AM, AJAY KUMAR, NEW- Mahavir nagar L-65 new delhi -18, phone no- [protected] Secretary Distt, Tilak Nagar youth Congress stating that unauthorized construction has been done at 3rd, floor of property NO - B-85, C-83 and C-119, ganesh nagar new delhi - 18 without sanct on plan. so it is requested that necesary action may be taken in the matter as soon as possible and action taken report updated online.

MCD — UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTIONS

People are doing unauthorised constrution on road causing traffic problem in Rangpuri between house no 331 to 335. Police/MCD people has hand in gloves with the people who are doing unauthoried construction.Even they already don the lots of constructions on the road.

Kindly take the urgent metter with local MCD office.

main pahle bhi complaint kar chuki hoon par koi action nahin hua.
dekhia main is mr khurshid ki pahle bhi complaint kari hai par koi action nahin hua. akhir kyon is khurshid se mcd or delhi police darti hai ya inse paise lekar chale jate hain. sare illegal activity yeh sare aam kar raha hai par koi action nahin hota. 3 manzil delhi mein allow hain par isne 7 manzil makan banaya hai bina neev ke, ek eint ki diwar par, kabhi bhi yeh makan gir sakta hai, jisse jaan maal ki haani ho jayegi phir mcd kya karegi. aap turant action lekar ise gira den. inka welding ka kaam bhi chalta hai jo ki illegal hai pollution wala hai, road ke beecho beech welding ka kam chal raha hai, na to mcd ke karamchari ise rokte na hi police. aakhir aise kyon sara jaam is welding ke kaam ki vajah se laga rahta hai. aap is complaint ki turant khabar len or is makan ko gira den.

I m registered my complaint in Civic centre, Complaint no. 12211 and also my call forwarded to mcd south shahadra zone, Complaint no 2224. but no better action is taken, then i m give the compliant in written to DC office in shahadra south zone, he recived my compliant & give me receving but no action is taken after all these things, im compliant the rajniwas but till no action so please look in to the matter, below are the details.
I would like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standing plan of the construction. As per the standard parameters of Delhi Government in the residential area 5th floor is not permitted, but our neighbour addressed A-164, west vinod nagar, Delhi-92 is constructing the 5th floor . This thing is very risky for the entire locality and the respective building .

So please stop this unauthorized construction.

once MCD had sealed the shop after one one he open again WELDING WORKSHOP AT THE FRONT OF THE SHOP AND REGULARLY DOING THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WITHOUT ANY AFRAID. ROADS ARE BLOCKS AND ALWAYS ROAD IS JAMMED. HIS BUILDING IS WITHOUT PILLERS. IT IS ANY TIME FELL DOWN. LIVES ARE IN DANGEROUS SITUATION. SO PL ACTION IMMIDIATLY.

I would like to inform you that there is an illegal construction is going on in B-93 Nehru Vihar,near Timarpur New Delhi 54.They are constructed a four story building(that is unauthorised) without permission & covered a large area of park.They have also extended their balcony (chhajja).
You are requested to take the immediate action against the occupier and remove the illegal construction as early as possible.

Builders are still purchasing / encroaching govt. land in the area for illegal construction

It is requested to instruct respected department to look into this and stop the unauthorized construction.

This alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD,

Inspite of several letters to DDA and MCD no action has been taken till date.

there is a illegal construction going on B-71 OLD POST OFFICE LANE SHAKARPUR DELHI-92 name P.P SHARMAwhich is creating a lot of disturbance to neighbours . they had captured the lane with full of their materials i.e is bricks.cement, wood etc through which no one can take their vehicle.
v hd requested several times but they don't bothered on them and warn us "jo tere se ho sakta hai kr le" so plzzz take an immediate action towards them and get the lane free so tht v cn take our car or bike inside our house with out any problem.
they r also creting dust pollution you should warn them tht they should use the polythene or any cover so tht the neighbours dnt get the dust etc.
