dont beleive any service from lg
We bought LG refrigerator which was said as 7 years warranty, but within 11month the fridge was not working, when was complaint was adressed and send fridge in service centor.(co.no.[protected]date 21-10-12.there are no responsed since 2 month.

LG Electronics — NOT REPAIRING MY LCD WHICH IS PURCHASED 4 MONTHS AGO.
I HAD PURCHASED LCD TV OF LG WORTH RS 47,000WITHIN 4 MONTHS ITS DISPLAY HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONED.
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH THEY HAD NOT RESPONSED FOR OUR COMPLAIN.
AND TV IS UNDER WARRANTY.
VERY BAD RESPOSE AND AFTER SALE SERVICE OF LG.

BOUGHT 20" LED FROM LG .THEY CLAIM VISIBILITY OF SCREEN 179 DEGREES.BUT AS I SEE MONITER EITHER FROM SIDE TO SIDE OR UP-DOWN IT CHANGES ITS COLOURS! HOW NICE? BETTER CHECK LG MONTER UNPACK THEN PURCHASE I lodged the complaint about the cooling of my refreigerator and I was intimated that Comp No is RNA[protected], I was also intimated that Service Engieer wil contact you within 24 hours. No one turned up, on reminder to customer care same reply. Hope LG will do needful to me at the earliest.

It is to inform you that they have not allotted any fixed date of delivery and told me that when it will be repaired we will inform you. week after week passed and no call has received so far. I have called them several times, but whenever I call at their provided Ph. No.[protected] /[protected] they answer, we will inform(Call) you within few minutes. But they never called me. My question is that if they can not repair it, they might not have refused to repair it and return the instrument to me. Why they are harassing common customers? If not possible them to repair, I will try to repair it some other place. The Authority may inquire about it. Further, before purchasing any electronic item we should keep in mind this factor and be-aware not to buy any LG product to avoid their Service Center's harassment.

our complaint made on 02.06.2014 reg service for split AC. A technician
having Mobile [protected] visited on 03.06.2014 and told that the AC
require gas charging. He also promised that the Gas charging technician
will visit on the next day. Inspite of numerous reminders no person has
turned up. I have made repeated calls but no use. Then finally I was
told to contact One Mr Prabakar, Ph[protected]. I have made several
calls to this gentleman. But he neither answers the phone or has called
back. Frustrated, I have once again made a complaint through web and the
details are given below.
I fail to understand why there is enormous delay in attending to a
simple problem? Is this your company's way of Making Our LIFE GOOD?For
your info, When I encountered a similar problem with Indian company
ONIDA they rectified the same in 6 Hours. I sincerely hope
some better sense will prevail on you and attend to the job immediately before we are toasted in the > 40 deg C in ChennaiReceipt No
