[Resolved]  Maxworth Projects / Builders — Cheque bounced / not responding

I have faced similar problems from the same builder and not sure how to proceed now.

maxworth is clearly making us fool and cheating us .i ve booked the vila in vishal estate bhopal and paid 55% of the total villa cost.after giving several reminder.they relased same amount cheque to me and asked to deposit after 4 month its got bounced several times.again they intimate us i there letter head and confirmed to depositthe cheque next month, but it also got bounced.
we ve sent notice to them and filling a case.all should joined together and take him in the court.he is using money power to postponed courts date.we should take strong step against him.Its a nexus who is trapping simple and honest citizen into there net.The staff is also supporting this kind of illegal work and we should take a legal action them also.

I have also the same problem with this builder where I have deposited 15% of the price for 2 Villas in Vishal Estate of Bhopal. It is two years now and the company and its employees are not providing correct information. The agent from whom I had done the transaction is also of no help. All employees in Delhi office and also the project coordinators - Mr. Nand Kumar and Mr. Vishal Saxena in Bhopal have also left the company.

I have been trying to catch up with the owner Mr. Amit Rathore but not able to do so - he is never in their Bhopal office, never does he comes to the delhi office, his mobile number is always switched off.

The staff has recently confirmed me that the Maxworth group which was a firm has transformed into a company and then they would carry out with the refund activities, but I doubt whether this intiative of Maxworth is to avoid the liability where they have collected money from people like us.

I agree with Mr. Rajnikant Das that we should join hands and proceed for a legal action against the builder.

Any news about Maxworth people? I have heard that Amit Rathore is absconding on gorund of some murger allegations. No body at Bhopal or Delhi receives phone call. it seems all o[censored]s have been cheated very cleaverly by the firm. We used to get assurance till december from vishal saxena that things would be cleared by the march. now proprietor seems to have been behind the bar/ absconding and no body is entertaining us.

all o[censored]s should be united and make a forum to fight with this fraud company.

while i agree these guys should be punished heavily and legal action can help do so, issue is legal action delays things...why don't we decide on the same, form an e-group...someone o[censored]s become the co-ordinator and first-thing-first all o[censored]s should decide to go to their office together...a huge up-roar, to the extent of police being needed to be called in, at their office is the first thing that is required...MEANTIME LET LEGAL ACTION ALSO BE FILED AGAINST THEM...needless to say am also a victim, but fortunately, i had stopped the payment post the booking itself, smelling rotten-fish...

Anyone any update on it. I am not in delhi any more but can certainly ask my friend to join you on my behalf when you plan to visit their office or police. Do let me know - [protected]

I tried to contact some of your on emails and phone. But regretfully becasue allo[censored]s busyin our day to day activities...we are not taking a fierce gifht with the cheaters.
Lest should not be that we loos our ground. Lets take action.

Pl let me also know, how to proceed further as me and one of my friend also booked a plot at Mega max. I have gone to bhopal also but nobody is there. near by people said that only one peon come there to collect mails etc.Pl let me know how to proceed for legal action, if any

Dunno whether you too have been given this HOPE, but on recent conversation with these guys i have been told that the money is about to be given or else a separate plot is being given in lieu of the older one

The latest news is that Amit Rathore is back in jail as per his wife and anything can be done only when he is out. Actually I doubt whether he actually wants to pay back or compensate us...

Mr. Amit Rahore is not in jail, i had a talk with him in the morning n he's a very genuine man n very good by heart

All are rumours that Mr. Rathore is in Jail, he's not in jail n i know him personally, as he has refunded my money, n also he'll satisfy all his customers soon.

You guys seem to be lucky ones. We dont't malign Amit rathore, but it is his very response towards us which forces us to think that way. If you say that Amit Rathore is not in jail then why did his wife said so and this was also confirmed by his employees too. Can you gus share his contact number please.
