Please come and visit the Pandav Nagar specially B-block area where you will see the the illegal Unauthorized Construction in house no. B-121 and in front house to then check House No.B-214 Which is constructed on the Nala and covered the major part of road. If Fire brigade, police or Ambulance wants to take their vehicles in this lane its not possible because of this house which is causing the problem to everyone.

House no. B-400 selling the illegal liquor and providing the place to drink in front of the house which is also unauthorized construction. House no. B-401 covering the road because its on T-point. The House No.B-402 is covering the whose Electric pole so the street is always dark. There are many problems like this please come and visit this place and take the immediate action.

There is a hoose at Moti Nagar (Address- 10/10, Ground Floor, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015). The owner has given the house on rent. The tenants are using the house for commercial work. Everyday many trucks are coming and loading and unloading the waste material. All the neighbours suffering a lot from their noise.

Please take necessary action to reso;ve the same on priority. Or tell us if there is any other option for complaining the same.

House No 1329 Sector A Pocket B Vasant Kunj has illegally encroached on common area which is a pathway for about 100 houses. The owner has constructed a room, pillars and has also cordoned off the remaining area.

Please refer to our complaint of Flat No. 105 & 106 ground floors, Bharat Appartment G/H Society Plot No.20, Sector -13, Rohini, Delhi-110085. Three more stories flats are built up on the ground floor. Flats are built on walls in place of pillars. Owner of ground floors has removed the original walls and built differently. On our earlier complaint MCD forced reconstruction of some main original walls only. But after some time the owner has again removed the main walls putting risks to residents o[censored]pper floors in a situation of eathquake which is eminent as predicted by disaster management.

Dear Sir,

Taking advantage of the Model Code Of Conduct ahead of the Civic Election the Builder Mafia is constructing buildings in E-Block, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 yards, New Delhi-110027 (WARD - 106) without following any procedures or rules. In short span of time a lot of people/builders had carried out unathorised construction in their homes. The Builder Mafia is on top in conducting U/C in E-Block Tagore Garden Extn., ND-27 taking advantage of the MCD Elections.

That the Last list o[censored]/C booked in the WZ is uploaded on 1-2-2012 and that too for the month of December' 2011. Is there no U/C done in the WZ after December’ 2011 or the MCD is not interested in booking any U/C (reasons best known to them only) inspite of the fact that the builder mafia is constructing buildings on regular basis and in the E Block, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 Yards alone and atlest 18 to 20 U/C are being carried by them without following any procedures.

It looks that no MCD Engineers is visiting the area as no 4 stories building will come up in a week or so. That house no. : E-317, Tagore Garden Extn., is already booked for U/C vide B/UC/WZ-I/11/620 dated 2.9.2011 for U/C of entire GF & FF, no action has been taken yet and the result is inspite of property booked for U/C this building has been grown to Second Floor and Third Floor which is not reflected in the MCD U/C list. Similarly house no. E-343, Tagore Garden Extn., had U/C upto 3rd floor and no action has been taken what so ever.

Taking advantage of no action from the MCD other houses of the same builder mafia are being demolished by them to build their new unathorised construction which will begain within 2 weeks (house no : E-336 and E-337 of Ward No.; 106, Tagore Garden Extn., 80 yards, ND-27, and two other houses behind house no. : E-169. Hope some day some one will take some action against them.
