problem in the color display of the L.g golden eye supreme color t.v. complained lodged with customer care 5-6 times every time assured that the complaint will be attended within 24 hrs but no action taken till date

i'm one of the LG customer...me have the LG 21" SUPREME CRT TV GOLDEN EYE technology television...the TV works good only but yesterday
when tv is ON, picture is good, but within 10-15sec the imsge get colapsed and entire dispay get mixed and complex.no any image displaying...
please give me the solution sir...
