Dear Sir,
I am very regret to say that I had Purchased LCD 42LG80FR of rs 64000/- on Dated 27 march 2009. i had complain for my LCD Before last month o[censored]nder Warranty to Call centre on Toll free num but that time no one give me proper response i tried two times again but not responding proper.then i visit with shop keeper then he gave me Service Incharge Number then i called him Many times but he did not pick my phone but after some days i called him with another number then he picked my phone i told my all situation to him then a engineer came at my place for repair then i told him all situation but he demand me for pay ammount.i know if my product damage then ammount is applicable but my product was not damage that was immditealy fault.so i did not give any ammount to him i demand him that pls provide my complain number then he told me that its not with him..then he go back after that I totally harrsaed due to L.G after sale services. now that time my warranty was expired, I complained again after two days of my Expired warranty I called again Customer care number then I told him all situations he give me complain number C10B1015512 but that time my product expired of two days of warranty.then Engineer came again I again told him all situation then he also want pay amount.i know that time he was right to demand to amount but I deny him because I want my Warranty days get back for service.After That I generate again Complain number to disscuss all situation on customer service number RNA[protected] but again demand for Paying amount & he did not help me without paying money.Now that Time I totally frustrated & I also decided that I never Purchase L.G Product & never suggest to any one to Purchase that Worst Brand Product.
But I want some Questions with L.G Service
A:If L.G services always ready to charge amount then who is responsible to reimburse the waste of customer time.Is customer Value or amount are dust for that Brand ??
B:If L.G Service Person are not responder then that was also a customer Fault.
Please do something on my case if Any person are in L.G have responsibilities to resolve my issue otherwise I waste my 64000/- on that worst brand product but I am not agree to pay any amount for service that time only.
If possible in your End then please change my perception.

LG Electronics — Lost cellphone
My LG KP 500 cookie mobile has been lost on June 19th, 2011It's IMEI NO is = [protected]
Kindly block this cell phone as soon as possible to ensure no further misuse.
Tanuja Bajaj — No Channel
My First complaint is due to no channel, they registered my complaint on 23/08/2011 and customer care (MS. SUSHMA) told this is your free of cost, No Engineer visit my home & close my all channels due to No subscription Error No. 200. I contact again Customer Care (Senior MS. ASHA). She straight forward to say me first you pay the Rs. 175/- for engineer. First Recharge your account. I told them there is no visit of engineer at my home. I already stop complaint. Her behaviour is too Rood & Ugly. Then I again contact the Customer Care (MS RITI) she assured me you get the channels within three days after the verification. I again repeat this when no engineer came to my home how can you close my channels due to no subscription. This is not justify against a good customer. I already told them on 24/8/2011 please close my complaint due to non channels.My Smart Card Number is[protected]

LG — NON RECEIPT OF LG REFRIGERATOR AFTER FULL PAYMENT
I HAVE DEPOSITED AND BOOKED A DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR GL-305VV5 BEFORE ONE MONTH THROUGH CANTEEN BUT STILL I DO NOT RECEIVE THE FRIDGE.PLEASE SEE IN THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND TAKE URGENT ACTION AND REPLY ME ALSO.REPLY ME ON "[protected]@yahoo.co.in" OR [protected] According to our previous telephonic discussions, mails and complaints, I have understood that LG knows its company's product quality more than me. So, please proceed my refund as soon as possible. Now, it is more than 45 days of my complaints regarding LG refrigerator. Some registered complaint numbers are: RNA[protected], RNA[protected].
I have already posted my complaints in LG Facebook page, twitter but nothing went better. I have got several complaints from other LG users after posting my complaints. I have decided that it is better to replace all LG products and discontinue any relation with LG for better health as soon as possible.
I am reminding you once again that I have a manufacturing defected LG refrigerator from day one. I have raised several complaints regarding this. I have also paid gas charges in advance as per your technician's demand. But no thing happened.
I have already forwarded all my documents to LG India so many times through their service men. I am totally fade-up with LG product, customer care, services and so called fast replacement/refund process. Now, I am mailing all my documents required to LG. I hope it will help to do this process fast. LG product and services has already sucked my blood from the day after owned this. I don't want any LG Dracula in my house.

This is Sanjeev choudhary from Delhi. I had bought a double door refrigerator from LG store here yamuna vihar on 2011 for my House.
suddenly in august 2012, it stopped working and after a 15 days of calling the service centre frequently, the service people came on sep 2012 and put some gas in it and charged me Rs, 1450, and said it will work in a couple of days… but nothing happened. I called the service people again and they asked me to the compressor is not working and compressor will change and give me quote for gas and compressor around Rs.5300.00.i have call to miss anju(custome Care manager) for repair of my refregetor but she conact me with local repair center and his rpresentative reply that you was filled gas out off LG Representative.so that Rs.5300 will charge. please help me.

LG is a fraud company. noone should buy any product. i have been cheated thrice.my mobile phone which i bought in the yr 2005, my microwave in the yr 2009 & split aC 1.5 tonnes are all damaged products. the company sells all defective items n they dont have any liability.
I am being immensely harassed by the LG company for my C since 3 yrs. Within warranty period of 1yr they did gas refilling twice but never said that there was leakage in the machine.that is their company tactics so that after the warranty is over the customer is made to repair and pay from his own pocket.Their customer care is totally nonsense and very rude and they threaten customers that they will not register complaints and try to impose solutions instead of forwarding the problems to the next level.I will file a case against the company in the consumer court. no one should buy anything from LG electronics.

Maintenance of my LG Refrigerator.
My LG refrigerator is now out of warranty. It's Right side back leg has been broken. I want to replace the leg on payment basis.Another problem, water bubble is observed inside the cooling chamber. So I request LG Company to solve all these problems.

hello sir i recently went to habsiguda (pch) and there is a lg sales representative named SRINIVAS and his way of talking or behaviour is very rude, and his way of looking at girls is very bad and he cant even takecare about about customers and he always carry a mobile on his hand..and why u lg buggers will take this kind of salesman..what all the girls pretention on him..and my suggestion is please remove him...
