we are resident of old roshanpura village najafgarh new delhi 110043 our complaint is against the illegal construction of doorsteps in our street near primary school pipal wala. we are facing lots of problem because of these doorsteps our street is not more than 15 feet wide and because of these doorsteps our street is looking more congested than it is in exact so help us in this matter

i want to draw your attention on illegal construction in yamuna vihar. The address is b-1/33, yamuna vihar, delhi-110053.the whole construction is not according to map and they extended the balcony upto 4 ft.outside the plot area from front and back both sides.they also constructed the two houses on one plot.i have register the so many times but no action has been taken.plse take necessary action.

This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at lado sarai khasra no 316 opposite mahipal house builder and owner of the house is dharma singh and kirshan

The owner of this property is making 4 story building in this area, we are sending complaint so many times to M.C.D.. DEPUTY COMMISONER OF M.C.D GREEN PARK BUT THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN FROM THE DEPUTY COMMISONER
M.C.D. Official, and Delhi Police Official taken bribes.

We have made complaint to commisoner of mcd 5to 6 times but till today[protected] no action has been taken

Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the Building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.


We are expecting some serious action against the same.

This is to bring under your kind notice that the unauthorized Construction is going on in Flat no-195B to 195D Pocket-B Mayur vihar Phase-2 Delhi-91

They have covered all the open spaces in front, roof and shaft with RCC lenter and brick walls.

You are therefore requested to please take immediate action against them because the building is not in a condition to bear that extra load, and the craks have come.

So kindly safe the life's of the persons please you inshore the stop the all construction we all very much thank full to you..

It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 4th floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.

We the people of the locality has already requested the owner (Mr Omparkas sharma) not to construct the building in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction threaten us and said that you cannot stop me as I have already have setting with the govt official concerns

This is to inform you that under heavy political influence and shelter of police in urban cityzone, building section Assistant Engineer and junior engineer and local police are hands in glove for the construction of mafia men Rajender Kumar S/O late Yaad Ram, Dharmender Kumar, and Pappu (bhai), a notorious criminal, property code No. 281, Phatak Kiror, Ajmeri Gate Delhi-6, a multi story building for the purpose of godown and flats is under construction in illegal manner. Alongside is a primary school and is under threat from them. It is a residential colony . They go to police to complain but are shooed away by the police and people named above, threatening to kill them.

They are making mockery of the law. As said above the concerned officials have taken hefty bribes and it still hasn't been booked under illegal construction. But sir, the mafia man Rajender Kumar is an influential man who has bribed the local police and politicians and the construction is in full swing. They are constantly threatening the residents with fake complaints against them. It is hereby requested to please take serious notice of this email and take legal action to pull down this illegal construction and file an FIR against the mafia man Rajender Kumar, Dharmender Kumar and Pappu (bhai). They are hardened goons of the area. We badly need protection for us and our property.

We are residence of D block Dwarka Puri Vijay Enclave Palam Dabri Road New Delhi.

This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at D-85 Dwarka Puri Vijay Enclave(Near Shiv Maim Market). We having 20 ft road but maximum is covered by them. Shocking is this that the road are cover by MCD material they got all things around the area. Now renovation is going on and they covering some more road area. Every body having problem, while crossing her home.

Our problem is illegal construction and we cannot cross by car easily after a wide road.

We are expecting some serious action against the same.

On behalf of 8-9 flat owners of bldg. no. J-4/57, the RWA of Blocks J4-J3 Khirki Extn. Malviya Nagar would like to bring to your kind notice that a construction of 4th floor is in progress at Bldg. No. J-4/57 Khirki Extn. which is illegal as per Govt. norms. It seems that the local police have nexus with the developing party, hence not taking any action. The base of the building, constructed by builder is not so strong that it could have more burden on it. This may cause any mis-happening any time and be a threat to the lives of its residents. The roof level has already been completed at present.

Sir, the above 4th floor being constructed is totally illegal, therefore we request you to please use your good office to remove this illegal construction at the earliest.
