after light goan
computer will be switch off
suddenly
then ups does not work
at a time...

Dear sir,
i have purchased a luminous ups on 20-09-10 with serial no.600 VA-B9CL[protected],
it is creating problems since i have purchased,
it automatically TRIPS DOWN when light goes away and now it is CHANGING to power mode and ups mode simultanously and shut
down my computer instantly and when i restart it again the same problem persist.
I cal ur exucutive to check it in dec 2010 with complaint...

I have brought new ups of luminous company. After two months it is not working. and cannot switched on even after charging. pls do the need ful as soon as possible. its serial no. is B1CL3s[protected]o9.

i had purchased a luminous viva ups in 2006 it is under warrenty of two years. I register a complaint at luminous delhi on 12/07/08 but no action has been taken thereon a person came today and took my ups and gave a service ups and said it would be repared and given back but the service ups is not working either....
