we are informing to you that a residencial colony some person capture parking and using a fruite godown, there are so many problems is being with that.
1. using chemical that harmful for child and labour.
2.in midnight so many truck and tempu loading land unloding so our baby is facing problem,
3. in basement tomuch fruite empty wood boses that can be fire.
4. embiance for street is blocked

As a responsible citizen of the country India, this is a complaint towards illegal constructions in the non-registered(illegal) colonies.We are residents of Radhaswami nagar chitawat road near DeviAhilya Hospital,Indore, MP.The 10% space reserved for a colony as open/free space for garden or park for its residents is being sold by the colonizer,moreover some construction has also been started on such land without permission of Municipal Corporation
So we request you to please take an immediate action, towards this big problem of illegal construction . We would be highly thankful.

Subject: illegal construction of 5th floor in Flat no 113 Bharat Nagar NFC 110065.

Sir,

This is to inform that the illegal construction has been started on the ground to 5th floor in Flat no 113 Bharat Nagar NFC 110065 . Actutaly the area of this plot is 100guj but the builder is constructed it 2nos of flat at each floor, there is no parking space for car or bike. This is very risky and at any time it should be damaged and fail down on other building. The problem is the building stand as without piler which is danger position and work in under process for up to 5th floor and we are not a safe position. So that kindly arrange to stop this work on priority basis for safe of public. If you are not take the action on priority basis then we are going for legal action with this mail. Due to said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws.


In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 113 Bharat nagar.110065

Greetings
I wish to bring to your kind notice about some thing which is happening under the very sight of traffic police stationed at Peera Garhi Lal Batti.
A huge unauthorized construction is in progress causing blockade of entire footpath of the main ring road in front of owner's shop.The name of the shop is SAJAWAT owned by some Mr Gupta.The footpath blockade due to huge building material spread all over and the dumping of bricks along the service lane has caused not only congestion in the movement but also posing danger to the students of our college.I wonder whether this construction is at all authorized even in the eyes of minimum laws that we are accustomed to follow..In addition he is also carrying out illegal boring of jet pump.
Please arrange to do the needful investigation immediately without further waiting for a mishap to happen.

There already 3rd floor made with bad building material and also another One floor is under construction. which is very dangerous for the people who is residing in the same building even though they are not having proper map which is approved by M.C.D.. it is the huge loss of human life. We object him for the same issue but he didn't give us appropriate response .

We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going at Residence No.82 & 83, Pocket No:1, Paschim Puri, New Delhi-110063 in full swing after one time of MCD has broken above illegal floors they are still consecrations in above illegal floors Sir this is question of human life's those are under this illegal contractions. The material are use by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions.

It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizedly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 4th Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.

We the people of the locality has already requested the owner (Mr.Satbir Singh Who's contact Mobile:[protected]) not to construct the building in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction threaten us and said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting with the govt official concerns

It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped .

The occupant of the above mentioned flat Shri Amarjeet Singh is making addition and alteration for building a kitchen in open back court yard breaking my wall and creating a deep fissure in the wall. This will cause seepage into my flat during rainy season. It will also make my flat structure weak and prone to damage the structure during earthquake. Also it will give dangerous access to my house windows are opening to this side.


i have requested him not to make irregular and damaging structure.he is adamant and is continuing to raise the unauthorized addition.

Madam,

I would like to submit that as our area comes under MCD Ward No.105, Sanitary Inspector/Asstt. Sanitary Inspector concerned has been requested to attend our area properly for the last several months. A few lines are as under for your kind consideration:

i) That there is no staff from sanitary division of MCD to sweep the back and front service lanes of H.No.132-145, Block J-6. Garbage for the last 6 months..
ii) That a junked dead body of Scooter is laying adjacent to our Park, in front of H.No. Block J-6/145 of Rajouri Garden has not been attended to remove for the last 6 months.
iii) That the rain water drain is without covers/jailis, required to be covered.

It is further submitted, Junior Engineer (Works & Maintenance) may please be asked to repair the front and back service lanes of H.No.132-145, Block J-6. The phootpath all around our park is also in worst condition required to be beautify with tiles.

MCD is a civic body and the residents always require the services of MCD staff/officials for proper maintenance & development of drains, roads, phoot-paths, parks and sanitation.

In view of the position explained above, you are, therefore requested to kindly issue essential instructions to the EE/AE/Sanitary Superintendent concerned to initiate prompt measures in the above matter and oblige the residents.
