I own a LG convection Micro Wave. I have sent various mails to the company's customer care asking for the receipe book and manual of the product. Despite having read the mails (read receipt received), they have till date not sent me the same.

I perchased LG RD8000 CDMA mobile phone from a web world for rs 10,800.But nosoft ware provided down loading in Pc.Service center cheated me by selling blank CD saying its soft ware for my mobile.It happend thrice. Two day back my Phone completely dead ihave given my phone for repair and entire data was erased..WORLD WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE.My hard earned money is drowned LG septic tank..M.V.Shekhar visakhapatnam..CELLNO [protected]

i am facing problem with my hand set LG Rd6600 which is camera not on only message reflect camera being ready.

i have purchased this mobile as on 31.03.09 at digvijay comunication ahmedabad after one month 1st problem was with my mobile is auto music play, auto phone book no.'s edit and dial then after i visited your service centre which is located in Judge bunglow road ahmedabad. that day problem was solved but during the fitting they did not fit one body screw and returned the mobile. in only last 2 to 3 month i have facing three times problem so please look at the matter and replaced the defective piece otherwise i will definitely go through consumer forum.
pl reply soon for action.

I have purchased new mobile LG- RD3510 of Rs. 970. Now water damage happen on my mobile so i go to LG Mobile Customer care(Bodakdev, Ahmd). and give them for repairing. After two day when go there they told me following charges for repair.
PCB- 1200
LCD - 375
+ extra tax.
So repair total is around 1600. This is only repair cost of water damage. If i just include battery, charger and body then may be total cost of mobile will reach 2500.
New mobile is of rs 970 and All part repair cost 2500. Is it not interesting?

I cant understand this LG mechanism. How this possible . This is really nonsense things.

I am praveen kumar from vizag i am facing problem with my handset model number is KF 750 which is front panel is not working properly.
This mobile i got a gift from my dad sended me from states .Currentely i cannot provide details of this mobile .
But this model launches last 6 monthes back only they provided the warrenty for one year.I purchased this mobile on feb last weak and last 2 monthes back also i suffered the same problem.
i gave to your service center they told me that it delivers with in 2 days .
after that without customer intimation the circuit has sent to your head office latter on after 20 days they deliverd my mobile .Again i am facing same problem, incase i[censored] want to provide a free service provide me otherwise give me reply what can i do i will do it.i am waiting for ur reply.

Very Poor support related to spare part. Suddently stop any produce without alternate spare availity in the market. You indirectly force to not to buy mobile.
I have purchased a new LG mobile on 31.10.10 from Universal, and after 10 days use i could analyze that the signal reception is very very poor and incoming calls are effected very much. Beauty is the phone shows full signal strength, but the call is diverted to voicemail. I have sent E-mail to customer care thrice, but to my surprise inspite of customer complaint mail, LG has not bothered to reply for the mail.     I am an officer of State Bank of India and my husband is a doctor with Kerala govt Service. We purchased a Home Theatre system of LG during this Onam. The purchase was made during first week of August 2007, from a shop at Kuravilangad, Kottayam. ( Model No HT 302 SD) .There was an offer of a 1 GB USB drive free with the model I purchased. But till date I have not received the gift. When I asked the shop from where this was purchased, I was told that usually the gifts of LG comes late. On 05.10.2007, I called the customer information centre, first I was asked to call a number at Kottayam. When I called there, a lady told me that, it was a different section and they never deals with customer complaints. Again I contacted the information centre. This time they gave me a number of Ernakulam Office. When I called there, first they told me that, it is a practice that LG gifts comes late, because I am not the only customer buying their product. Isn't 2 months necessary for a company like LG to assess the number of products sold during festival seasaon. When I asked this she collected my mobile and land line numbers and told me that their executive will call me in 2 hours. But till now I never received any call from anyone from LG. Whole these are utterly disgusting. we never expected this king of a response from a company like LG. One thing I want to add is we are higly satisfied with the performance of the HT system. We expect an early reply and necessary action.

      Good day,

      I have bought an LG 32" LCD TV. The delivery was agreed to be made later in the year against payment of an advance. Besides the TV, an entire set of house appliances was purchased, including, a refrigerator, 3 nos. split AC & washing machine. Inspite of the price of 32" LCD TV crashing in the market, in good faith, I have paid Rs. 63000/ in good faith. I had issued a cheque of outstanding amount of Rs. 55000/ on 02-Oct-07. A 32" LG LCD TV was delivered on 06-Oct-07. However, this TV set came in an unsealed box, with significant scratches on the screen as well as the outer body. Moreover, on opening the back cover, a lot of dust had accumulated & apparently penetrated on the electrical switches. On discovering the fact during installation, I have refused to accept this set. This is a preliminary complaint, as I smell trouble & breach of trust. Clearly, Dutta & Company have defaulted in providing me a brand new set as promised. I seek an exchange which Dutta & Company seem reluctant to do. I shall follow up with the result later.

        Inefficiency in internet services

        I am Mr.Prasant kumar mailing behalf of Ms. Manju Aravindashan.. As a customer of tata indicom am not at all satisfied with the services providing from ur side.. See i got internet connection from tata indicom, but from past 3 months its not working. and i called up customer care somany times but got very bad experience from their side... they are not even responding to my situation. i think cal landing...

        Dear LG Service,

        I have made a complaint to you on 2 months back my complaint No. Is 72002390 regarding my fully automatic washing machine. A number of reminders were also sent to you but neither you service engineer has arrived nor any communication has been received from your side. It is almost two month now since the complaint was made. Is LG Service so busy? I was assured of prompt LG Service at the time of sale of the washing machine to me.

        Similarly my Washing Machine complaint is not attended by lg since morethan 1 month. pulsater change is required but it is not attended.
