[Resolved]  Luminous Ups / Viva — UPS PROBLEM

Dear sir, i purchased Luminous UPS on[protected] from your dealer.but now its battery gets demaged.Dealer gave me warranty o[censored]PS two years. but now persons in the service center tell me that the warranty o[censored]PS is two years but the warranty of battery in the UPS is one year.My UPS Code and Serial No. is B1-2D423-4205. so kindly get back me at my email address soon and make solution of my problem. i request u to please provide the warranty o[censored]PS and battery in the UPS two year. i am a poor guy and not efford money to purchase a new UPS again. so please solve my problem.

the service centre person take away the battery and said that it will be changed by NEW BATTERY . they take Rs.750/-and replace the battery by new battery .but the problem is same.
THERE IS NO BACKUP FOR A SECOND, IN UPS.
so what is the meaning of warronty, i pay for battery even it is in warranty period.

my friend have MICROTEK UPS that is better than LUMINOUS.
so kindly get back me at my email address soon and make solution of my problem.

ya there is problem in luminous ups in most of the time...

I have purchased Luminous UPS in June 2008 and since then it is creating problems and as per company it should get resolve in 36 hours but almost 30 days are gone but no action is taken yet

i have purchased a luminous ups on 9-feb-2007 with serial no.B1BL[protected], it is creating problems since i have purchased, it automatically TRIPS DOWN when light goes away and now it is CHANGING to power mode and ups mode simultanously and shut down my computer instantly and when i restart it again the same problem persist.I cal ur exucutive to check it in feb 2008, he came and change my ups battery, but after some weeks, again the problem of my ups continue..SO please check it..
