I happened to see the response by certain Mr. Prajapati claiming to be CEO to my complaint. This is almost a year after I posed the complaint. I request the Gentleman to contact me on my email if he is indeed concerned about the reputation. I wish I had done more to prevent them from duping others who have managed to get in touch with me after the incident. This organization is a threat to society and I'll do my best to save others from going through the trauma of dealing with them.

this agency is hoax filled with hoaxes and [censored]ers of the first grade.

liars all over dont even think of dealing with them.

well known to dupe people and having bounced cheques all over the place.

I still have my issue pending and the money is not yet returned. A future date is given but no action is taken. I have just hear all wrong things about this agency.More than 6 months have gone by but they have not returned the money.

Please take care and do not get into the false promises from this company.

After much followup for 6 months and wrong promises, I had today 26Mar2010 been to the office of Lilam Enterprises, which was in a small room in one of the shanties near IIT Powai. There were only 2 people Manisha and Jameel, who have given me wrong promises umpteen times. This time they again told me that Kamal Prajapati is in Delhi and expected only on 05Apr2010. Again a new date and day for us to follow up. It has been six months since my regular followup and it seems Kamal Prajapati has no ears to listen to our complaints neither to our needs.

!! HOW WILL HE !!.. He is the same man who is the producer of the film called "Marta Kya Nahi Karta" under the "Lilam Enterprises" banner. He has all the money in the world to produce pictures but cannot refund to their customers who have been following up for more than 6 month.

When I was there, they received 2 more calls for refunds for which they gave an next date as usual. I am now CONVNCED that this man Kamal Prajapati is into the business of DUPING people with small amounts, with a promise to give them House Maids which never happens in actual. They are all number one BULL [censored]ERS and FAKE. Please do not fall PREY to their good talks.

Dear Authorities in Consumer Forum, ARE YOU THERE listining these complaints OR is this site also of no use. I have serious concerns. PLEASE help !!!

i understand from the genuine complaints, and ir-responsible replies from the so called c.e.o., this company people are very cunning and smart enough to earn money out of commoners troubles / grievences / sufferings. People badly need such help if genuinely available thru a company, hence people easily fall prey to this kind of cheating. I pray god will punish them. They are prompt in taking advance without any resources available.

May god bless commoners from falling prey to this company's devillish thirst for blood like vampire.

There is a branch in Pune also..They keep shifting their office without informing their clients and don't pick upi the phone also. They also cheat people. Take money from us and don't send maid on time. Please don't waste your money on them instead we can get the maid from other good agencies.

This company is a scam. I paid Rs. 2000 for them to send maid candidates and they DID NOT send even one for over 2 months. When I called to cancel the service and ask for a refund, they promised me a refund in a week with a deduction of Rs. 300 for 'processing fees' but gave me the run-around for over 5 months, when i had to call almost daily. Empty promises every time.
Finally they sent a check that bounced TWO TIMES. Imagine a check for Rs 1700 bouncing! After another one month of daily calls and nonsense excuses they made, I got the cash. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

Hi.. I had given them money for a baby sitter.. which they didnot provide.. after making 100's of calls at their head office and speaking to the branch head Ms. Bharti.. I was promised a refund cheque.. which they never sent. So one day I went to their office and took they cheque. Which to no surprises bounced reason stating insufficient funds. I have been following up with Ms. Bharti to send the money.. which she promises to send everyday by 4:00 pm. but no one ever comes.
I am now thinking of taking legal action against them.. completely useless company.. Pl. dont use them.

is there no way to threaten them using either the law enforcement agency or the courts? I have also been defrauded by them.

Hi, They have taken 6000 from me and not responding to me now. I am dealing with Pooja and Jalim from Pune office. They are all liars. They will stop responding to your phones.. People spread the message across about this company and their fraud.

I have paid up Rs 6000 more than 4 months ago, and they have not sent any maids even for interviews!!! They are complete cheats. Beware of dealing with this agency! Is there any way I can get my money back??

I had registered on 23rd Nov 2010 with your firm M/s Lilam Enterprises for a housemaid who will be with us for (24 hrs). You sent on 28th Nov 2010 a maid called Ms. Nandani, who stayed only for 12 day and left without giving prior intimation, according to her she was getting married. After one week your organization arranged another maid.On the same day she told me, she was not willing to work. Then immediately I informed Pooja.She told me, she will arrange for another maid till such time to adjust with this maid.But within 2 days she also left. Till date your Pune and Mumbai branch office are not able to arrange for a maid and continuously fooling me saying that we will arrange maid with in 1 or 2 days.

I called in your office several times, but no progress has been made in this regard.I had informed Pooja, Bharti and Jamir employee of your office, if you are not in a position to arrange for maid kindly return my deposit.

This is common experience with Lilam. They promise but do not deliver. At times, you could see nexus between them and maids wherein they want their service fees from several clients. They have been exploiting situation where people do not have time to follow up.

I have had a similar experience with Lilam enterprises. How come such businesses are allowed to continue without any checks on them?
If anyone is thinking o[censored]sing this company, please dont bother. They are CROOKS!

this is kind your information to all viewers of this mail that lilam enterprise is not responsible for this type of complain or a ligation, lilam enterprise always ready to serve people as like he wants. as per our norms, So many clients wants are very difficulty to fulfill.It is natural's that human wants are unlimited. we doing this business since LAST 10 years, Many clients related with us since long & not only in India also out side of our country.SO PEOPLE ARE REQUEST TO AVOID THIS TYPE OF COMMENTS.( IGNORE IT)

even i paid Rs.14000/- for patient care on[protected]. For Two months i called them every day to send maid. for some reason or the other they kept delaying. Now i am asking them to return money, which they have not done till date. these are fraud people.Every time you call them some new person picks up the phone or they nor lift the phone at all. Lilam Enterprises is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I strongly believe that all the comments mentioned above by the consumers are right because I have also faced the same issues. I regret that i didn't read these comments before I made the deal with the company.

The two persons sitting at the Pune office (Pooja and Jameel) are Liars. They will never tell the truth. I paid the money (Rs. 6000) in January 2011 for a 24x7 maid as we were expecting a baby in March. They send a maid named Aarti saying that she was 18 yeras old, but when I asked about the documents for getting the police enquiry done, they just recalled the maid giving some excuse. Then they send another maid Ambika which also disappeared in 12 days. Then they send a maid Sulochana saying that she was 40 years old, but she turned out to be 60 years old. In the mean time we already had baby so had to adjust with the maid which was not able to do most of the jobs and ultimately she also left.
Now since 12th July I am struggling with Lilam to get me a replacement and they are not able to do so.
Effectively they have not been able to provide me with a maid as per my requirement in last seven months.

Now the Kamal Prajapati who is being mentioned as the CEO of the company in some messages above by Lilam also was present in Pune office and I met him and explained him the whole situation, but he was also not able to take any action. Now I am not able to reach him also.
If Lilam would like to comment anything on my message here I am open to talk. As they are saying that all the complaints mentioned on this site are wrong, so I will give my mobile number here, anybody who wants to register with Lilam can call me or contact me I will provide full details.
