This is to inform that my landline connection [protected] is cut due to mtnl problem from[protected] to[protected].someone is use my phone .According to rules i am not paying money for that period in which i am not use that phone but mtnl members not realised their mistakes & i also give complaint to noodle officer ,eastern court on[protected].please solve my problem.

This to informed you my landline connection no [protected] is cut due to metro work for last six month. I personnel went to exchange so many time but no one resovle my problem, finaly my landline connection [protected] is dead for six month, now you are sending me bills regulary. Please stop the billing because my landline is not a working connection for last sixth month.

    I had sent a complaint to MTNL billing section Prabhadevi, Mumbai and also to MTNL Exchange, Bandra Kurla complex as communicated to me while contacting the costumer service centre of the service provider. Both the letters were sent back without receiving.
    Complaint related to the excess billing in respect of roaming within Maharashtra. Even call to toll free numbers were charged. Incoming and outgoing calls were cahrged as roaming during stay in Maharashtra. Further a payment already made is shown as outstanding. Please help how to contact the service provider to submit a written compliant

      sir,
      my name is kamal nayan and my phone no is 22960436. i want to complaint about my landline telephone which is not working properly there is a humming type sound occurs very much, also in this month i have Rs450 extra in my bill with out any extra usage and also i did not get my bill of this month that is why after waiting so long i used to pay my bill on last date but there was problem occuring in machine of duplicate bill, that is why i was not able to pay my bill on time.And now i d'nt want to pay my fine as there was not my mistake in the late payment of bill, now please accept my bill without any late payment.

        un-numbered personnal visits to your Najafgarh Branch
        Office.................my broadband speed is not yet working

        I have received a numbers of call from the MTNL GM office that your
        email is now working or not....................................
        And as inform you earlier that 5 - 6 Nos. representatives of yours
        came to my residence and as per their wordings NON of them are
        engineers.....................
        EARLIER visit they come to the conclusion that My PC is faulty.................
        IN TODAY VISIT they come to the conclusion that MY LAPTOP is faulty..........
        In the Evening two representative came with another LAPTOP and AGREE
        /COMMITTED that it was due to low SPEED of broadband....

        JUST NOW I took my PC and LAPTOP to the nearest Cyber Cafe and their
        the GMAIL is running in full SWING, no error is shown there.

        REQUESTED TO KINDLY SEND ANY ENGINEER TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM....
        EITHER RETURN BACK MY ALL THE PAYMENT, WHICH I HAD PAID TO MTNL AS
        MONTHLY BROADBAND CONNECTION...............
        As I told u earlier that SINCE I HAD TAKEN THE BROADBAND it will not
        run 15 days + till date.......................

        SIR, If my LAPTOP and PC is running the www.gmail.com without any
        problem outside ANY OF THE CYBER CAFE..........Why does not it will
        run at MTNL Broadband at my residence..................

        Again requested you to correct / increase the speed so that I can work....
        Also ADJUST / RETURN all the payment paid to MTNL since I HAD TAKEN

        I regret to bring to your kind notice, my sad experience with getting
        an MTNL internet connection installed at my home. I had registered
        for an MTNL Broadband connection in the month of May, 2009.

        By the day lf Installed connection it is not working properly.
        Anytime , the connection got disconnected.
        From that day onwards till today, nothing has been done about it.

        I have made many complaints but the internet connection has not been
        restored and working properly in full swing.

        When called, the reply I get from the official is, "Every time when I
        visited personnaly to the conecerned area office they said that very
        soon the probelm will be sort out by our engineers.

        I have'nt even used the internet for one week regulary in one go.
        Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet restored
        at the earliest.

        I would also like to khow wheather the monthly charges towards the
        internet connection would be PROPORTIONATELY DISCOUNTED FOR THE NUMBER
        OF DAYS THE INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING.

        TODAY IN MY ABSENCE A TECHNICIAN FROM MTNL OFFICE
        CAME....................BUT THE SPEED IS NOT
        THERE.....................HE ONLY START MNTN.IN SITE TO MY PARENTS,
        WHO ARE NOT AWARE ABOUT ANY COMPUTER APPLICATIONS.

        While on working on gmail eveytime THE ERROR SHOWN IS AS UNDER :-

        Telephone No.[protected] has been installed at my house for the past about 5 yrs. I am also availing Broadband facilities in a combo plan.
        My internet is not working for the past 15 days. It disconnects while working and thereafter some time it comes back. Its speed as promised has also not been activated at present. I have made several complaints in this regards but no action has been taken. May I request you to look into this personally and get the rectified?

        Sometime it is connected in day time n totally disconnected at the night time and in the morning.
        "I think that someone else is trying to connect to our telephone line which is creating this problem daily" It disconnects while taking and thereafter some time it comes back.

        Telephone no 29535184 is a clssic exaple of the inefficient, unresponsive and callous attitude of the working of a white elephant like organisation MTNL.
        My telephone no 29535184 has not been working for more than 20 days.I have been complaining to no avail.Past complaint nos being 102 & 260.
        now I regret my decision for gerting MTNL connection instead of a private oprator.
        Is there someone listeing to this apathyand negligence.and do the needfull.

          am Vikash tyagi and my phone number is:- [protected]. i availed the service of internet with this connection. this is the first time i am using MTNL number. i varified and confirmed with Mr. brjesh at posangipur sanchar haat about the internet plan. he asked me to opt for Rs. 649 (Trib band combo) plan including rs. 50 for modem and told me that i will get free surfing and downloadin in that, in the customer services i was told that the rs. 599 plan is for free downloading and surfing not the 649, if this is true am i fool that i will pay 50 rupess extra and not getting free downloading and surfing? now i have charged with some rs.2700 for internet usage. i logged a complaint in MTNl and they are now saying rs. 1288 rebate can be given. whay they are asking for 1500 whan it is not my fault. is this a planned way to make money and foxed customer.

              I would like to inform you that I have received a call from a cll center for MTNL broadband connection and I asked them to send their represantative and they have come with form and got signed and collected Rs 500/- but till date they have not connected broadband since 6 months and when I call them they do not reply.

                This is bring to your kind notice that I am a MTNL consumer and my telephone no. is 22628912, this phone connection has been cross linking with an another number[protected]from the last 15 days.I had registered the complaint many times and the last complaint was registered dated on 01/09/09complaint No: 39, but till the date nobody has attended the complaint.I feel that due to the cross linking of the phone connection my telephone bill amount may be going high for next time because both the consumers are using the same landline connection.

                  I have a MTNL Broadband Connection which i want to discontinue. We had checked with the Call Centre(1500) the details & proceedings that need to be carried out to discontinue services. We were told that we need to submit an application on the name of the Commercial Officer at the Radhu Palace office with the copy of the previous bill. On going there we were told that they can't accept the same as we need to submit the Modem as well for disconnection. Now the third time we had gone with the Modem now they need wires & clips as well. This too much of harrasment. Why can't we be told once for all that what all has to be submitted. It to much hassle with such poor services delievered. Please help us as it is not possible to go there as many times as they want. I[censored] can come to my place and collect everythng and discontinue the services that would be great.

                  Dear sir,
                  I got the broad band connection after 4 months of registration, I booked it it in Feb. 2008 &got connection in may 2008.I waited for this long because being a central govt. employees; I have to use MTNL connection to get it reimbursed from my department.
                  It stopped working from 12/8/2008 as there was cable problem. My landline phone also went out of service from the same time. Although my phone remained nonfunctional, but broadband started on 3/9/2008 after a period of about 20 days.
                  My phone resumed working but broadband stopped working w.e.f.12/9/2008.
                  I contacted 1504 .They advised some configuration of setting in DNS.
                  On 17/9/2008 they suggested it as a exchange problem & booked a complained Vide no 113 dated 17/9/2008. No action was taken &problem did not resolve.
                  I booked another complained on 22/9/2008 vide no.23 dated 22/9/2008.No action again.
                  I contacted again on 05/10/2008.They booked a complaint again wide no9308 dated 05/10/2008.
                  Mr. Gautam contacted on 05/10/2008 in response to above complained &after checking said it is showing inactive. He suggested to visit exchange to get it rectified.
                  In time of rapid communication system, he insisted that you have to visit exchange to get it rectified...Mere forwarding of complaint will not do.
                  I tried to contact area manager on [protected] but he never picks up his phone. His office phone22376363 only directs me to phone numbers which are also not picked up.
                  Please tell me why I should not seek redressal from consumer court for deficiency of service. I have paid one month of landline bill although it was out of order for more than one month. I am paying .Broad band charges with out it functioning properly.
                  I request you to the connection rectified& appropriate reduction in bill .

                  broadband services not working properly 20 days
                  I have been using MTNL landline and broadband since 2011 and it works only 10 days in a month. I have stopped using the phone totally and just paying to maintain an address proof. It is a pain to have MTNL for 700 Rs/month without any service.

                  my mtnl landline number is 28974868..i want to discontinue broadband services and just want to have incoming calls that too of lower plan...so i request you to discontinue broadband services as soon as possibe..THANKING YOU
                  MTNL Mumbai has disconnected my broadband connection for no. 26830213 CANO [protected] since 18th January 2018 with ficticious reason of non payment of bills though bills were duly paid deducting proportionate amount for non working of telephone for 1 & 1/2 month in September 2017 as well as for 15 days of internet blackout in October 2017. This was informed to your billing section. while making payments.

                  Still my telephone's outgoing & internet was disconnected since 18th January 2018. Immediately I had called on 1504 (goregoan call centre) & asked them to disconnect even the incoming call facility & collect all instruments installed for the purpose.

                  on 20th January 2018 I had taken internet connection from Hathway immediately as I was tired of MTNL policy. under the circumstances there was no meaning for your message on 30th January 2018 saying [protected]@a is activated. I do not need it now.

                    Dear Concerned,

                    Our landline MTNL number is[protected] in the name of Mr Rishi Raj Malhotra, Vasant Kunj.
                    The outgoing calls have been barred since 13th Aug'09 even when all the bills have been paid.
                    Again a bill have been received but the outbound calls are still inactive even after 3 weeks.
                    The details of the bill are as follows:

                    The bill number # [protected], bill date: 13/07/09 was paid on 17 Aug 2009, Chq Paid-MICR CTS-NE-MTNL, cheque number : 795380 for Rs 652.00.
                    Another Bill Number # [protected], bill date: 13/08/09 was paid on 26 Aug 2009, Chq Paid-MICR CTS-NE-MTNL, cheque number : 795381 for Rs 418.00.

                    Request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and get the outgoing calls activated as soon as possible as the number belongs to a senior citizen who is dependent on the landline phone only for any problem.

                    MTNL Landline — mismatch of line and billing of faulty number

                    Sir, my landline number is 27018075. but the line have been mismatched with other's number.i checked it one day incidentally when i called on my landline through my mobile. i asked to the person to complaint and said problem but he is giving strange response. i had filed the complaint to the local exchange officer but they are also not taking sufficient actions. and den after a month, i will have to pay the unused calls for the faulty number.

                      I am billing customer of MTNL, Mumbai. My number is [protected]

                      I have paid my bill through Cheque and which is clear on 24.08.09 but still my service not activated ( even today on 28.08.09)
                      I had spoken with customer care of MTNL which having very poor response as per below :

                      1 day-
                      1st call - system not upgrated and they are not able check
                      2nd call - system not upgrated and they are not able check

                      2 day -
                      1st call - system not upgrated and they are not able check
                      2nd call - system not upgrated and they are not able check

                      3 day -
                      1st call - system not upgrated and they are not able check
                      2nd call - compaint register

                      4 day -
                      1st call - not ready to connect me to senior
                      2nd call - Customer care given number of BKC office where nobody pick up the call
                      3nd call - Customer care given e-mail id which not responded.

                      Very poor customer care service.

                        MTNL land line no. 25652733 is in my name and its not working properly, some time no dial tone, some time noice etc. etc. I made many complaints about the fault on mtnl complaint cell but no action from mTNL side., just they r deleating the complaint without rectification of the fault. This type of atttute of MTNL since last 2 months with me. for example compalint no. 826 dated 27.08.2009 & 461 dated 28.08.2009 may be seen.

                        The concered authorites were also conteced over their mobiles also but no responce till date

                            Hi,

                            I am a resident of Palam Extn, Dwarka, Sec-7 and I got my telephone (No.[protected] disconnected on 8th of May 09 and deposited the instruments at Dwarka telephone exchange and got the receipt for the same. Then I applied for the Registration amount refund of Rs.3000/- on 12 May 2009 at MTNL Dabri office. After more than 75 days of submitting my application I received a cheque with amount of Rs.354/-. I was shocked to see the amount. So a couple of days later I went to Dabri exchange to confirm the details of the deductions they have made. When I contacted the concerned person he told me that he knowingly deducted the Telephone instrument damage charges of all the applications he had received (may be just to reduce his work, as they remain very busy...) and that was the second shock because I had already submitted a copy of instruments deposit along with my application form, so how did he not checked that? But, he simply ignored that and just deducted the damaged charges, which shouldn't have been done. That means it's the customers headache to confirm what happened if anyone do care to receive the full refund amount and if not then all that amount goes to MTNL only and their profit is increased. Great way!

                            Then I again resubmitted the copy of instrument deposit and a copy of the cheque details I have received on 30 july 2009 and the concerned person confirmed that I will receive the cheque for remaining amount within 10 days from now. But when i contacted the Dabri office after 10 days they said they have sent the details of amount to the Mayapuri MTNL office on 7th August 2009 and you will receive the cheque from Mayapuri office. On 18th August I contacted Ms Meena at the Mayapuri office about the refund and she said the cheques are not yet ready as they receive lots of cheques daily in bulk so you better confirm it next week if it is ready or not.

                            So, I contacated Ms Meena again today and what she found in the system was the details of last cheque prepared of Rs.354/- and have no idea about the balance refund.

                            It's been more than 90 days that I have yet to receive my full refund amount.

                              MTNL network system — MTNL poor network system

                              Hi
                              I'm Dolphin Connection user since Last 5 Years. There is many problem with MTNL network system
                              One of Them is Inside of the state Bill Show Roaming Charges. I had Complain to customer care but there is not satisfaction on this issue
                              Again Big problem is poor network condition in NCR Of delhi. MTNL Show that they are one of the Big Network providing company But what is reality.

                              I have been facing severe network problems (no network, call dropping and terrible network fluctuations - one moment faint network, another moment its gone) since 25th Dec 2009. I ignored it till 2nd Jan 2010 thinking it to be usual Dolphin prob of not being able to cope up with such loads. But for the past 3 days, I have almost no network. I am fed up.. Only msgs work, because they get transmitted after a long time during some faint network spell.
                              I also tried manual connectivity, Dolphin is sometimes listed sometimes NOT. When I requested access, I was denied. So I switched it back to automatic. I was wondering if this prob could be solved by RESETTING my account permissions.
                              Please do the needful at the earliest.

                              mtnl dolphin — Problem not solved by MTNL even after 2 years

                              I am having network problem for the past 2 years. The network goes very frquently abruptly. Apart from that there is also no network at the time of power cut. My mobile number is [protected] and I have filed numerous complaints over the period of 2 years but my problem is yet to be solved.
                              I also agree hundred percent with the above complaints. I am also using dolphin number since very long time and lived in the area of Laxmi Nagar/ Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 but the coverage of network is "0". I am waiting and watching network coverage regularly. If this problem will contiue, I will surender dolphin numbers and will take another company connection. The Officers and staff of MTNL are not sincerely doing their job. If the Goverrment give the maintance of Networks to Private technical experts the problem will solve immediately.

                                Sir,
                                I am subscriber of mtnl Broadband 28787585. I am fed up of the services at customer care desk or any desk of mtnl. They are just sitting there, doing nothing.

                                Toll free no."Help desk of Services" provided on reverse of the bill including latest bill is [protected]. However, this connects to Police Head quarters. They threaten us to file comlain against me.

                                However, I called several times on all the concerned tel.nos, but to no avail. They simply pick up and disconnects the line.Others provide us no heed/attention.

                                I am fix. Kindly help. I am paying but not able to use conveniently.

                                    I am a regular consumer of MTNL Delhi Dolphin services (Mobile NOs. [protected] & [protected]). The Network of Dolphin remains disturbed frequently. Owing to the problem of disturbed network, I have been suffering great difficulties for attending incoming & outgoing calls for last month of july & aug 2009: Some time while talking on mobile the network fails, calls disconnects & it causes huge problems to the users.

                                    1. This to inform that I am a contented customer of MTNL services for many years, and have been using services on mobile numbers [protected] / [protected].
                                    2. However, for past over a month there is no coverage at (Approximately 200 Meters around) my residence at 03 Sector 20 NOIDA. UP 201301. I had reported the same at the Sanchar Hut, Sector 18 NOIDA UP. The Officer In charge had attended to the complaint and suggested that this matter needs to be taken up with higher authorities to resolve the issue. It is therefore requested that necessary action be taken to resolve the problem of ‘no network coverage’ at house no 03 sector 29 NIODA, UP.

                                    I am a dedicated Dolphin Trump Customer, but during the past few months I have been facing network problems with this Dolphin Trump service. I have called the customer care a number of times and have tried registering complaints regarding the same... but yet nothing has been done regarding the matter.                                         Dear Dharvesh, Go to Bol.net.in and at the bottom left there is an option ( List in End ) which says " Test speed of Broadband connection " . Click that and make sure you are not using the net while testing. Click on either option as applicable and it will give you the speed. Incase it shows something other that your expectation then contact your MTNL call directory and get the Executive Director's Nos. for your region. Trust me - IT"S FAST
                                        I have an internet connection from MTNL. The same hasn't been working for over four months. We have lodged several complaints at the compliant numbers but no action has been taken so far-despite repeated follow ups. Can someone please see to this urgently. I think I am paying MTNL for the service but if it doesnt work then they should just come and disconnect it and save me further expense.
