krishna — Commuters coming from bhayander, vasai, virar block compartment gate not allowing peoples to board the train
Dear Sir,I am doing this complaint against western railway
Commuters coming from Virar, Vasai, Bhyander block the train compartment gate and does not allowing people to get inside the train. When the train started we observe that there is huge space inside the compartment. We can see from wrong/ opposite side gate, it’s totally empty, few people easily get inside from that side.
Why western railway is not taking any strict action against these commuters travelling with groups. I would request that western railway police force should be available on platform and take strict action against these peoples.
In short, I would like to say that everyone should do their duty. Railway police should do their job rather than sitting ideal in the office or on the platform. Higher Authorities should manage their sub-ordinates work properly and escalates people complaints like this.

krishna — UNNECESSARY AMOUNT DEDUCTED
Dear Sir,I Krishna from Mysore Mobile No. [protected], in this we are getting messages stating the you have charged Rs.20/- for Value Added Services, but where as we have not registered for this service, past three days, Rs.20/- is deducted every day, as of now Rs. 60 is deducted. I do not understand that without our request for Value added services how can they deduct the amount (Which is prepaid) with great difficulty we re-charge once in a month, if such deduction happens we can not manage this,
Kindly request you to look into this matter, the customer care does not answer properly. we loose money every time we call the customer care.
