[Resolved]  Lee Cooper — Sole is crumbled / cracked from heel side

Dear Sir, I have purchased the Shoes of Lee Cooper. I have observed that the Sole is crumbled / cracked from heel side, while the top leather is perfectly good. The Sole from heel side also seems halo from inside while pressing from out side. I am surprised that how the quality of Lee Cooper Shoes become so bad. I am a regular user of Lee Cooper shoe. I do not have cash memo / bill details. But I am sure that while you look the condition of shoe is perfectly good except the Sole. I want the replacement of my Shoes at free of cost.
