i would like to bring to your kind notice that a construction at, f 27, lado sarai first floor to fourth floor which is illegal as per Govt. norms. It seems that the local police have nexus with the developing party, hence not taking any action. The base of the building, constructed by builder is not so strong that it could have more burden on it. This may cause any mis-happening any time and be a threat to the lives of its residents. The roof level has already been completed at present.
Sir, this construction is totally illegal, therefore we request you to please use your good office to remove this illegal construction at the earliest.
It will encourage others to follow the same practice. It is therefore prayed before your good-self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
In the above contest, after all no action has been taken yet and construction is under rapid progress.

Hardship caused by scattered building material, malba etc
Sir, in Block No. 6, Old Rajinder Nagar, a number of buildings are being constructed in builder-owner collaboration. While we have no problem with construction of buildings, our problem relates to squatting of construction material and malba on the street which is causing lot problem to the neighborhood. Sir, many buildings are under construction for the last about three years. . One such case is 6/36 Old Rajinder Nagar where construction activity started in December 2010 and due to differences between the owner and the builder, the construction activity is proceeding on snails pace with no end in the sight. The parking space has been occupied by construction material, even walking on the street is becoming difficult. As a result of scattered building material and malba people residing in the neighbourhood are having a tough time. All sorts of authorities including civic authorities have turned a blind eye for the reasons best known to them. But at the receiving end are the neighbours with no fault of theirs. Problem of neighbourhood could be mitigated to some extent by herding the construction material in such a way to cause minimum problem to the neighbours. But no body either the owner or builder nor the authorities seem concerned about the problem of neighbours and deteriorating civic environment. During these three years three monsoon seasons have passed and keeping in view the fact that construction material lying on streets chocked the drainage system the threat malaria and dengu is real. Even that has not moved the authorities. Please do something to salvage the situation.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Manak Vihar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at WZ-286 3rd floor, near tandoor chowk, Delhi -110018,
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. Before making his balcony i had suggest to him he had build actual size of balcony but he can, t understand me.
