i purchased Luminous UPS .but now its battery gets demaged.My UPS Serial
No. is B6DL[protected]. Persons in callcenter tell me that, one person
willhave gone to your sight.after three days one person has come but he
told me that he has mainly worked in inverter. He has nothing done here.no
any person has come even at this time.i am calling callcenter daily.but
no one has come at my venue.

I have purchesed a Luminous Sine wave inverter 800 AV Model UPS Sine Sr.No.B2CL5P[protected] on 09July 2009 from DEV Enterprises Shahdol(Madhya Pradesh).It is not working since 23 July 2009 .I have made many efforts to make contect to service-desk but fail .I have done all my level best according to troubleshooting but result is nothing.

When electrical mains is available to the UPS unit Mains ON and Smart charge idicators glow and all the electrical connections in the home including connections make through UPS work proper, but when electrical supply cut off all the electrical connections including connections make through UPS get loss completely, though UPS ON indicator glows.There is no output supply from UPS when mains supply cut off . i have a lominous ups(priema). sometimes during power fluctuation power has failed . so my pc is suddenly off .my all work getting lost. my ups is in gurantee period.pls tell me the procedure to rectify the problem.

Ours is an Organization engaged in health care in U.P. We purchased a LUMINOUS UPS in the month os Oct.2008. It is out of order since three months and recently I made a complaint with your customer care in Delhi. A technician came and changed the battery and still the problem persists. I made another complaint but the technician has not come to repair the UPS. Hope your customer care sevice works properly. The name earned by your company may be lost by like this services provided by Customer Care service in Delhi. I furnish the complaint numbers below.
