Biz bazar peolpe and Koyo are making fools...what should we have to do to get back working vcd??

          Koryo — Remote not provided

          i purchased 1 ton split ac from saharamall gurgaon and at that time, i was nt provided with its remote, the concerned deducted a sum of rs. 500/- as discount against the non availability of remote and promised me to provide it on the next day.
          They, the concrened, asked me to come to the next day for collecting the remote, i went there but to no avail.
          They again called me to visit after 2 days, i went accordingly, but they pass on the matter on other pretext.
          Again i called them and asked for my ac's remote they again called me in their mall to collect the remote, but again and again same thing happen.
          I visited there 4 times and paid the parking every time and wasted my time each and every time, but without result and totally waistage of time and money.
          Nobody is liable, i am using this ac without remote, i think i am bound to operate it without temperature control.
          til now 10 months have passed. how much time is required further, no body knows.
          i have purchased koryo tv from big bazar lucknow 2 yrs back and faced many problems, now remote was not working so from where i can purchase the remote of 29'' tv. plz provide me the exact coustomer helpline address of koryo tv
          I bought a television Koryo 21''from Big Bazar Nr.Iscon Temple Ahmedabad 11/2 years ago.I want to purchase a remote old model from Jeeves consumer services pvt.Ltd.Service Franchisee But he is not able to provide the remote.

            I have purchased koryo spilt 1.5 t AC from E ZONE but after four months it has stopped working now its been 15 days no one has turned up and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received customer care is not helping even i had discussion with Service Head ( Sanjeev singh - banglore )he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced. And worst part is that today i called up and i came to know that he has resigned.
            I have spoken to another head called Jay sharma but he was not sure whthere it will be fix or not...

            Is any one in KORYO AC Division can solve my issue will fine else will through the ac from my home.

            i m not satisfy sales after servies last 15 days my ac is not working due to water likage,.i had registred complain since last 15 days the custemer services operator answer me they no parts.like water likaand no one guy from that side come to myoffice i cmplained in court.

              Dear sirs,
              I have purchased Electric chimney (KCH 460BL) on 13.5.09 from
              Big Bazar, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. It is within the warranty period of 2 years. Recently while in operation excessive sound has started coming from the chimney.

              Complaint was lodged on 29.6.10 at 1200 hrs . Complaint No. is
              241271 given by their call centre. Repeated reminders to call centre, local service centre & their head have had no effect . No one has bothered to attend till date, though promises are being given.

              Request to take up this with them n have it attended urgently.

                i have purchased a KORYO AIR CONDITIONER MODEL NO.KSJ18AO35 DATE OF PURCHASED-30/06/2010 BILL NO-T23/11667 from BIG BAZZAR...which is found defectiveat at d stage of trial, when it was install and d remote was also defective as it has no button of reset and lock...d complain about it was made on 3/07/2010 on the call of ALL INDIA SERVICE NETWORK[protected] and d complain no. was noted as 242610. but the complain was not sort out then again reminder of the complain was made on d same no. as above on 10/07/2010 and d sort cuming of complain is awaited till now...after waiting response ofto 10 days i have to come resister this complain before your INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAIN FORUM. for immediate redressel and for compansasion of he suffering with hot weather...

                  Last month We purchased three sets of Koryo 1.5 on window a/c from Big Bazar Ambi mall Gurgaon, keeping in mind that we are buying a good product and can rely upon it's after sale services but we are really shocked the way our compalint is handled. One of the three A/c is giving lot of noice. Immediately on 1st June 2010 after finding the problem we called Koryo service centre to send engineer and asked for the complaint registration (log in) number. but they said sooner they will call us back. no one called us and till date no one attended the complaint. the service centre is not providing log in number.

                  We are facing problems in calling the service centre and not finding a proper person to get the solution. we can not use the a/c as the sound is dangerous since that day, We are constantly in touch WITH THE CALL ATTENDANT . But she is only giving false promise for sending the help but no one hear my voice as if they are favouring their company by not giving service to the client. No customer will buy any koryo product after facing this attitude of service centre staff.

                    I had purchase a 1 ton ac of Koryo Company, from big bazaar 25days back, since I had purchased it I am getting trouble, its not cooling, I had complaint it many times, service centre people come after a week when i had complaint, and he didn't know whats wrong with this ac, he suggested me that return it to big bazaar, he says its very normal thing that koryo company acs doesn't work properly, I also went to big bazaar to return it they said toady our manager is not here come tomorrow, i am Still sitting in hot and my AC that i purchased that is just like a showcase picture for make my office hot in hot days, that was bad day on that day I desiced to buy this, I suggested to everybody Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz never buy Koryo electronics in this life

                      WHILE TAKING AC WITH BIG BAZAR, FATIMA NAGAR, THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD US THAT COMPANY ENGINEERS WILL COME INSTALL AC AT YOUR PLACE BUT HE HAS NOT MENTIONED ABOUT CHARGES. HE SUPPOSE CLEAR EVERY THING, I HAVE PURCHASED VEDIO CON AC THEY INSTALLED FREE OF CHARGE. BIG BAZAR PEOPLE HAS TO INFORM ME THAT WHILE INSTALLING I HAVE PAY INSTALLATION CHARGES. THEY DID NOT SAID ANYTHING, THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER

                        I had purchased 0.8 ton split air conditioner of Koryo company from big bazar on 25th may'08.vide bill no. T46/ 26331, readycash. However I got it only after 2 days after many calls.i.e on 27th May , and we immediately informed bigbazar for installation,& also the A.C fitter from Koryo company on the same day.But two days now, there is no responce from the service people. they are rejecting our phone calls , I informed Big bazar that i don't need A.C if this is the way they fool people to buy products.kindly oblige to our complaint.

                          i have purchassed one home thiater along with dvd player and from last six months i am requesting to arrange a remote cantrol unit for home theiater which is misplaced by me. i have asked them to arragne the set for me and ready to pay the cost too. but no body is giving any response.

                          today i have got answer on calling your person on phone no. [protected] he said this is neither available in his stock and nor with the co.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I have purchased the Koryo Washing Machine in Hyderabad and it is not working.I have the Customer care and asked them to check it and they have on my repeated calls and they checked and said that the motar is not working and we should change it. That charges[protected] rupees and with no Warranty. This has happened before 35-40 days has passed and I am trying upto now to contact them and calling daily and asking for them to come but they are ignoring me and neglecting the complaint and even they has written in their first complaint that they had done the needfull on behalf of not doing anything. Complaint No. 1 : 1103C1. and on calling them regularly they mentioned that my complaint has rectified but I asked when and how they mentioned that it is rectified and on my mentiontion nothing ha done thay has took another complaint with No. 2 : 218975 and now they are mentioning that the motar is deliverd from Bangalore and it hyderabad to do the work from March 20th onward this the answer and on calling Customer care they are saying we will check and call u but none has called me.

                            I request you sir please take some action so that they may not suffer other customers like me.

                              I have purchase koryo 1.5 tone AC from big bazar Kanpur on cash payment on date 05/04/2010, employe of big bazar told me that they will send installation team, but after payment he give me a no of service agency who provides installation services AC purchased from big bazar. At that no i request that agency to install the AC at my house but the agency employe told me that all teams are busy for two days, after that i installed AC from other source, after two days a boy from agency call me for installation then i told that AC is installed so don't come. Now on date 14/04/2010 a phone call from koryo service center asking for 1000/- Rs. for activation of warrenty and for future services on product but my mother says it was not toid by big bazar it is just blackmailing, then the emply name Suman Gupta misbehave on phone to my mother and sister and harises asking for 1000/- Rs to avoide any inconvinence in future to use the AC.

                                  This complaint is regarding our A/C which we bought from BigBazar Netaji Subhash Place Delhi first of all they have not provided any service centre number where we can lodged our complained after purchase no body came for the installation from our end have done all the installation would like to update since begining its not been working properly for this have discussed with ur big bazar also but no response

HOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND OUR CONCERN AWAITING URGENT REPLY FROM UR END AND PROVIDE US THE NORTH DELHI SERVICE CENTRE DETAILS .

                                    I purchased a koryo tv in big bazaar,with in 2 months i get two complaints, quality of that tv is very poor and there is no technical support from companry, i gave complaint no of times to customer care but no response.so i request to people don't purchase this type of products and don'tloose your valuable money.

                                    Koryo — not getting the spare part

                                    i have purchased a oven ,but now it is not working ,i have chacked it & found that ihe mechanical timer is not working
                                    i want to purchase it ,but where ican get idont know, so i request the company to pls tell how & where i can get it to repair this oven.

                                      I have bought a koryo 1.5T window ac last year. it ran well till last week. We had called the servicing cell of Koryo for routine servicing to which they responded by telling us that we have to contact Bangalore for servicing - the requests ran for over a month after which last Wednesday their servicing people landed in our office for servicing. After that the AC ran properly for three days viz. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Today since morning the temperature is stuck at 30 degree and we have been calling their servicing cell in Kolkata again to which they are again giving us lukewarm response. Overall it's an example of very very poor after-sales service from a reputed group like Future group.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Inspite of my several oral & telecom communication to you till date u are failure to provide KORYO 21”TV service .In continuation till date last four month TV set under the repair .On temp basis repair the same but still problem persists as it is as on date, if this brand not perfect suite for proper servicing why should not ban on it?. Your eastern region service representative assured me that part replacement approved by company but as on date TV set as like scrap .I have spend lot of time on this exercise ,really I fed with your service Dept.Such big organization we can’t expect such casual approach not acceptable to us. I follow-up with your HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOWROOM on weekly once basis but invain.NOW I HAVE NO MORE PAINTANICE TO COMMUNICATE TO YOU.
                                        IF THIS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL return TV IN YOUR HALDIA BIG BAZAR SHOW ROOM.
                                        If your are unable provide the service, reimbursement me same immediately.

                                        I, Ms Ananya Choudhury from Haldia purchased one double bedand one cupboard on 2nd May'11 ans was committed by the Big Bazaar shopkeepers that the items would be delivered on 3rd May by evening positively. But on 3rd May neither the items were delivered nor they informed anything to us from their side as they were responsible to inform us, even on calling them they refused to deliver that day and were giving some excuses. Till now I haven't received my items and my trust on their customer care service has already gone away. If this remain the attitude of their service then very soon then customer complains will damage definitely the reputation of Big Bazaar. I am very much disappointed with the service of Big Bazar.
