DEAR SIR,
I PURCHASED A UPS OCT 2007 WIH SERIALS NO. IS B5dL[protected] . NOW ITS NOT WORKING. I HAD LAUNCHED A CAMPLAINT ON 24.12.07 WITH CAOMPLAINT NO. DL-46872. NOW SINCE TODAY ITS NOT RESOLVED MY COMPLAINT ..... I HAD LOST MY BUSINESS IN MY STOCK SHARE MARKET. NOW I HAD PURCAHAED A NEW UPS MICROTEK RS 12000/ INSTEAD OF THIS ..... I REQUEST TO U TO TAKE A STRIK ACTION TO COMPNAY AND TO GIVE ME COMPANSATE OF THIS COMPAINT .......

I have purchased a luminous ups on 12-Aug-2009 with serial no.C0CLBB[protected], it is creating problems since i have purchased, It's power ON and power OFF switch button is not functioning properly.SO please check it..

This is to bring to your notice that the LUMINOUS UPS that we had purchased from Patna for our site at sitamarhi about 8 months ago is not working properly since the last 3 months.Since it is in gurantee period please do the needful to get us rid of the problem by getting the UPS repaired or replaced.

I have got a luminous UPS, Model 600, S No B 30AF730-2804. Handed over to Auth Service centre named Standard Electronics, 615 Napier town, Jabalpur, MP. Due to heating & smelling on 22/03/10.The service centre assured me to get it repaired within 24 Hours by changing the Transformer which was burnt as per them & the total charge will be around Rs 1000/-. After the period was over I called them up .The Technician told me that the transformer has been changed & the UPS is not working. He has to change the circuit board also & it will take another day, I have been informed again that the charge will be more then Rs 1000/- in spite my consent to give them whatever the charges may be on very first day. Next day he told me with angry voice that the part is not available with the centre & it is going to take at least one week. If this has been told me earlier I wouldn’t have taken the pain. I have had some harsh conversation with him regarding the matter.
After one day the service centre call me up to take my repaired UPS back by paying Rs 1035/-.On 25/3/2010 I paid the amount via receipt NO 1442, Dated 25/3/2010 & took my UPS back. Next morning while doing my important work it started sparking & smelling again. I had to stop working immediately & call the service station again. They told me to bring the UPS again to the centre. I am surprised to see the services provided by such a leading brand & behavior with the old customer. No body is turned up so far to take care after paying Rs 1035/- to the service centre. Is this the claim to provide all the services to the customer by the Co.

I have purchased a Luminous inverter 800 AV model UPS on 26 May 2009 form M/S Shyam inverter, Noormahal Road, Nimbahera Distt. Chittorgarh Rajasthan. It is not working since 6th June 2010. An warrenty period has been given for two year. know one year is passaway and it has closed the working. We contect with the shyam inverter. He send a person to collect our original bettery and after20-25 day send and old black colour better for provisional adjustment. It working only 5-7 day but failed. I remind again and again but no response has given by shopkeeper.

We invest Rs.14000/- prevent by hot seasson but We feeling robbing. Luminous is reputed concern So we bought the same product. But it not fulfill as per our thinking. WE request you to take immediate action for replace our bettery and inverter and slove our problem at the earliest.
