I Vikas Jaitly had purchase a Maruti-Suzuki Swift (Zxi) on 7th Jan 2008 from your Authorised dealer M/s APRA Auto India Pvt Ltd, JMD Regent Plaza,M-G Road, Gurgaon.(APRA)

M/s APRA has cheated me and sold me a 2007-Old model by falsely promising that it is a 2008 Model.

I had requested for the latest Swift ZXI 2008 model, with the latest features which would be likely to be incorporated in the 2008 model.The dealing sales person at APRA Auto India Pvt Ltd is Gulshan Kumar who was dealing with us from inquiry dealing till the time of delivery of Vehicle. Mr Gulshan along with other sales persons and employee of APRA has had promised us to give us the latest 2008 Model and on their assurance, we had booked the said car on 06th Jan 2008. The car was delivered to us on 7th Jan 2008 evening I had paid Rs 531111/- the car.

Time and again till the time of delivery of vehicle I has numerous time contacted APRA and enquired about the make & model and they had confirmed each time that it was latest 2008 model. But after the purchase I came to know that Latest Swift ZXI – 2008 model is coming with inbuilt stereo (MP3 player) & some other modifications too. I was shocked to understand that APRA has cheated me and supplied me a 2007 model.

Just due to the difference in year of model the car is depreciated much and I was not given the new features moreover my faith on Maruti and its associates had shaken. I had informed M/s APRA and asked for an explanation but till date they had not responded.

I am thinking to take the matter with Maruti Udhyog and also file a case with consumer court and case under section 420.

Kindly Look in the matter and advice further action.

Maruti Udhyog Ltd & Govt. has to take a strict action against the dealer. As the customer, he himself knows the value of money & time he spent to earn. It should be taken as a fraud case to Suzuki, they have to understand carefully before making anybody a dealer. As Suzuki Maruti Udhyog Ltd is not a street side store.
Did they offer u a heavy discount on the new car?? Actually I was also planning to buy a new car in Jan'2008. I was told by the dealers that, if I purchase a 2007 model, which has been manufactured during the year-end. On a new model there was no discount.

If its so, then I am really feeling f sorry for you, b'coz these salesmen, just for "laalach" of a few hundred rupees as incentive, leave the customer shocked and unsure of any other person they meet.

But don't give up...take up the matter further...go to consumer court...worst to worst u'll have to retain the vehicle...but at least the satisfaction of fighting against fraud will be there...and i am sure something will definitely work-out. The consumer court has been very fair...at least such bogus salesmen and car-dealers(Cheaters) will have to run for their money!!!
Why don't to escalate the matter with Maruti Suzuki Customer care person.They will take necessary action.One of my friends W-R was having suspension problem & he took it to Maruti's customer cell & they responded it vey quickly.
yes i agree with this complaint because now maruti is only chase the money they cant think about coustmer dreams and coustomer setisfection. the maruti regional office are also missguide the coustomers they cant took the right answer because they want only money when the take the from coustomer they cant think aboutthe coustomer then coustmer is doesent maater for maruti and setisfection i have also same type of problem with my omni lpg which i purchased by jay cee motor amritsar but sfter problem no body solve our problem they addvice me go to court and file a case against us but we cant do they publish in the jd powers maruti is on a no one in customer setisfection but thst is total false jd is also a part of maruti amd a mother is cant listen against the son, same like tasht they cant publish the problems of maruti owners. as per me maruti is made the only cars not make relation with customers.,

Dear Sir,

I am been harrassed by the Chevrolet dealer India Automobile in Kolkata, India for last one month to get delivery of the car (spark LS). The dealer after taking full payment in advance by false committment of giving immediate delivery made me wait for last 25 days are now when car has arrived he is asking further payment from me for hike in there prices

Please suggest what to do?

Sir,
Respectfully, I am an owner of Maruti Zen having registration number DL 2CN 9286 and met with an accident near Shivaji Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon. As I am having trust on Maruti Service station, I have two options in front of me APRA and VIPUL, but I heard about your good service so immediately I reached to APRA Service Satation near to that location. This accident was occurred on dated 30th October, 2008., and from the very same day my car is in that service station till date.
On the very same day at 6:30 P.M. I meet with Mr. Smarth([protected]) in building no. 15A and handed over the car for the inspection of the damage but on the very same day I was misguided as I was make to sign on the INSURANCE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE without any inspection and they called this as a part of formality. My question is this that are you staff take signature first without having any inspection done. This was done on 01st November, 2008. As my car was not damaged from the front only the wheel rim was damaged, I was promised for the delivery of the car within 9 days from the date of accident.
This is very humiliating that till date I have never received any call from your side for the car, each and every time I call I got the response that only the road test is pending till date this is the 20th day from the day of accident. After few days of accident I was informed that the side body is also damaged and when I ask for the change of the side body they says that it is okay to be repaired and when I contacted one of your staff (Mr. Salim/[protected]) about this he suggested only to change this as this part of the car is very important for the car.
This is very disgusting that each and every time I have to call to check the status / progress on the car. I have never received any call from your side. I was never informed whenever the visitor visit for the car nor I have ever meet with the car inspection inspector. it is your responsibility to call your customer for the progress of the car and its my right to know all this about my car and to meet with the inspection people.
One more thing that whenever I call each time I was told a new major problem with the car, Is your staff is so untrained that those peoples are not able to find the problem with the car (i.e. major problem not minor problem). Yesterday (19th November, 2008) I finally got a call from Mr. Anand ([protected]) and he told me that my car is giving missing on the start, even a fool can say that this statement is false as there are three facts First from the last 10 days my car is ready for the road test, Second as I told earlier my car was not having any damage from the front only it was from the left side wheel damage, and third while giving the car for repair it was checked by Mr. Smarth that this car was not giving any kind of missing at that time. Are you people so crazy that you make fake statements to make money.
As I heard about APAR that you are the best in customer satisfaction, REALLY you guys make me to feel this. You people are making me to take action against you as my experience with you is not good. Please do something good to change my thinking for you as I am service class person and this is a huge amount for me you are charging for the fake damages and repairs. From this I am mentally disturbed from your side and activities.

The condition now seems to be worst as after receiving call from your side to collect my car Maruti Zen On 20th November, 2008 having registration No. DL 2CN 9286, you again refused to give the car to me due to some new technical problem. Will you please let me know that without any confirmation you call the people to collect the car. This is very embarrassing to me to come from Delhi to Gurgaon to receive car and got refused. On the very first day from 30th October, 2008 you promised to give the car to me on 08th November, 2008, but till date you always failed to deliver the car to me.

On 20th November, 2008 I was promised by you head Mr. Sunil Gupta for the delivery of the car within 15 minutes and at the end of the day I was refused to the delivery of the car. Reason a new technical problem. Let me tell you that my car only did 38000 Kms from the last 8 Years and before the accident I have never had any technical problem in the car and now the problem occurs in that part aswell where the car was never hited.

Please do the needful in this matter. I will be highly thankful to you for the same.

This is my fifth email to you and your department for the delivery of the car having registration no. DL2CN9286. It is requested to you to kindly deliver my car back as everybody in your department is misguiding and making money by specifying every time new problem in the car, even the surveyor also claims that why APRA people donot let him know the whole problem at a time. Surveyor claims of visiting again and again for the same car and every time for the new problem.

This seems that your staff is totally untrained as they are not able to catch the problem even in three attempts.

This is my request to you kindly deliver my car back to me.

no proper services from simran motors Auto (India) P Ltd .

I lata motwani have purchased a maruti swift desire from simran motors,
panvel in the month of april 2008 but till today I have not got the smart card which they should had given within 15 to 30 days of purchase .

I have gone there for so many times for the card but they have not given me the card nor they are giving me any proper information.Maruti Udhyog Ltd & Govt. has to take a strict action against the dealer.

These things are really desperating, these people have nothing to do with the customers problem, this has become their habit of cheating the customers like that. Now it is the responsibility of Maruti also to check that how their dealers are cheating their customers in the name of servicing and selling old models in the name of new model.

Apra Service station, gurgaon — Cheated in car service at Apra Service station, gurgaon

Actually in last service at Apra service station sec-14, gurgaon I was told that my car's (wagonR) Shocker are damaged and need to change. They also confirmed me that it will cover in your extended warrenty. I agreed to them. But after running more 2000Km I found the problem still persits and get worsed. I doubt that they have not changed my car's shockers instead they might took the advantage from maruti on extended warrenty. Please look into the matter or suggest me the way I can proceed to check it. Initially Apra was on my priority but after such 2-3 incidents with me, I cannot recommend anybdy for this, even now Apra is busy only in money making by giving senseless advice on your car.

This is a general Story with Maruti Dealers. You any where through out India, Maruti has expanded their operations but they are not able to manage them at all. You go for a simple car wash. It takes like 4 hrs. Crap...Isnt It?? They don't follow the rules created by them only.

PASCO, one of the known Maruti Dealer in Gurgaon. The provide the pathetic service. I bought my car from Local Delaer in Punjab and now as i was posted here, i been visiting this dealer once in 2 months and gettin my car checked-up on a regular basis, but rather than going up it's started deteriorated and even after giving so many feedbacks(Specifically asked for them) on various levels of administration, they have done nothing.

BENZ Autos in chandigarh is a great dealer. Any one from CHD plz visit them once. I am not a promoter of them but appreciate their sercives in a very nominal rates.

I got my Maruti Alto serviced at APRA Gurgaon recently and this has been the pathectic service of my vehicle till date. Any road-side dealer would do a better wash and repairing than APRA auto. Not only this, they removed the black CAP in the middle of tyres. Whatever I mentioned to be reapired was not done and charges were too much. Experinces with VIPUL motor faridabad has been much better than this. I will never ever give my car for service to APRA auto again.

Apra Auto Ltd — Fraudulent intentions

I had given my Maruti Baleno MH 12CK 760 to Apra auto Ltd for servicing and a complaint of my car AC not working. By the end of the day i was told that the car AC evaporator has a leakage inside and it cannot be repaired and that it can only be replaced and would cost around Rs 32000, as Baleno parts are no more made in India. Thankfully i did not go by their word and post servicing (which cost me aprox Rs7000) i showed it a local Car AC repair shop. He checked on the leakage and told there was none, and refilled the AC gas and it started working. It cost me Rs 900.
Apra auto is an authorised service station and I wonder how an authorized service station this big would intend to do this kind of fraud.
I feel Maruti does not listen to its customers, since my case in never responded by their officials till date despite being taken up with them for last one & half years.

APRA suckssss... i will take my car to a road side mechanic rather then taking it to APRA . They don't know how to behave with their customers. Fraud people fraud commitment.
I have had the same issue as stated above by Suresh Chand.
How can we trust Maruti company as whole sole true and customer oriented, when they cheat on customer on continously.
Can somebody plesae give email ID of the owner of the comany, so that by directly mailing him, these situations can be unshadow from him.

I RAmu awasthi purchase a car in jul.2010. it warrenty was valid 40000km or 2 years. which was extend for one year. my car is drive only 36000km and its susspension is create problem so we give it for service .the deler is charge the labor charges and also said that it is not in warenty. so you are request to plz. rectifie my problem.

    We have purchased new Swift Diesel VDI Car Regn. No. WB20H4048 from Dewar's Garage, 4, Council House Street, Kolkata on 26.10.2007 being Cust Id No. C[protected] & Key No. 6103.
    From the begining there is a problem in the car that the car is pulling towards the left side while driving. After that we are in continuos touch with the above mentioned dealer, Maruti Regional Office Manager, Kolkata & even in Gurgaon but till yet our car is same as before.
    From 01.12.2007 the above mentioned car was lying idle in Dewar's Garage, Code 0605 for the service of the same but as
    the car was not made completed by them & as per the technical person of their garage the car is ok, yesterday we tooked our car back from them in that connection after nothing was done.
    Now also they are saying that the car is ok.
    So we want that the co. should be charged for the loss of time, money & other problem which we have suffered & also to make the car otherwise change the same.

    Ritz vxi was purchased in 2011 as we required a hatchback for local runs in Mumbai

    This is not our first vehicle.
    Currently we have
    Audi A4 ( 2012 model -7000 kms done),
    Toyota corolla (2007 model -55000 kms run)
    Ritz VXi ( 2011 model, 12000 kms run)
    Hyundai i10 Kappa2 (2011 model, 50000 kms )

    Previous vehicles:
    1993 - Premier Padmini
    1997 - Premier Padmini ( sold 2002, 60000 kms )
    2002 - Hyundai Accent ( sold 2007, 60000 kms )
    2011 - Ritz vdi ( sold 2013, 45000 kms)

    We had problem with Ritz vxi from first month of ownership
    1. Burning smell coming while running . This was present from the first day, service centre people never able to find out, it went when I replaced clutch at my own expense at 10000 kms, I have never changed clutch in any of my previous cars . service centre people telling that I don't know to drive . Maruti always right in commenting when I never faced this issue in any of the other cars and still going strong

    2. gear slotting was a problem ( now its working properly)

    3. Wiper motor had to be replaced as it got rusted ( within 3 yrs of ownership, never i have changed this in any of my cars)

    4. Clutch and all the components had to be replaced at 10000 kms ( Ten Thousand Kms )

    5. Rear speaker some sort of nice coming
    6. Body panels have already started rusting, all the 4 window pane steel panel have rusted
    7. Rattling issues
    8. Fuel gauge never shows full . even if I fill it to top also, it will show 1 or 2 blocks less, Pathetic quality control from Maruti

    Can anyone imagine this ?
    All cars are parking at same place inside my building and none of my vehicle has got rusted anywhere expect Ritz.
    Even after have driving experience on so many cars, none of the vehicle clutch plates had to be changed anytime till I sell the car

    Maruti service centre people will tell that driving is not proper so clutch is gone bad, this is inspite Ritz is driven mostly single person and you can see how less its being driven around ( 10000 kms / 3 yrs = 3333 kms per yrs)

    Most of the companies have gear box oil change interval of 1 lakh kms, but maruti had 20000 kms, This should make customers realize the poor quality of oil used by them.

    Many have body antirust warranty for 6+ years, i don't even think Maruti will offer this . They can't as they know about their quality of parts

    Maruti sells vehicles with very poor parts and puts blame on customer for their failure, Need to see how long does this company run like this . I will never recommend Maruti products to any of my friends nor family members and even in my company will let my colleagues know about the pathetic quality . Guys never buy Maruti, their diesel car sells just due to FIAT engine, else they would have lost the market by now

    I will submit n number of pics if any one wants to see the rusting issue, never buy ( vehicle age is 3 yrs only and all my vehicles are parked in same compound and its garaged most of the days )

        My card no ([protected]) was stolen during my outside travel on 11th Sep'07 at 2:30am & i have blocked the credit card facility for the above mentioned card through telephonically request at 5:30pm on the same day.
        The reason for delay in informing bank about the theft was since I was unconscious & hospitalized since 2:30am to 5:00pm on that day.
        Please note that between this duration there has been a withdrawal of Rs. 3,000/- from the above mentioned credit card number.
        As the withdrawal has taken place after the theft of card, it is requested to do the needful in your records to remove the ownership of this payment against my name.

        Actually I have got a Wagon-R Lxi and this car is continuously giving me some problems for past one and a half years, I have been regularly visiting your workshops here in Noida (Vipul and Motorcaft) for the same, The issue is my car is being pulled towards left and people from Vipul and Motorcraft have tried n number of time to fix it but they are not able to do that. I have taken my car to Vipul and Motorcraft for at least 12 time in past 18 months to get it fixed, People at Vipul are just not willing to talk to me even , They are so very rude that as a customer I would never prefer to visit that place , I got my car’s wheel alignment done at Vipul and they said it is now fine but half an hour later when I got it checked at Motorcraft it was really in bad shape.Altough I registered a complaint with Maruti regarding this and Mr.Shobhit was looking into the matter , He tried his best but I am just not satisfied with the performance of my car , My car is coming out of warranty in Feb 2008 , And really do not want any issues after that also .Whenever the alignment is done at Motorcraft the car goes fine for 100 KM , But after 100 Km it again starts giving me same problem , I don’t ride on bumpy roads as I ride in Noida and Delhi only so the roads are also good.
        As a customer I am really unhappy with my cars performance and Maruti’s after sales service. This will lead me to buy another Non-Maruti car in future .The relationship between me and Maruti has been sour.
        I have no idea weather you are the correct person to talk for all this, but if you can’t do anything about this plz do me a favor, Plz cascade it to the higher management.

        My Vehicle no-GJ11E/4961, Maruti 800 has been send for repair to SHIVA Motors, Panikoili, Jajpur, orissa for repair around 4 months back. Before taking to service station its A/C system was working perfectly which was also verified by the owner of the Authorised service station Mr. Panda, Mobile No: [protected].
        But to my surprise my vehicle was delevered after inadquate repair & services, it was seen my AC of the vehicle was not working and i complained about the fact to them. After complaining my vehicle was taken back to the service station and doing some thing but failed to repair perfectly. This is beeing done repeatatively 5 to 6 times and every time they are charging gass filling and other incidental charges to me. But till date the AC is not working .

        So plz take necessary action & solve my problem

        During service of my Car one Gasket, Cylinder head (item code 11189M79G30) pkd- 02/2008, MRP 72.79/- changed at prem Moters Gwalior.
        This item was charged 85.41/ +12.5% service tax. Shoroom GM Mr.Dixit shows himself helpless.
        Also billing time was more than 1 hrs and quality of service found very poor.
        Althoug This type of bitter exp.I had first time With Maruti.
        Please look in to the matter and revert me.

        I am working as Finance Head in a swiss MNC, i am owner of Wegnor which i purchased on 19.10.2006. there is defect in car sold to me, air likage from right hand front side glass/ beading. when the car exceeding speed of 35-40 KMs, a noise for air likage which can be listen in trafic also and level of noise increase as speed increases and when i a driving on hiways at speed of 80-90, it becomes non-tolerable.
        I complained so many times to Vipul Motors, Faridabad, almost at every service but till now they did'nt resolve it. always they say that it got rectified but again when during drive the noise persists they assures to rectify it in next service. now it's 2 years completed and i have to option to bring that point to highlight the same to top authorities of maruti who talks so much about product quality, service support and customer care and satisfection.

        Maruti Suzuki India LTD. — about Auto Card

        I had also purchased a Maruti Zen Estilo Lx on 14th Nov’2008 of colour pearl silver with Chasis No. 215747, Registration No. UP-32 CQ1470 from your authorized dealer Anand Motor Agencies Ltd., Lucknow.
        I had submit the form of a Auto Card. I am stil awaiting, but I can't get any Auto Card till date.
        Please provide the Auto Card as soon as posible.

        Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. — Bad Service

        I'm so disappointed from maruti suzuki india ltd. bacause my car is not serviced yet.
        Kiran Motors (Ahmedabad, Gujarat) has taken my car and told me that you'll get it within 2 or 3 days. But this is the 6th day and i'm very disappointed for that.

        It's a very bad service.

        i had received a fraud job offer bt i didn't knew it and i have confirm my mailing address to them which was asked by them bt now i m worried about it that what should i do. please give me solution for it and there should be take a action for it bcz so many people are doing this which is wrong so i request you yo stop this and take an action

        I have purchased a car in August 1 2014, The dealer taking handling charges for my car Rs.5000/- where as the Delhi high court have given a circular that it is illegal.

          My name is Rajib Kar. I booked a Maruti Alto Car(Model - Lxi, Colour - Silky Silver) at Dewar's Garage (4 Council House Street,Kolkata) on 8th of November 2007. My customer code is R432. I was told at the time of booking that the car would be delivered on 26th of November 2007. Suddenly after all these days I have been told date of delivery can not be confirmed now as Maruti has stopped production as well as delivery of Alto Lxi model now. I am in a fix now. I have already paid the dealer an amount of 44 thousand rupees. If I cancel the booking now, they will simply deduct a sum of two thousand rupees from the advance but they are simply investing my money somewhere else. I didn't expect it from Maruti at least. In fact I am thinking of dragging the matterto the consumer's forum. Please clarify at the earliest.

          My name is Roji O Varghese. I booked a Maruti Alto Car(Model - Lxi, Colour - Sup White) at Pathankot Vehicleades PVT LTD on 7th of Jan 2010. My customer code is 32119.to day is 12/01/10 there is no intimation from the dealers. I have already paid the dealer an amount of 276285/ mode of DD of PGB Bhadram. I didn't expect it from Maruti at least. In fact I am thinking of dragging the matterto the consumer's forum. Please clarify at the earliest.

            Subject: Complaint against Bobb Motors Authorized Service Station, Firozpur.
            Sir
            I am a regular customer of your brand since 1997. first I use your maruti omni & after that I use your maruti 800, and now I am using your maruti zen . in the last 10 years I am satisfied by your service. But now I am sorry to say that some of crumpet persons are entered in your group like Bobb Motors, Moga Road, Near BSF Headquarter, Firozpur Cantt in the state of Punjab.
            On the day of 8-9-07 some salesman com to at my door and give me the schem for servicing for my car in just Rs.399/- for 8 times free service. I am impressed by the salesman so I bye the same. When I get the first service by the bobb moters he will create a bill of Rs. 940/-(nine hundred & forty only). In this bill he will add Rs. 30/- (Rs. thirty only) for break oil & Rs. 125/-(Rs. One hundred &twenty five only) for weight & Rs. 50/- (Rs. Fifty only) for camber adjustment. Sir These are the false additions in my bill because on the day of 14-10-07 I fill the brake oil in my car & sir on the day of 6-10-07 I change my cars front pair of tyre at that time I alien & balanced all the five tyre of my car and I know that no nead to adjust my car’s chamber. When I toke with the owner (Mr. Ashok kumar- Bobby) for this he said “ Humney to kiya hai ye kam aur hum to iskey paisey bhi lenge. Humey atey hai pesey nikalwany” after the argument I pay the full amount of the bill. After that when I request to give back to me the changed parts of my car to me he refused and said the old parts are our property and no any of them give to me. After that when I start my car the parking lights are not in working hear I tell you these are in working condition when I give my car to the work shop. The owner say to my “kal lana aaj humara electition nahi hai” . Sir after a day I am again visited to the workshop but the same problem is not settled down. Sir I visit in the workshop four times but the owner are said to me today (the[protected] that no elicitation we have.
            After gatting the harassment I registered a complaint against the owner in police station & if they are not satisfied me then I have knock the door of consumer court
            I am sorry to say that those people who are not provided the basic facility in there workshop how can you certified them. In this workshop no room or space to sitting for customers & no vacuum cleaner for cars. No trained foreman or mechanics. No required staff .
            Sir, I think if these type of authoresses service station age exist for a long time then your permanent costumers are not associate with you forever.

            I have booked one SX4, VXI model car of mettalic clear beige colour with your authorised dealerM/S Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd on 21/01/2008by making a advancepayment of Rs.75000 vide account paying cheque against which a rreceipt was issued on 23/01/2008 At the time of booking I was assured that the car shall be delivered within eight days but till date the car has not been delivered to me and the dealer is not in a position to say as to by when the car shall be delivered. In the mean time the dealer has informed me that the car prices has also enhanced which I shall have to bear inspite of the fact that I has booked the car several days back. I have on the assurance of the dealer already sold off my old car and am presently without a car. I am a lawyer by proffession and am facing undue harassment. The dealer is also not providing me with a spare car.please look into the matter and infom me as to by when I shall get the delivary of my car.
            Dear Sir,

            Myself Brahm Swaroop Rajal. I am an Editor of “Vishwakarma Doot” Newspaper, its publishing since 1994 from Ambala City. And I am the royal customer of Maruti Suzuki since 1999. I have purchase 2 new vehicles from Modern Automobiles in last 10 years.

            On date 2 July 2009 a Maruti Sales Executive Name Rahul Sharma came in my office at 5.00 pm and demonstrate about the Model Astar. He produced me a Test Ride of this vehicle on 6.00 pm.. and after that he and Mr. Dikshit Jagota (EDP Incharge) and other three executives put me on pressure to book this vehicle right now. And I give them Rs. 5000/- in cash and a cheque of Rs. One Lac. Even on that time I was totally confused. And Mr. Dikshit give me his visiting card as the receipt of Rs. 5, 000/- with the signature on its back. And ensure me that they will present my cheque in bank after my permission.

            And in the morning dated 3 July 2009, A man Mr. Kamlesh (ASM) came in my office to demonstrate about Astar from your other Dealer in Ambala M/s Eakansh Wheels. And he offered me better options and schemes on that vehicle. And than I asked to Mr. Rahul about those options and rebates but they can’t afford that. That’s why I cancelled my booking on same day.

            Even I already cancelled my booking till they produced my cheque in Bank (which was not cleared).

            From the day I cancelled that booking, I give many reminders to Mr. Rahul Sharma but every time he was not in Showroom and ever time he said that he is calling me back. Than I personally visited in Modern Automobiles. But there was no higher authority present in showroom to talk with me. So I retuned back.

            After that day I am giving them daily reminder to return back my money and cheque. But they are always ignoring me. Than I called on[protected] and there I told all about this episode to Mr. Shalain (Shalam) and he gave me a number of Higher Authorities in Punchkula[protected]. And I called on this number 3 times from the day I got this number but every time they ask my name and phone number and ensure to call me back but till now the result is a BIG ZERO.

            One the other side after the cancellation of booking in Modern Automobiles. I purchased that Car from other dealer M/s Eakansh wheels on dated 5 July 2009. and they delivered my car at my home with Temp. Number and Insurance papers only. (without no other paper i.e. Invoice/Bill/Warranty of the vehicle).
            Now a new story is this that I have not received my bill till this date I am writing you this letter. Due to that reason I can’t take my registration number from Motor Vehicle Authority. And any time I can be Punished or Fined coz of without registration number.

            Please show me the way …. What I can do in both matters (stories) I written above…

              I have a serious greviance against Rohan Motors, Noida.
              I took my Maruti Alto-LX today for service and I was made to wait 3 hours and kept getting assurance that my car is being serviced and it will take 5 minutes more. When I went to collect my car I found it was not even touched and the foreman Mr.
              Mehrajuddin was rude to the core. He nearly abused me as if trying to vent out his frustation on me.
              I have 3 maruti cars in my family and have been a dedicated user of Maruti Suzuki cars. This was the first time I met with such behaviour. I understand one unsatisfied customer does not affect a company but I also believe mouth publicity matters a lot.

              Please look into this matter cause these small incidents matter a lot.

                Dear Maruti,
                I am having problem in my new True Value WagonR. On the Date of Delivery(09/11/2007) of the Vehicle we found that A.C is not working and also some other minor defects in front of the Delivery Executives. So they people commit us that they will fix it on Sunday (11/11/2007)(Only A.C) But today(11/11/2007) when i reach at the Showroom they regret it for today (with Rude behavior) and committing again for tomorrow(Monday 12/11/2007) but when i compel them they agree to me for pick and drop of the Car tomorrow from my home as i will be in office tomorrow and parents are also Working. So my Overall First Experience with maruti is very Embarrassing.

                Now, according to your check list of 120 points we found many Errors in our TrueValue WagonR at the time of delivery of the vehicle in front of Executives as well as right now also which are as follows : -
                1. Knocking in the Engine.
                2. Right Side Rear Door Lock is not working properly.
                3. Car is not properly cleaned from inside and from outside. Example like Inside of Meter there is lot Dust which makes its needles slightly invisible and from outside there are lot of place which needs Rubbing. Also the RIM of the Vehicle is not cleaned and painted.
                4. They provide us only one Key of the CAR and regret us for the Second key of the CAR.
                5. And the Main thing is that A.C is not working(Reason No GAS).
                6. Car's Rear Seat Head Rests are not of WagonR model as they are of ZEN Front seat Model which are larger in size and creating a lot of trouble while driving and viewing from the Rear view mirror.
                7. Car is Taking a long self at red lights means when temperature of the Reaches at the normal level it starts taking the Long self.

                So these are the some points which makes failure in your 120 check point list.

                So please please please its my humble request that either fix these troubles as soon as possible or please take this car back and return our money (I am ready to bear loss of 7 days depreciation) as i m interest in other brand like Hyundai (because of nice behavior and excellent after sale service).

                This is a copy of email I sent to Mohon Motor - Kolkata, Maruti Udyog - Wagon R Lxi:

                Today I am in receipt of a letter dated 13.09.2007 sent by Mr. Biplab Ray, Works Manager, M/s Mohan Motor Udyog, Kolkata .

                In the aforementioned letter, Mr. Ray referred to my complaint regarding 'underbody painting' and 'horn problem'.

                Moreover, he has requested me to send my vehicle to their workshop as a goodwill gesture and assured me : 'underbody & horn will be repaired alongwith washing and cleaning work at free of cost'.

                My observations are as follows :

                1) I received the first communication ( in a generalised format ) from you / your authorised service station after so many days of the incident actually occurred.

                2)M/s Mohan Motor Udyog is not obliging me by providing me with above mentioned measures as 'a goodwill gesture'(!).

                3) I have brought some more points to your kind notice which have been clevely avoided.

                4)It is not mentioned that who will bear the cost of fuelling of my car for bringing my car to that very workshop once again apart from spending my time and energy etc. for the callousness and negligence of the workshop authorised by your esteemed organisation, brand ambassador of M/s Maruti Udyog.

                5)Hon'ble Biplab Roy has written : 'we are extremely sorry for incontinences caused by us in this regard' : I have failed to understand the meaning of his written ex-pression.

                In precise, I would like to mention that I am disappointed, frustrated, disgusted and dejected receiving such customer-friendly approach from your Authorised Farm : M/s Mohan Motor Udyog. I am quite surprised to note your indifferent approach towards cusotmer with genuine grievance against erring Authorised Service Station and Dealer.

                I seek your prompt intervention to resolve my grievance at the earliest.

                Dear Sir,

                This is to bring the following facts to your kind notice:

                1. In the month of February 2006 I purchased a Wagon R Car (LXi : WBo2V-3102 ) from your Company and your Company helped me a lot to procure the car and fulfill my dream.
                2. Not only I purchased my car from your Company, but also I purchased all the car accessories from you. I did my Car Insurance from you. I got my car parts painted by you. I opted extended warranty provision for 1+2 years ( I was never told for the other option : 1+3 yrs, which I came across later ).
                3. Your Company extended facility like ‘Corporate Discount’ and other things to me and some of my friends / colleagues who were working in the same Company Reliance Industries Limited ( Petroleum Business, Marketing Division, East ) bought our cars collectively from you after satisfying with your customer friendly attitude and gesture, level of commitment, sincerity and honest approach.
                4. I can well recollect one thing that I had never received the ‘Auto Journal’ which I was supposed to get free of cost for a period of 1 year. I reported to the Asstt. Sales Manager but it was not sorted out. I did not want to highlight the matter since it seemed to me too trivial to lodge complaint.
                5. After buying the car I went to your workshop to avail all the Free Services with a sense of trust and belongingness towards M/s Mohan Motor Udyog and insisted all of my friends to adopt the same practice. Efficiency and effectiveness of your Company were advocated by me in favour of your Company.
                6. Today i.e. 10.09.2007 I had faced a different experience while I went to your workshop for serving my car ( paid service on 17000 k.m.) after going to your place all the way from Bandel (almost 70 k.m. away from my place of residence although there are several Maruti Service Centres in neighbouring areas ) with a blind loyalty to M/s Mohan Motor Udyog. My Customer Id was : ID : I[protected] dated 10.09.2007.
                7. After arriving at your place at around 10 a.m. I requested for Service and necessary check up of my car and the Job Card was filled up by the attending Supervisor in consultation with me. I requested him to consider the service coupon gifted by your Company at the time of renewing Car Insurance but the same was discouraged by him with a plea that it won’t help me much. I took his idea and advised him to do all the jobs required for proper upkeepment / maintenance of the car.
                8. I suggested to check all the necessary things with special emphasis on rework of ‘underbody painting’ (which was done in your workshop one and half years back) which was required to be repainted. I asked him to see the horn and ‘backing horn’ and to do ‘cavity treatment’. Afterwards, I called the Supervisor on his mobile to see the ‘tuning’ of the car also which he assured to look into.
                9. At around 5.45 p.m. and in the heavy downpour I went to the workshop after calling up the Supervisor over telephone and got assurance from him that the car was ready after painting work as requested was carried out.
                10. At around 6 p.m. I was taking delivery of the car and asking the Supervisor whether the painting was effectively done or not. He assured positively that it was done effectively. Suddenly, out of my curiosity I went to check the quality of ‘Underbody painting rework’ but got surprised to note that it was not done at all. I called the Supervisor and asked the same thing once again but he reiterated that it was done. I asked him to check it once again and show me the thing. He checked and admitted that it was not done by mistake. He called up the technician in front of me who also admitted his fault.
                11. The whole thing made me at a loss. My trust and confidence shattered within a few seconds. I wanted to meet the Manager but he was not there and someone else ( a gentleman with spectacle ) attended my complaint and the car was sent again to do the pending job. At around 7 p.m. in the evening I got my car and I was hurried back home. I noted the complaint in the register.
                12. Before leaving the place I asked the Supervisors whether everything was checked out or not and requested him to show the ‘Cavity Painting’. He replied that it was not possible since it was already late in the evening but he guaranteed that the work was done.
                13. My driver started the car and discovered that the problem of ‘Backing Gear Music’ was not functioning. I got down from the car and asked staff and Supervisor present over there. They told they did not have any spare part to replace the article.
                14. I got totally frustrated and left the place and returned home at around 10 p.m., jeopardizing my official and personal schedule.
                15. At the time of returning we realized that the horn was not perfectly repaired. ‘Tuning work ’ probably was not attended to.
                16. Moreover, the condition of road from Park Circus Connector to the Workshop was simply horrible.
                17. I came to know from my driver that he could not have his mid day meal in the works-shop canteen since it was closed through out the day.
                18. While I returning home, I came to know from my driver that the Green Copy of the Job Sheet was taken back from him by the Accountant while I was absent minded and engaged in lodging my complaint in the register.
                19. Today in the night I have witnessed that the painting of the under body has come out of the surface which was hurriedly done in the last evening.

                I have brought the whole episode of incident to your notice which seems to be self explanatory. I do not want to share my personal views and inferences I have drawn with you out of this incident. I have got nothing more to say except the followings:

                1) I am totally frustrated and disappointed with quality and standard of your service offered to me.
                2) I have lost my trust and confidence which I had earlier on your Company.
                3) This type of poor image of a particular service station does not match with the standard of Maruti Udyog who always boasts about its quality and trustworthiness.
                4) Now onwards, it has become my sacred duty and moral responsibility to enlighten my friends in the corporate arena (who have already owned Maruti Car or using this Service Station and who have intended to procure Maruti Car and want to undertake service job at the said workshop : more particularly from M/s Mohan Motor Udyog ) about my personal experience.

                This is for your kind information.

                sir, i hav a wagon lx bought in 2006. i hav taken a ymca (yearly maintance contract) fm spectra motors, ghatkopar, mumbai who is a authorised maruti dealer in mumbai. now last time when i had serviced my car i had noticed that my rear door lock is not functioning after service . i had intimated the same to spectra motors.now when i had gone for service of my car they say u hav 2 pay rs 2300, for the same as 2 change the latch assembly, rear right side of the door. sir, icaannot pay for the same. they r literly cheating us.
                Well I was about to buy a car from true value shop . Now I am thinking twice before doing the same.

                I purchased one Alto Lxi (Wine Red) on 16.04.08 through your Authorised Dealer viz.Pallavi Motors, Guwahati. I am working at IIT Guwahati which is a central govt. Institution under MHRD. I want to mention that there is a scheme called "Wheels of India" from your end for the govt employees in which the employee gets a rebate of Rs.2, 500.00 against purchase of a new Car. The scheme was also available at the time of purchasing my car. But inspite of my request to the company Executive, my identity Card was not considered valid saying that it does not have Logo of "Ashok Stambh Seal" or written anywhere "Govt. of India" to be accepted for the scheme. But recently I come to know that one of my colleague have purchased Maruti Alto from the same dealer and he was given the rebate of Rs.2500 as per the wheels of India Scheme. I contacted Pallavi Motors but could not find a positive response. They said we cannot do anything now. As such I am requesting you to consider the matter and refund Rs.2500.00 as per the above scheme. My vehicle no.is AS01AG1688.

                I have got a Zen 2001 from Mohan Motors Dhapa Kolkata near EM Bypass and they have completely cheated me. They have given me a faulty car with problem in every parts. I will lodge a consumer complain against them and Mohan Motor Udyog and will ask the corporate world to stay away from these bunch of cheats.
                Mr. Abhijit and Mr. Samrat have completely cheated us.

                Wagon R LXI 2006 model — Engine failure

                I have Maruti Wagon R LXI of 2006 model and I have driven only 25,000 KM. Recently I found some noise in my engine and I went to service station and I got to know that car engine is backfiring. I have been properly doing the servicing of this car and when service centre guy checked he found engine oil and coolant are enough in the car, even I always adhere to the basics to keep the health of car engine intact . I wondered what could be the reason of it. I am totally disappointed with this car, some time back the clutch of this car broken. Now for repairing, the service centre has given the budget to me of Rs 30 000 . It is totally disapointing and Iam feeling cheated. Is it a quality that Suzuki claimed to provide in the cars. I was all set to buy SX4 but I have taken a back foot and probably I will never go for Maruti Suzuki cars anymore and will never give the advice to my freinds and relatives to go for it.

                One thing more I did all servicings of my car from ALLIANZ Motors OKHLA New Delhi and I didnt find their services satisfactory.

                With this complaint Iam expecting Maruto suzuki people should check this car and repair the engine without any cost. Although I know the engine warranty is for two years nevertheless by seeing the amout I have driven this car my complaint should be consider.

                  With regards it is brought out that I, Rajvinder Singh Dhindsa am a Government Servant working in the State Bank of India (Sadar Branch at Ambala Cantt). On the occasion of marriage of my daughter on 12th March 2007, I planned to gift her a car (Wagon R- LXi) as per details given below. Previously I wanted to gift her a Santro Zing, but my Son-in-law suggested me to go for Maruti, just because of the services Maruti Provides. I approached the nearest dealer – Modern Automobiles, Ambala. The Executive who met me told me the rates of the car and also about the discount of Rs.15,000/- which was provided. He told me about the Corporate discount of Rs.3000/- for SBI employees. In addition to this he also assured me for an additional discount, but did not tell me the amount and said that this discount will be given to you at the time of delivery of the car or the payment.

                  You can very much assure that on 12th March 2007, it was a heavy rain going on and the marriage of my daughter was in the day time and it had to shift the venue. Being the father of girl getting married, you can very well be aware of the situation I was in at that time. As such I sent my son for the delivery of car as the car was to be gifted on that very day, just because of the prestige issue, which I think you will understand. But when my son approached the dealer – Modern Automobile, no Corporate discount was offered to him and also the additional discount was given to him. My son immediately called me, but I could do nothing except to accept the conditions of the agency being a issue of my prestige as I had announced the gift of car. I directed my son to take the delivery of car on full amount and thought that I would proceed with the dealer on the next day. Next day on 13th March 2007, when I approached the dealer, he gave me thousand of reasons, why the discount could not be given, which I think is spoiling the name of the firm. They misused my helplessness to benefit themselves. Then the Executive says “I could give you the discount at the time of delivery by giving you free accessories”. This I think is cheating with a innocent customer. If a customer is clever, he will take anything away from you and if he is innocent, the company is going to make a fool of him.

                  In addition to this the car was having a defect in the center locking, which I told the Executive on 13th March 2007, but to my surprise this minor defect was not attended even in 2 hours, which I spent there arguing with Mr. Shekhar and the Executive. I will also approach Consumer court for delivering me unchecked Car. To my as well as your surprise, they continuously argued with me in front of my son-in-law and neither offered me a seat nor a glass of water, which may be confirmed with them. This is the dealing which they do with a person, who has just bought a car worth Rs.3.60 lacs.

                  This kind of poor service, I do not expect from Maruti. The Car is also having slight problem in the reverse gear. I could not contact Maruti for this, as my son-in-law went to Vaishno Devi and all the documents were with him at his place. The reason for writing this long mail was just to make the company clear, how the customers are being treated. I request the firm to take some firm steps and get the justice done with me.


                  Core Complaint Id 20933

                  In continuation of email and fax dated 19/3/2007 sent to Maruti from Shri Rajvinder Singh Dhindsa (regarding the Car purchased on 12th March, 2007 in the name of Shri Rajvinder Singh Dhindsa from Modern Motors, Ambala).

                  I, Munish Bhasin am Son-in-Law of Shri Rajvinder Singh Dhindsa, who earlier contacted you and also sent a fax to Maruti Udyog. In response of my compliant to the Regional office at Chandigarh, I received a call from Modern Motors that the corporate discount of Rs.3000/- is being offered to me and I may collect the same. When I approached the customer care at Modern, I was offered the same. Then I started talking about the additional rebate of Rs.4000/-, which was offered to me when I first went to Modern for the price list of Wagon-R. They told me that this rebate cannot be given at any cost. I replied that you refused to give the rebate of Rs.3000/- (Corporate discount) also, but when I made the compliant the rebate was offered to me. I told them that I will again compliant against them and then the rebate will be offered to me. I also asked Mr.Shekhar that I will lodge a compliant by name against him because of his misbehavior, which has already been mentioned in the previous email referred to above.

                  It took no longer for Mr.Shekhar that he left for his cabin. Four or five executives working there surrounded him and then he called AGM of State Bank of India and told them that sons of Mr.Rajvinder Singh Dhindsa are abusing us and our staff and the girls engaged on customer care, which was totally false. I lost my temper and asked the lady engaged on customer care, who was the witness of all this happening, that whether I abused you. She replied “Please keep me out of this. It is between you and Mr.Shekhar”.

                  This was the biggest shock for me. I think, the lady taking charge of customer care was under pressure from Mr.Shekhar as if she must have been working under him. He then threatened me that “I will stop giving business to State Bank of India and I have called the team of SBI. I will take action against your father-in-law.” My father-in-law then received a call from his AGM about this matter.

                  Can anybody explain me that when the matter was between a Customer and Maruti, why the boss of my father-in-law approached. Mr. Shekhar just took advantage of his resources or you may say contacts.

                  Then I called the office at Chandigarh, they gave me the extension of Mr.Akshat, who co-operated very well with me and gave me the number of Mr.Rohit, who was according to him Regional Manager. The phone Number is: - [protected].

                  It can be easily confirmed from my cell or his cell that I called him at least 35 times. It may appear only 35 but waiting for 35 times on phone means something, but Mr.Rohit did not pick the phone. In between I continuously was in contact with Chandigarh office and had the numbers of Delhi office. Now it was not a matter of rebate now but it is about my self esteem as I was insulted in front of my father-in-law and his boss.

                  I can give you details that I have already spent more than Rs.1000/- on the communication (mobile, fax, email etc.) just because of this. I even did not get my car registered. I planned to go for a long drive with my wife as I am just married, but I had to cancel that just because of this event. Mr. Shekhar has totally disturbed the mental status of mine and my family. The mental harrasement I have gone through should be compensated.

                  In last I then came across Mr.Anindya Datta, who helped me a lot. I appreciate his work and my special thanks to him as he assured me that some strict action will be taken in this regard.

                  I may also bring it to the notice of Maruti that Mr.Shekhar will definitely not admit his mistake and will insist on the point that I misbehaved with him. Even if it is agreed then also what is base of calling the boss of my father-in-law.

                  My fault is only this that I purchased Maruti car. As suggested by my father-in-law, I should have opted for something else.

                  The Manual center locking of the car is also defective and Modern has made me visit to them 4 times for this and then also refused to correct it with the plea that the part which is to be changed is not available with them. I will definitely approach Consumer court and local Media for the injustice being done to me by Maruti or I should say Modern Motors. I am a employee of PWD (B&R) Deparment and working there as a PA to Superintending Engineer. I also give coaching of Engineering Mathematics at my place. I assure that everybody who comes in contact with me, I will definitely apprise him of the behavior which has been done to me by Maruti. My father-in-law is a employee of State Bank of India. Besides this he is also a Farmer of village Mohra. He will also do the same.

                  Kindly help me, if you can and get the self esteem back for me. I do not want any rebate but the time elapsed of mine which I have spent feeling insulted may be returned to me.

                  If Maruti cannot take any action against Mr.Shekhar, please do not make any false promises that the customer will be justified.

                  I do not want to have any relationship with Maruti and if possible please return my car, so that I can live easily. I feel harassed, whenever I drive this car. I have not driven my car except to go to Modern from Mohra four times and come back. If necessary five to six thousand of money may also be deducted from me, but please get me out of Maruti. Because being a resident of Ambala, I would have to approach Modern Motors, which I think is insult to me.

                  I again and again thank Mr. Anindya Datta for guiding me in the right direction.

                  I hope that Executives of Maruti will go through the whole contents of this email and try to understand the position I am in and also the position I went through suffering only for buying Maruti.

                  I think the whole responsibility is Maruti Udyog Limited. Why they are not taking any immediate action against the Swindler dealer. Because customer is patronizing the product not by the dealer name but the Maruti market value and feed backs. I also got new Maruti Wegaon R in the month of April 2007. And I also face lot many problem not only @ the time of delivery but the service is more then deteriorated.

                  The reason I found as maruti increasing their customer volume they are fading on customer focus and customer service. I think we should raised our concern on social networking and not advice any body to patronize the maruti product.

                  When the company observe they are losing there customer/ Market share then only they will improve their level of service and take immediate action on customer complain.

                  Maruti Udyog — Pathetic service provided at one of your dealers

                  Sir,
                  This is to inform you that iam owing a maruti esteem model 95 using in Kerala, and iam very pleased with its performance. But few days’ back it was break down and since I thought of getting it repaired at one of your authorized dealers in kerala named A.M Motors Pattambi.
                  Here the problem arisen as it took near about one and a half month to get the delivery and that too I haven’t pressurized anybody at the workshop for fast delivery but I felt really bad and very upset to see the condition of the car. Even after keeping it there for more than a month then too its condition was worse than bad, not only I have made full payment of Rs.23000.I really felt very-very bad. I never expected such a work at your authorized workshop.
                  After ward next day I went there to show the condition but I got the reply that they don’t have the complaint part in there stock. Then I asked to check the lights as because there is only one point working I mean the bright one only, and hence it is causing trouble while driving, then they replied as to change the combination switch which I thought at that time to change but due to lack of time I thought of changing it the very next day.
                  Next day I took the car to one of my known mechanic and just asked for a check, I also told him the lights then he checked and said the problem is with the resister and we can change it and cost only Rs170 where as I have to pay near about Rs.1500 to Rs.2000 for the same problem at your workshop.
                  Sir, here I felt like complain it to some concerned authorities, and in a hope that you will look into this matter because I am using this car for a decade and have full faith and trust, not only this I was just thinking of changing it with the new SX 4 of the same brand but I now has to think of it once more.
                  I am not blaming about the car but the type of service I was expecting is below of what I get in any local workshop.

                  i gave my car to D.D.motors wazirpur depot, on 26 april 2008 at workshop, then they gave my car for servicing on 29april. and then they called to pick up my car on 30april at 9.30pm.
                  but they did not gave me car, coz they were not able to locate the key for 2 hours, then next morning they told me that the key has been lost. then i went to their manager Mr.Ashok, who told me that they will change full lock system for security purpose.
                  by the mean time i was misbehaved by whole staff at every step, i felt like zero.then on 7 may they called me and told to pick up the car and the lock system will be rectified after 4 days.
                  and from last 14 days i am travelling in taxis.

                  Maruti Swift — misbehave and poor service

                  i rohit kriplani owner of maruti swift DL4CAE-1000.
                  on 26april i gave my car to D.D.MOTORS wazirpur depot for workshop then on 29april for servicing at same place, on 30april i received a call from them to pick my car at 9.30 pm and when i went there they were unable to locate the key of my car. next morning again i went to pick my car, then they tell me the key has been lost, after that i went to manager Mr. Ashok, he told me that they will change complete lock system of the car, this shows how irresposible company is.and they all were behaving as if iam a begger or what. now on 8 may they call me and asked me to pick the car.and come back after 4 days, this is disgusting

                  Maruti Udyog — misguidance from the maruti workshop

                  1 week ago i took my esteem car reg. no. PB65D3083 to CM AUTO SALES, ROPAR.
                  my vehical has done 98200 kms. I took my car for servicing and i was given an estimate of 9000rs.
                  but when my vehical was ready, the bill amount was 16059. and moreover i was not at all satisfied by the condition of the vehical after servicing. please look after the dealers.

                  I m hitesh singla r/o #1155 sector 18-chandigarh. i had buyed 1 maruti swift vdi from berkeley automobiles panchkula on 27th march. The car was running smooth till the third service.But after the third service the car give the problem of missing at the speed of 80-100. the car automatically stops at the speed of 80. i had cheked the car from phase 2 berkeley workshop. they change the cluch plates of the car and fittied the new modified cluch plates. but the car still give the problem of missing. it really dangerous sometimes when i m overtking. the car gives a large miss at the speed of 80 and leaves a large amount of white pollution. i had cheked with the berkeley workshop 3 times but the problem still exists.
                  I had the proper record of the service done. and the car is still in the warranty period.
                  i m requesting the maruti udyog kindly check to it and take action as soon as possible.

                    I have booked Maruti VDI (ABS) on 1/09/2007, the dealer (Chowgule Industries Private Ltd. Pune). Till date I never received a call from the dealer informing me about the status of my car. Every time when I call they give me some reason, with giving me any period of delivery. Also they dealers are not comenting on the interest which Maruti claimed in the newspapers.

                    I would really like to know as to how many cars does maruti dispatch. As the dealer says they receive 1 car per month from Maruti, and the colour is also not as per order.

                    Request you to please confirm on this.

                    Hello sir!

                    I am suffering from quite the same problem. I booked my car on 3rd oct, with a promised delivery in the first week of november. And now, 25th of the month i am being told that the car shall arrive in the third week of december.

                    This is outrageously unacceptable. I want your support. I am planning to organize sufferers like US, and unite. Only then can we do something against this issue. The time is ours, lets make the most of it.

                    I booked a Swift VDi with ABS on 14-Sep-2007 with another irresponsible Maruti dealer, Millenium Mobility, Pune.
                    Same story!
                    Promised date of delivery was by First Week of November 2007.
                    Today is Dec 12th 2007 and still the dealer is reluctant to provide any concrete info on the car arrival status.
                    Excuses given are
                    'ABS feature takes more time' and
                    Maruti plant is closed for 1 week (now closure duration has been suddenly increased to 15 days!).

                    I think it is time to approach Consumer Forum and drag these irresponsible people who refuse to fulfil promises made, into Court of Law.

                    Similar problem is faced by me in Mumbai.. I booked Azure Grey VDi on 5th Nov.. and yet to get a firm answer from the dealer. I was given committment of delivery within one and half month and it is 2 month and i have not got any firm answer from the dealer till date..

                    Now consumer forums shud look into these disputes and settle it with Maruti for quicker delivery..

                      my customer Ashish Jain had sold a santro car at competent true value c.p to buy a new swift vxi car in sept 2006 till date rc of the car stands in name of ashish jain but actually the car has been sold to somebody in gurgaon now we have been demanding the xfered rc from past 6 mth but after repeted follow up with competent, maruti customer care, maruti regional office we are not getting any positive response as to when will we get the transfered rc.now who stands responible if aything goes wrong in any manner.

                        Subject: Complaint regarding Poor service by your dealer and irresponsible attitude of your Pune regional office towards consumer.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Let me first introduce myself as a consumer. I own a Maruti ALTO LX E –3 HLL model bought from M/s T S Motors, Lucknow on 20.03.2005. First of all let me express my thanks to all Maruti team for such an excellence product line year on year but and at the same time I am disappointed to share that a company like Maruti Udyog Limited has missed NDTV Profit Business award for 4 wheelers against Tata Motors. It is difficult to digest for a loyal consumer of a car manufacturing company who win 7 times J D Power Asia Pacific Award on consumer Sales & Service Satisfaction.

                        I hope it is not you but your dealer channel and some of your team members in customer service pulling you down. I hope you will take my complain as a case study to understand the same. I am from a middle class family and we have 4 Maruti vehicles in my family, which is the only evidence I can give against my loyalty for your company.

                        Let me explain you the incident and my service history as I am a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and also in After Sales Service industry with reputed automobile company from past 9 years. My journey with Maruti Service is as under:

                        17.03.05 – PDI & General Check up at 8 KMS M/s T S Motors, Lucknow.
                        22.04.05 – 1st Free service with oil change at 591 KMS – No Troubles – M/s T S Motors, Lucknow.
                        04.09.05 – Vehicle cleaning & washing at 3346 KMS – I don’t like dirty vehicle and I always try to maintain it.
                        02.10.05 – 2nd Free Service with out Oil Change at 3870 KMS – No Troubles at M/s Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad.
                        06.10.05 – Panel roof denting painting due to transit damage from Lucknow to Ahmedabad under insurance at 3943 KMS M/s Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad.

                        01.01.06 – Wheel Alignment & Balancing with Tyre Rotation at 5167 KMS at M/s Kiran Motors, Ahmedabad. Here I would like to inform you that your dealer staff don’t know the service interval KMS for Tyre Rotation. It is the customer (Me) who explained him that refer page no. 9-19 of owners manual. Also done engine tune up as there was a timing chain noise.
                        21.02.06 - 3rd Free Service with oil change at 6485 KMS at M/s Manan Cars, MASS, Ahmedabad – No trouble.
                        11.08.06 – 4th Paid Service without engine oil at 9550 KMS at M/s Manan Cars, MASS, Ahmedabad – No trouble.
                        17.10.06 – 5th Paid Service with engine oil at 11264 KMS with wheel alignment & balancing at M/s Olympia auto Service, MASS, Akurdi Pune. My bad days with Maruti Started from here. Here I would like to elaborate that how your service centers are misguiding customers.

                        Problem Reported: Front Suspension Noise Check, Tyre rotation, Door Locks sticky, Door Glass lever Noisy in operation, Clutch Check, Battery Check, Brakes Weak – They cleaned only liner and after 5000 KMS wonder cars informed me Brake Cylinder Faulty need to be replaced under payment. The blunder they did is replaced coolant at 11264 KMS without asking customer and not even knows what the replacement interval is. It is 20000KMS or 2 Years which ever occur earlier. Above all after charging me they forget to put coolant in container. It was my great luck that I checked by opening the bonnet as I was driving to Goa next day with my family. It was irritating for me when I got a stupid reply form your Service Advisor that coolant is in circulation will come back once engine stopped. Second mistake was of charging 1.5 liters of distilled water. It is not matter of Rs. 20/- it is matter of technical knowledge that when there is some level of distilled water is already there how you can accommodate another 1.5 liter in same battery case. I am sorry to inform you that I have complained to Maruti on Toll free no. –[protected] but till date I have not replied on this matter. Any way it’s OK because they have refund me cost of distilled water.

                        Regarding door lever noisy they simply replied after keeping my vehicle for 2 days that you have to take your vehicle to wonder cars as we are not authorize for warranty repairs. Any way it was a good learning for me that not to go to any MASS during warranty period.

                        14.01.07 – Cleaning & washing and other repairs with clutch problem, door lever problem, at 13518 KMS at M/s Wonder Cars, Chinchwad, Pune. They adjusted clutch and returned. No one is ready to understand my problem when I am saying that clutch operation turns jerky & juddery after every[protected] KMS.

                        31.01.07 – Driver Seat Assembly cushion ineffective at 13822 KMS at M/s Wonder Cars, Chinchwad, Pune. Complete Seat assembly replaced after holding decision from Mr Harish Udipi – Service Engineer, Pune MUL.

                        30.03.07 – Clutch check and front suspension noisy on bumpy roads at 14572 KMS at S K Wheels Pvt Ltd, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai during my Mumbai Visit. Caliper Assembly greasing done by dealer and found ok at that time. Clutch adjusted.

                        Things gone worst here after:

                        09.07.07 – 6th Paid servicing with oil change, wheel balancing & Alignment, Tyre Rotation, wiper check, brakes check, rear side bang noise, clutch problem, painting issues as approval given by Maruti engineer because the painting done by M/s Kiran Motors at Ahmedabad was started peeling off. Front LH suspension “KHAT” noise on speed Breakers, Battery check – SA Name Mr Nitin Mobile No – [protected] and WM Mr Kulkarni attended me personally.

                        I don’t want to hide the facts from you. Mr Kulkarni, Mr Nitin has supported me a lot for getting components replaced under warranty that is wheel cylinders. I am thankful to Mr Suresh Babu & Mr Harish Udipi here. They replaced the shock damper of Front LH shock absorber and gave test ride to me. At that time there was no issue. They convinced me on non availability of clutch components (Modified One) and assured me to replace on receiving. I taken the delivery. Very next morning my cars engine started giving engine knocking sound – Starvation piston ring noise and also sometimes idling instable. I contacted Mr Nitin on the issue on phone he told me that it is because of faulty clutch component and after replacement it will be ok. Please drive for 2-3 days and nothing to worry.

                        12.07.07 – I was on the way to Swargate (27KMS from my residence) to attend a meeting. On the way it troubled a lot and finally off road in the mid of traffic (Badly Abused by traffic) because temp. Meter was on full. I doubt that it may be a seizure case. I called Mr Harish Udipi ([protected]) and Mr Nitin. Once again I appreciate the prompt response of Mr Nitin to attend me on road and to give me a loaner vehicle.

                        I informed them that please keep my vehicle for 2 days and set it right for ever. It was a failure of casting defect in intake manifold for coolant circulation (Poor Diagnostic Skills). I took delivery again on 14th evening and taken a test ride of 14 KMS with Mr Nitin and found OK. I was having doubt on clutch on that day but waited to run few more KMS. This time they have replaced again entire clutch assembly and other components under warranty. Thanks once again to Mr Nitin, Mr Kulkarni & Mr Harish. But I am disappointed that Mr Harish Udipi has not even bothered to call me that whether my problems resolved or not. On that day we mutually agreed to leave the vehicle for Painting job approved by Maruti engineer. (KMS Clocked 16929)


                        17.07.07 – At 16991 KMS - car left for denting & painting work and new problem created by them that is Oil leakage. and returned to me on 21.07.07 evening. Job done partially as problem shown to Mr Kulkarni and further shown to Mr Harish by them.

                        It is really disappointing for me to explain you the condition of car interior. It was in shabby condition as all putty, primer etc etc is on the seats of my car, roof, door beads, doors found dirty with some white material. The card board spare wheel is almost broken into 2 pieces. I contacted Mr Nitin on 22.07.07 about the same and he replied it is Sunday I am not in office. Please go to wonder car some body will attend you.

                        Please tell me how many times I have to go to wonder cars for the problem created by them. I am now scared to go there because they will solve this problem and will create a new one. And journey never ends...

                        After all these I lost my patience and contacted Mr Suresh Babu (Regional Manager – Service, Pune R.O) on 01.08.07 on –[protected]. First of all the receptionist has refused to connect me to Mr Suresh Babu but when I shouted on her she kept me on hold and connected. It clearly indicates that your officers sitting at R.O has no intention to help customers which is also proved by the dialogue of your Regional Manager during my telecon. “It is not duty of My service engineer Mr Harish Babu to call you, it is dealer job. We are trying to help you and you are acting smart”. When I told him that if you are not going to listen me I can escalate the issue to higher officials. He replied – “You do what ever you want to do and cut the phone” – words of Regional Manager of an esteemed company to a customer. If you have given me some freebies it doesn’t mean that you left my basic problems unattended.

                        After this long Journey there are still Problems in my Car which is unattended:

                        1. Front LH Shock absorber “Khat” Noise while passing thru speed breaker even after replacement of shock damper.
                        2. Steering vibration – shaking at a speed of 80-90 on highways even after timely wheel balancing, Alignment & Tyre rotation.
                        3. Paint Peel of in panel near to LH rear door.
                        4. Clutch Jerky not as earlier but still I feel.
                        5. Card Board Broken which is above spare wheel.
                        6. Regarding cleanliness I will manage.
                        7. Clutch pedal fulcrum pin noisy – Lack of lubrication.
                        8. Gear lever excessive vibration at idle and low torque – Never felt before.
                        9. Rear portion “chik chik” Noise – reported 2-3 times. Chassis noise??


                        CONCLUSION

                        Sir, I know you are MD of such a large organization and you don’t have time to read such long letters. Still I request you to go thru it in your leisure time and if anytime you feel that fault is at my end, please reply me and what ever decision you will give in my case, I will honor that. I have a very small demand that please arrange to resolve all my issues in one go.

                        I believe I have co-operated a lot with every one and at the end I am forced to write you such letter. I have done 6 service within 17000 KMS, what else I can do as a customer.

                        I have all supporting document with me for above problem statements, if required by any one will produce the same. (No Enclosure – Hope you trust me)

                        Goto back to Lucknow get your NOC to transfer your car registration to Maharashtra and get a new MH series number.

                        @ndly your Alto is a City car not a National Permit Truck, dont drive it around the country like a mad fool..

                          I have bought a new Alto LXi (M) car from your showroom couple of months back. The registration number of my car is HR 26 / AK – 8862.

                          Unfortunately my car got experienced an accident few weeks back though there was no fault my end. Eventually I called Maruti authorised Pasco body shopa nd went there (at Sector 17, Gurgaon) as they asked.

                          The manager have delegated the job to Mr. Jessy and no doubt he is a nice gentleman.

                          There they have commissioned the entire damage (only metal part) and asked me to place the car to get the damage recovered.

                          I have shown my concern to them as this is my first car and also brand new but they promised me to not to worry as my car would be looked as same as new after it delivered.

                          BUT my experience is so miserable that I would like to seek your urgent attention about that matter. Moreover I have already informed this to Maruti few days back while they were asking for customer feedback.

                          I will definitely discuss in detail in due course of time, this time I would say in one line – ‘My car looks matte old one’ after it came back from your body shop.

                          I would expect you will take up this matter ASAP.

I know MARUTI is a customer satisfaction oriented firm, But there are few in you establishment who are simply devouring the health of the firm from inside.

                          DEAR SIR, i have booked a swift vdi diesel car on 10.3.2008 with a advance amount of rupees 100000.(one lakh only) in the name of sree saradhambal auto extension center at gudalur with their head office at coimbatore named sree saradhambal automobiles

Since the car was ready for delivery our financiers paid the balance amount of rupees 410000(rupees four lakh ten thousand)to sree saradhambal auto as per the request of executives of ambal auto on 5.5.2008 and we came to know that the vehicle amount has been realised by the concerned authorities of MARUTI UDYOG LTD DELHI BEFORE 9.5.2008.The vehicle cost was Rs 494576.Now at the time of delivery the company executives phoned to me to pay an additional amount of rupees 16300(sixteen thousand three hundred only).At the time of settling the balance amount they have to deliver the vehicle immediately at the time of settling the account .Instead of that they have prolonged the matter and demanding more money at the time of delivery(ie)on 23.5.08.So we need justice, otherwise we will have to take some other steps for justice.

                          This is to inform you that I had purchased a Wagon R (Invoice no. 17792 ) from T.S.Motors Lucknow on 23 June 2008. I just wanted to bring to your notice about the attitude and the behaviour with me of Mr.Bagree who is the C.E.O. in that Maruti Authorised Showroom .

                          The case was that I was almost convinced but there was a slight confusion about the Final Price of the vehicle after Discount for which the Mr Bagree was consulted .He was not being able to convince me and the way he was talking to me was not at all accepted from a person on such a senior position .

                          On top of it he was also least bothered, whether I buy the car or not and a statement was passed to me which really hurted me.

                          It is really shocking, that a MNC and people working in such an Esteemed Organization like MARUTI SUZUKI behaving and talking like this which is not at all justified.I dont have any grudges against any other staff of T.S.Motors.

                          i own a maruti alto, i gave it for my second servicing and also for a claim, my car's door was damaged, while checking the car it was advised by srk motors (near diamond point, Secunderabad)
                          that the gearbox is also damaged, we wanted to get both of them fixed at once as we felt that it's because of the same accident, but srk motors said we can't claim both of them together, so first we need to fix the gear box and in next month we can claim for the door and we accepted that, now thay are teeling me i can't claim for the door's and they are not ready to help me in anyways, they even argued regarding the insurance as they said i need to pay them the full money and then have to claim for insurance company, my car is with them from 07.08.2008 and they are even not bothered to call us and let us know about the updates.
                          we are very disappointed with the service, for me any authorised dealer of maruti is the face of maruti.

                          hello i purchased a new alto in feburary and in december i met an accident in which wind shield got damaged, left side fender, and the same side pillar where the wind is fixed and left gate was damaged, so it was covered in the insurance that was not to worry about, of course they cooperate with me very well when it comes to paint job it was very sad, they told me that u can come to collect you car after a week, i said ok i went there after a week paint job was not u to mark i told them hat i am not satisfied but they said it is nicely done i did not argued isaid i will come in the morning. iwent there what i saw unbelieveable my wipers were not cleaned there was paint on it plus my door beeding was not clear now we come to bonet it was badly painted there was no shine on it i asked them why is that so they started telling me difference between white and metallic paint they were not having a valid reason to tell me and there are some scratches on doors plus the footstep of the car no rubbing and polish has been done, they were handling me the car without checking the steering wheel which was out, i want to tell u that i am nephew of member of parliament from mathura Mr.Kr.MANVENDRA SINGH i could done anything but i did not because this thing i have not been taught, plus i have a good faith in maruti i still own maruti 800 which is 18 year old i request u people to take strong action against the dealer uma motors pvt.ltd mathura and sir there was a paint in the console area even that was not cleaned how can u deliver a car to the customer when it is not cleared from the paint job sir if you will not hear me then i have ask member of parliament to write a written complain. well my name is parakram singh my mob-[protected] i request you to take strong action the dealer.
                          Agree. Similar problem ocrrued with me. The attitude of Dealer/Agent is not positive Once we purchased the Car. Before purchasing the Car they will call from time to time. In my case, I have purchased Wagon-R my registration No. is GJ-5CK 8879 before 20 days. There is gap between bumper and tail light. The same has been noticed by me before 2 to 3 days ago. The same has been informed to DHRU MOTORS, ADAJAN, SURAT from where I have purchased the Car. After my complaint they ignore the problem and blame on me that due to accident it was happened. In fact there is no scratches on the body. Then they sought for other pretend. They asked me to vist their Service Station at Udhna, Surat. Mr. Shah, incharge of Service Station, he also ingnored and problem and advised me to file claim with Insurance. They tried to hide their fault in a illegal way. I do not agree with them. Only for Rs. 3, 500/- why should I claim wrongly with the Insurance Company and no such scratched are found/noticed on the body of Car. Therefore, you are requested to please replace me the Bumper and may be advised to the Dealer not to teach such illegal way to customers and they should not blame on customers for hiding their defect/fault. Till date Dewars Garage Ltd has not refunded the advance of Rs 30000.00 vide cheque No : 364360 of HDFC bank . They have received the same through receipt No : V/04442/09-10. This is a matter of great concern.We have contacted Mr. Prasanjit Chatterjee (Sales executive) several times regarding this matter. Till date Dewars Garage Ltd has not refunded the amount.

I had contacted the dealer and their reply is the car will be despached and due to arrive after 12 days. If it takes 28 days to deliver the vehicle, then the service of the company is pathetic.                           I own a Maruti Zen LX - registration no. UP 25 J 4086 at Bareilly, UP. The car has developed problem of quick emptying of coolent tank. The authorised show room at Bareilly - KAVISHA MOTORS could not ascertain thre reason because there is no leakage seen from bottom. They opened the heater coil when coolent seen coming in the blower line. No leakage found in the heater coil box but the coolent was deposited there. The mechanic closed the heating coil and wating to get a new heater from Delhi. But still coolant is emptying and I am wating for the heater to receive.

                          I have purchased a Maruti Ritz -LDi 2009 model as on 10th Feb.2010 from ALLIANZ MOTORS Safdargunj Enclave Nr Kamal Cinema New Delhi
                          I am very much disappointed with this dealer, at the time of booking they have promised us 1.) One year Extended warranty, 2.) one extra service. 3.) some accessories with the car.
                          But at the time of delivery they said Extended Warranty paper would be coming after 2 days and you will get them after 2-3 days, second: accessories are not in stock right now so u will come after 2 days and will provide you all the things.

                          Now its been 1 month, I called up 100 of times but the concern guy DEVENDER would not be coming on phone also they disconnect my phone without any answer, when I visited to dealership no body entertain us, the sales guy DEVENDER was got hide somewhere and when we try to talk to manager SANJEEV PURI he also avoid us and said this not our problem, the accessories are there in the stock but they are neither providing us the accessories nor the Extended Warranty papers. One Mr Karan has given us a number to call and confirm the both the things after 25th Feb. but that number dose not exist he also part of that game.

                          Now yesterday on 7th march 2010 when I send my car for first service I got to aware the fact that the "one year extended warranty" has not been punched against my Car by the Dealership.

                          Now WHAT TO DO?

                          This is to inform you that we had purchased our Maruti Wagon-R LXI car from one of reputed / famous dealer of west region in the year 2007 bearing registration No. – DL-9C-N-6619.



                          In the year June 2008 we installed CNG kit approved from the same dealer, before that the vehicle was alright and smooth in driving except some small problem which I already informed them time to time and shown to you in our vehicle history as mention below.



                          Earlier we many time lodged a complaint of a abnormal sound coming from all doors which is still coming and due to which a person loose his / her concentration on driving.



                          Also we lodged a complaint of left side shocker and / or suspension problem, till date it was not recognized / documented / predicted by them – same problem we are facing today also.



                          From last summers, we are facing problem of over-heating and we also lodged a complaint of same but till date not recognized by them.



                          We had also lodged a complaint on Maruti Udyog Limited web site then I received a call from this dealer for submitting my vehicle at their service station at Mayapuri Phase – II, New Delhi. Accordingly I took my vehicle there and they changed radiator fan motor and one rubber and made a bill of Rs.4, 500/- (approx) but after so many discussions held between us for the same then they had taken it in warranty but thereafter they had charged Rs.837/- from us and give assurance for smooth driving. We were also advised by them (Mr. Sanjay Pal) to drive it for at least 1000 km, if again problem arises then only give a call to us, we will definitely provide you our best service.



                          We had taken delivery of our vehicle after above repairing on 06th May 2010 but after a week of time today we again faced a problem of over-heating and we immediately made a call to Mr. Sanjay Pal and inform him about the incidence but he refused to listen and way of his behavior was not good. He also refused to provide the contact details of workshop Manager (Mr. Rayal), which is also a part of harassment, so need your intervene in this case.



                          I have to spend all the day there. It is not expected to be harassed by your authorised service centre like this, I am very much disappointed with your service centre, they always assure that we will look into the matter and inform you but never any information comes from their side. Will you please look into the matter and arrange for rectification of my vehicle problem or I have to change my car brand, because my nearest Maruti Service Centre is that DD Motor and I don't want to be harassed by them. Please do something and inform accordingly.

                          I purchased Maruti 800 AC in the year 2007. For the last two months my car is unable to take pickup and running well. When i have given the car for servicing one of your engg told to replace the clutch. Unfortunately as i have moved to some other state i was unable to change the clutc. Once again when i have given teh car for servicing in varun motors malakpet, they suggested everything is ok and no need to replace the clutch.

                          Now a days I feel that vibrations are incresing after comparing it with other swifts(Diesel models only)

                          Iam sorry to say that the product that i have bought from Maruti does not meet the brand standards. i have been using your product since last 10 years. Currently with so many options available in the market but i still bought a Alto Lxi from Kiran motors, Ahmedabad.

                          From day one i have been feeling small issues comin up with the car.

                          On the date of delivery the showroom charged me a handsome amount of money for coloring the bumper and side mirror. but it seems it is done from a local garage as the color does not match with the body. after so many followups i have not recieved the driver side mirror till date.

                          first week while driving i had noticed lot of vibration in the steering and engine making lot of noise. which was rectified.

                          Later i found of noise coming up from the hatchback door which still not solved. every time i inform the service center they wrap adhesive sticker around the lock which turns out to be more noisy.

                          Also i can feel the side aircon blowers make noise as if it is not fitted properly.

                          From day one i have been complaining about the car giving average of 10 km in a litre which is still not solved out. whenever i speak to service center they reply back either i dont know how to drive or it will done after 5000 kms service. unfortunetly my car has been driven till the desired kms and gone to service but no postive signs have been seen in the product

                          As time passes by iam getting more surprise noises coming in my car. it seems the car has not been assembelled properly.

                          On 20th August i spoke to customer care about all my concerns and he promised me the car will be taken back 25th for servicing by there has been no one concerned about the same. i feel either Suzuki has started neglecting small car buyers problems or once the product is sold then company does not care for sub standard product sold

                          I have really heard about the quick response that Maruti customer care offers and iam sure my problems will be solved out.

                          MARUTHI 800AC — Delay In Accident Repairs

                          Dear Sirs,
                          My Maruthi 800 Ac car (KL-7-BF-5616) was given to AGT, Omalloor, Pathanamthitta for accidental repair on 7th August 2010. All the insurance clearence and approval for damage repair was given to them by 10th August 2010. They assured to give the car within 20-25 days. Now it is been noticed that the vehicle is not ready even after a months period and will take another 5-10 days according to the service supervisor.
                          I will be much obliged your immediate action to get it fixed as soonest as possible.

                          Dr.Potey here, purchaser of ecco on16/3/2010 from arya cars(Authorised dealer )of maruti, nagpur.
                          That my car was earlier having Amco Battery.
                          Said battery was not working since 11/9/2010. My car was at Arya Car showroom for repair since then. The car was lying there for about 11 days. They replaced the battery and fitted one "MINDA" battery with sr no.3M[protected]M22/9/2010.
                          I have never heard the name of MINDA batter. I would like to know from u that whether Maruti Ltd. is using the said brand regularly in EECO Car.
                          Secondly i want to point it out that my car is not having rear side mud flap since the date of purchase and the dealer is always saying that the supply is not proper.
                          Almost rainy season is over. Can i get the approximate date or month when i will get the same.

                          I have to bring to your attention the following incidents faced by me that I have--
                          Total disappointment from Maruti Body shop - Pandit Automobile Ambala Road -Saharanpur
                          I have bought a new Zen Estilo LXi (M) car from your showroom couple of months back. The registration number of my car is UP 11 AA 0955.

                          Unfortunately my car got experienced an accident three weeks back. Maruti challenges that it repairs with in four days but due to shortage of spare parts & materials in Maruti showroom at yet I didn't get through. Car is my home need. Many times I used a private Taxi. Eventually I called many times Maruti authorised Pandit Automobile Saharanpur. Every time I found a same response spares parts are not available, come after one weak or two weak.

                          Car required a time only 1-2 day to recovering its damages but only due to shortage of Spares I suffered at yet and I dont know at what time I go through with my Car.
                          I have shown my concern to them as this is my first car and also brand new but they promised me not to worry as my car would be looked as same as new after it delivered.

                          I purchased one maruti swift DZire VXI on 3rd of march, 2011 from AAA Vehicleades, savitri nagar, malviya nagar road, panchsheel, new delhi. Delivery of vehicle was given late in the evening when it was dark and weather was also bad, thus, everything could not be seen. From show room the car was taken straight to my residence via petrol station and parked in well covered garrage.Later on, It was noticed that there is a small crack in its front wind screen. It was shown to the showroom staff including their G.M. sales mr. Jaswant Singh, and col Midha who agreed that it was a manufacturing fault. Now I am taking this vehicle to their workshop, AAA Vehiclade workshop in Okhla. Pl arrange to get the wind screen replaced at earliest to avoid inconvinience.

                          maruti suzuki alto-lxi — cheating in sports

                          after car accident...i have given my car ALTO-LXI numberd KA-27-M-4278 for repair in MARUTI SUZUKI BELLAD placed in HUBLI---KARNATAKA. On the date 26-december 2010. still now date im not received my car and they are cheating in the spares....charging for spares which have not replaced.

                          Maruti/800ac — authorised dealer not helping

                          I was about to leave early for an urgent work, When I saw my car is not being start then I called Royal Motors, they said we are sendinf some one up to half an hour. When I repeatedly ask them, then they finally after 3-4hrs tolad that they will not be able to help at all. I requested them a lot but no mercy has been shown by the dealer.

                          I was shocked and could not plan my trip. At the evening i took help from some local mechanic and tried to make the things, but unfortunately did not click.

                          It is matter of joke when Maruti AD compain shows network support and help in television. Other side this is not working even in hometown, My resdience is 2 km away from Royal Motors.

                          This is to let you know that the dealer of your company in Bhopal My car having repairing shop namely the body shop .On 17th july .I Kuldeep Agarwal left an accidental wagon-r old model no.MP- 04-CA-1620 for full driver side repair. Mr. Shyoeb who received the car and filled the job card.on 17-07-11 and assured me the delivery of car on 10-8-11 at 4pm
                          On Approching 10-8-11 Mr. Shoyeb told me that your car is not ready . you please contact to Mr.op might be garage manager for the matter talking to Mr. op he assured the delivery of car on 20-8-11.I visited the body shop . on 21-8-11 Mr.op cannot complete the car and asked me to contact Mr.Upendra.I discussed why my car was not ready there was lot of talk with Mr.Upendra .finally he called Mr. op and asked for last and final date for delivery of car . Mr.op said we will deliver the car on 26th August.
                          Now the date 26-8-11arrived. I found that the car was still not ready. I visited and complained to Mr. Colnol Ramesh the general manager for the body shop .He talked to every body mentioned above and assured me that we are very sorry that your car cannot be completed in 45 days and gave me the date 3-9-11. On 3-09-11 I received the call from body shop that your car is ready you pick it up
                          On visiting the body shop the car was not still ready.there was lot of work to be completed contacting Mr.Ramesh he replied sir I am very sorry your car cannot be completed till now.
                          This is just to redecules the dealer in bhopal doing the buisness . I am very annoyed with these peopel's . please take action against my car and ask them if they have satisfied customers .I have already loged the written complaint in companies complaint book on 27-8-11.before Mr prashant

                          Maruti suzuki ltd gurgaon — defect in car painting

                          I have purchase new sx4 having registration no GJ-10 AC-4093 , With ATUL MOTORS JAMNAGAR , colour of the car has been double sheded , i have approached the maruti site but no satisfactory result come kindly advised and further needfull .
                          I have been taking AMC from Maruti Service Master since I purchased my Maruti Swift - LXI Model (DL9CQ9997). In recent past, despite of brakes repaired and subsequently three visits for the brake problem at Maruti Service Master, it was not. Finally on forth time they diagnosed the problem, but due to spare parts, they are unable to repair my vehicle. Despite of the fact that they should call me and inform about the problem and the course of action being taken by them, it is me who is chasing up the issue with him.

                          i have given my car for accidental repair to krissh automobiles, it now has been one and a half month, i have not received my car, n last day when i have visited the workshop to look after what the progress is, i m shocked to see that they people sayin that car is ready n wat i saw is it was in pathatic conditiion the doors which they have replaced were not at all alligned one of the door has a dent the front bumper which they have replaced was not at all alligned ... i cant explain you what they are doing, ,
                          being a maruti authorised workshop, they should have courtsey to take care of my car,

                            To Whom Ever it may concern,

                            I own a Maruti Alto LXi, last month i gave it for a general service to Kalyani Motors despite my Car was in a very good condition. I had one dent on the Bonnet and a damaged Bumper. Once i received my Car from the service i was very unhappy. I noticed the problems with my car which were not there when i gave the Car for Service.
                            My Car now has a issue in Wheel Balancing, my car moves left when i hold the steering wheel straight. The answer given by the engineer is that the buttons of the wheel are not proper and the same needs to be replaced. But i did not had this issue when i gave the car for servicing. And my Car has been giving some humming noise and some unusual noise while i am driving.
                            I escalated the issue to the AGM Kalyani Motors and even she was not helpfull. She orderd her engineer to look in to the vehicle but the engineer returned the vehicle back to me with no solution, and he suggested me to change the tyres and use some oil mixed with the petrol. I have spent more than 5000.00 Rs and got nothing in return except problems.
                            Do Maruti is running short of experts to fix such issue. Or i request Maruti Udyog to show me a service station where the problem can be solved.
                            And also i would like to know what is the procedure to reclaim my amount back which i have spent on my car.

                            Maruthi alto lxi — Dealer Dissappointing customer.

                            I have taken quatation for Alto LXI and got promised to get
                            it for 300000 on road with perle silver colour.
                            but when I took DD from a bank and went to showroom, he told
                            me that colour can not get with these price and asked me
                            other colour dispite of I informed him at the begining about my prefered coloure.
                            If I go to other show room I have to loose my bank charges for
                            which the DD made on this dealer's name.
                            The company should take care of this type of dealers and customer should be protected.
                            show room name is SABOO, RKS MOTORS, UPPAL HYDERABAD, AP.
                            please take action over this type of delers to save the customers.

                            Maruthi alto lxi — service is not good

                            This reg a complaint that i have purchased new vechicle.. (maruthi alto lxi) last five months ago ... after a few months.. ive starting problem... in fact ive informed message to service station... they checked up... but again also iame having the same problem .. so i kindly requset you solve my problem...

                            on the way from tumkur to bangalore brokedown at nelamangala and i called up the call centre and they directed me get the vehile repaired by nelamangala authorised agency on 04/03/2009 and he replaed head kit and delivered the vehcle. on 09/03/2009 while i was on bangalore indiranagar the same problem came and vehicle brokedown on indiranagar road bangalore. again i called call centre who directed me to contact bimal showroom who towed the vehicle to their showroom. for the fauilty repair of nelamangala again and again i am suffering from breakdown of my alto plese guide me to settle the matter

                            Maruthi alto lxi — Incomplete service

                            I have given my maruthi alto LXI vehicle to OMS Motors (which is an authorized service center in Chennai) for changing the wind shield which was broken and to remove a dent caused related to the same accident. There was insurance claim also. Once they delivered the car, I have noticed that some of the scratches were not painted. I pointed out all those scratches pending. When I asked them, they took the car out of the garage. Once he got the money, I know, this is a formal way to say "Get out".

                            More than that there was problem with the music system. They are not ready to accept it.

                            This behaviour is not expected from Maruthi People.

                            I had Purchased a new maruthi Alto LXi From popular motors kottarakkara (kollam Dist).I am not satisfied with the customer care department Because we paid the money for all accessories but they had given the duplicate only.They had charged the tufflon cotting And under cotting also but after two days the cotting is damaged several times i asked about this but they are posponding the matter i had complainted in your offices also but i dont get the proper reply from your side.So kindly Do the needfull to us.

                              Sir,
                              With most grief and anguish, I am to inform you that I am a satisfied customer of Maruti & Lohiya Motors since last 2&1/2 years.
                              On 13.10.07 at about 7.30am I tried to start my Zen but came to know that the battery is down.
                              I tried to contact the service centre of Lohiya Motors, but failed.
                              Then I called one of the authorized mechanics of lohiya motors whose cell no. was with me & asked to check the battery and to do the needful and necessary service charges would be paid by me.
                              After that I proceed to Puri to attend a symposium on diabetes with a hired car
                              I requested the mechanic to charge the battery by Sunday evening so that I can attend the health camp at Buguda on Monday.
                              Unfortunately at about 11am on Monday I got a phone call from the works manager Mr. Hota and he complained me that I should have informed him instead of a mechanic in any of the break down conditions and told why I called the mechanic without his knowledge. He with very rough language told that the battery could not be installed before lunch time. Again he told me that if he would have been informed before, things would have been different. He could have replaced the battery temporarily for two days or till my battery is fully charged.
                              He also told that he stopped the salary of that mechanic for that day.
                              I could not understand where my fault lies in this situation.
                              Being a doctor, with all my busy schedules, I failed to contact the service center and called an authorized mechanic for the job.
                              For the ego problem & bossism of Mr. Hota I failed to attend the health camp at Buguda.

                              During the last 21/2 years I didn't face such type of misbehavior from any of the service persons of Lohiya Motors.

                              Again I would like to mention here that, around 2.30 pm on 15.10.07 the battery was sent to my house with a driver instead of an authorized mechanic for installation, who was inexperienced. He manipulated the wirings and left them as it is. When I started my Zen at 4.00 PM, the alarm system of the central locking along with the A/C was out of order. For which I had to move to Lohiya motors again.
                              I could not find Mr. Hota over there and given a verbal complain to Mr. Nayak, G.M., Lohiya motors, who is a perfect gentleman. He asked the mechanics to do the needful quickly.
                              It was found that the alarm system was disconnected with some manipulation of wiring system of A/C.

                              Mr. Hota must feel sorry for this incidence.
                              As he should not have reacted in such a manner to a customer, who is least interested in your internal administrative matters.
                              It is worthless to mention that, whose salary is to be stopped is totally under your discretion and I have little to do with this.
                              Again when you can not send a mechanic in proper time to my house for installation of the battery and sent a driver for the above job; it shows your sincerity, duty bound ness and respect to your customers as well to your job.
                              In my context workmanship is always above the personal ego and bossism .As I am just a customer and you are the service provider and all your words and works should count on Maruti Suzuki.

                              This is for your information & necessary action
                              Hope these things will not be repeated in future.

                              I Santosh Kumar Nanda gave my Wagon R to Lohiya Motors, Berhampur on dated 1/2/2009 for Teflon quoting.Instead of Teflon quoting the mechanic namely Mr Ganesh done the Chasis painting on the car body along with Teflon quoting . When I had gone to take delivery my car in evening i questioned what is this paint. Mr Ganesh explained me some where you have kept your vehicle so right now we can't do any thing . Then I have given a complain to Mr Nayak Babu G.M of Lohiya motors he tried to convince me Sir once again bring your car i am sure i will do the perfect work for your car or leave the vehicle with me tomorrow by evening i will deliver your car.any way due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not leave my car because my native place is 120 K.M distance from Maruti Show room.Again next Sunday i had given the car to lohiya motors to do same work along with following works.

                              1.Wheel Balancing & alignment
                              2.Power Window sound
                              3.Light fluctuation during glass up down

                              Remarks

                              they have delivered my car on Monday with Half hazard work of Teflon quoting.Sl No 1. Only alignment work done. 2 & 3 nothing they have checked another thing, they have done scratch my rear bumper and delivered the car by touching colour .

                              The thing is once you will give the car to Lohiya motors i am sure minimum 2 times you have to go for the same work .But they will give a beautiful Bill .The money is not matter .Costumer satisfaction is Prestige of Maruti Suzki.

                              Only for few gentleman Like Nayak Babu, Mr Bipro & Manoj, lohiya motor survives in Berhampur.I hope such type of mistake will not be repeat in future.

                              I Santosh Kumar Nanda gave my Wagon R to Lohiya Motors, Berhampur on dated 1/2/2009 for Teflon quoting.Instead of Teflon quoting the mechanic namely Mr Ganesh done the Chasis painting on the car body along with Teflon quoting . When I had gone to take delivery my car in evening i questioned what is this paint. Mr Ganesh explained me some where you have kept your vehicle so right now we can't do any thing . Then I have given a complain to Mr Nayak Babu G.M of Lohiya motors he tried to convince me Sir once again bring your car i am sure i will do the perfect work for your car or leave the vehicle with me tomorrow by evening i will deliver your car.any way due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not leave my car because my native place is 120 K.M distance from Maruti Show room.Again next Sunday i had given the car to lohiya motors to do same work along with following works.

                              1.Wheel Balancing & alignment
                              2.Power Window sound
                              3.Light fluctuation during glass up down

                              Remarks

                              they have delivered my car on Monday with Half hazard work of Teflon quoting.Sl No 1. Only alignment work done. 2 & 3 nothing they have checked another thing, they have done scratch my rear bumper and delivered the car by touching colour .

                              The thing is once you will give the car to Lohiya motors i am sure minimum 2 times you have to go for the same work .But they will give a beautiful Bill .The money is not matter .Costumer satisfaction is Prestige of Maruti Suzki.

                              Only for few gentleman Like Nayak Babu, Mr Bipro & Manoj, lohiya motor survives in Berhampur.I hope such type of mistake will not be repeat in future.

                              dear sir, i m the customer of maruti from past 5 years. my delar is ganesh cars pvt ltd. vellore.sir from past few months ther is no good service in above said show room. i left my car swift dzire for service i havent got good service and delivery as on time. cause of that i unabled to attend one of my brother inlows death wich was very very important funerial. couse of thear wrong information of irresponceable fellows i m totaly disoppointed. further to save your name in this compition world you have to take action.
                              i like to say that i havent saw such worst service in any other brand.regards

                                i brought swift OF WHITE COLOU DIESEL from gulzar autos about 2 months ago . Infect it was my biggest mistake patronize Maruti Product ..
                                iam facing problem with its fuel line , form the date of purchase on that day after taking car from showroom on the way it
                                is stopped my family member are keenly waiting for me to see new car but iam on the way alone with my car searching lift from anybody .
                                This is really disgusting
                                they have taken my car for repair , every time after handing over to me they say , sir u will never face problem in future?

                                what iam continously facing this problem what is this?I am not able to understand
                                what is going on and where is the problem

                                is this your service to costumer .on last wednesday when iam on the way its engine stops and with grace of god my accident is avoided .

                                to whom should i say , is this your service ?
                                i have spend around 5 lakh for this car .
                                Need not to mention again that I have committed a very big mistake by taking delivery of the said vehicle.
                                iam very much disturbed .please take the necessary and strict action .

                                  I BOUGHT A MARUTI SWIFT (DEISEL) LDI MODEL FROM KIRAN MOTORS(AHMEDABAD BRANCH) OF MARUTI UDYOG PVT. LTD.

                                  I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR AND AM NOT ATALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE.

                                  THE MAJOR ONES ARE :

                                  1) CAR MAKES A LOT OF NOICE.
                                  2) THE HEAD LIGHTS ARE NOT ATALL GOOD(I JUST SURVIVED FROM A ROAD ACCIDENT)
                                  3) THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT TREAT THE COMPLAINTS WELL.

                                  4) TRY TO MAKE A FOOL OUT OF ME WHEN I ASK THEM TO CHECK MY CAR.

                                  PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM..

                                  The story is some what same with me... I had an accident a month back... logged police complaint and sent my Alto LX for repair. It was done but the QUALITY was lacking ... i sent it again... after that... vibration in the car body.. noisy inside... etc etc.. problems were there...

                                  They politely took it back from me... to repair .. i got it today but there is another kind of knockin noise... i really do not want to take this car back now... sent oit back again...

                                  You know... my dealer does the work... politely.. they are very nice but quality in work is not there.. if you send your car once to the work shop... it will be there only for the full month and for the next month... and till you do not want it.. but for sure.. work will not be done...

                                  I do not know if i should complain against them... they are nice .. but still my work is undone and in since last month my car is most of the time in workshop only.. looks like i bough it for them... to keep it there as the demonstration model... fedup i am....
                                  If i complain, i will not get polite service... next time.. as i am alone and no MALE is with me... i have to think twice before doing so...

                                  I bought it from avneet motors... Udaipur.. and is still in the workshop of at Madari, Udaipur...
                                  The officials of m/s Fair deal car Pvt. Ltd dilshad Garden delhi are very very irresponsible and have no manners deal with customers. I facing a problem with them

                                    dd motors (wazirpur industrial area}are not doing their right job
