We bought an LG 350 Litre refrigerator on 13/11/2011 from LG Shoppe (Shri Mangla Electronics) Janakpuri. For the past one month we have been registering our complaint at their call centre. But, such an appalling state of affairs at LG customer service that every time we lodge a complaint, LG people tell that our address in their records is one of Paschim Vihar, and they have already spoken to one Ms Promila, and have hence closed the complaint. Our Janakpuri address is very clearly written on the bill. There is no one by the name of Promila in our family or firends that I know of.
Everytime we request them to change the address and register a new complaint, the same above story repeats. We have already logged-in our complaint number of times in the past one month.
As if that was not enough, the following incident sums up the culture and value systems which exist at LG service centres. After getting frustrated on number of occasions, I once remarked to the LG service centre person that "Did I commit any mistake by choosing LG?" There came the reply from the LG personnel, "Do not commit that mistake again?"
Is anyone listening at LG Electronics?
Does anyone care about the culture and value systems that such large organization should be ashamed of?
Will my complaint be addressed, and systems improved for all customers, not only me, for the benefit of LG only?
