Dear sir,
i have purchased a luminous ups on 20-09-10 with serial no.600 VA-B9CL[protected],
it is creating problems since i have purchased,
it automatically TRIPS DOWN when light goes away and now it is CHANGING to power mode and ups mode simultanously and shut
down my computer instantly and when i restart it again the same problem persist.
I cal ur exucutive to check it in dec 2010 with complaint no.vl124994, he came and
change my ups battery,
but after some weeks, again the problem of my ups continue..SO please check it..
