I think all the sufferer should file the complaint with Economic Office Wing, Qutub enclave, New Delhi.
I have already filed the complaint long back in Land forgery cell and they have already taken some serious action.

Pl file all yr complaints as well for speedy recovery of money.

My name is Haresh J Punjabi.

I had applied for over 25 villas in the Vishal Estate project near Jail Road.

Towards this I had given him checks totaling Rs 50 Lacs.

I have filed a case in Delhi courts and I have succeeded in getting this to be
deemed as a "criminal offense".

The police has now finally filed a case of fraud and 420 and are going to go after
Mr Rathore personally.

I am doing this at my own cost but would appreciate it if there are other
fellow victims who feel that cheaters like him should be pursued and put behind
bars.

We would just like the morale support and a voice o[censored]nity.

This is our own Anna Hazare cause and we are doing this as a matter of principle
so that people like Amit Rathore do not get an opportunity to cheat innocent people
of the precious and valuable savings.

While we can all afford to lose this money individually, we should look at the others
who are stuck with EMIs that they cannot afford every month and do not have the
means or the resources to try and get it back.

If anyone wants to join in and support this endeavor, we would be very happy.

You do not have to spend a penny as I am spending all the money from my own side.

I just want all o[censored]s to be united in the fight and when there is a positive outcome, it
will be for all o[censored]s.
