[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. — Cheating by Kotak to car loan holder (Agreement : CF[protected] Early withdrawal of money from my account by cheating

Dear Sir,

Pl. find attached herewith the scanned agreement copy

In agreement it is clearly mentioned that, EMI is due on 10th of every month.

But then also kotak Mahindra has presented PDCs on 1st of every month & withdrawn money from my account on 2nd or 3rd of every month. Money was withdrawn 7 to 8 days earlier than the agreed date.

This act is breach of agreement & may be called as stealing of money.

This is ridicules & I totally disagree.

Because of this fraudulent act I have lost peace of mind. As because of money was withdrawn before the agreed date, I have paid penalty towards other agreement.(as balance amount was insufficient in account) For last two years, I have lost thousand of rupees.

After the detailed investigation, I found out this discrepancy.

On 20th August at 11 a.m. when I brought this discrepancy into the notice of kotak's CCE[protected], those were unable to answer. At 3 p.m. also they have told me that they are still studying.

When the agreement is crystal clear, I do not understand what study is going on. I strongly feel that they are just doing the time pass & trying to cover this fraudulent act.

Sir,Kindly take necessary action against the fraudulent act of Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd & pay the necessary compansation for early withdrawal of money which resulted into collaps of monthly budget & ultimately peace of mind.

write a mail with same attachments to banking ombudsmen and ask for the reversal of all extras with compensation.
