I like to inform you that in our colony there are every where unauthorized construction has been created. One construction is made on the road by one sikh man at Mayur Vihar I Pkt % chowk and he cross all the limit of illegal construction when he made a bulding on the road ( chowk of Pkt % N Shashi Garden) he gave this bulding on rent to DENA BANK. same as Bulding No B110 shashi garden is fully on the road.infact ones time were demolished by MCD last year but they have been remade, Sir If you come there you can see the whole thing which i explain you.its going to be very difficult. so plz take needful action against illagel construction, bcz Commen Welth games is so near and we have to see sistamatic and green delhi. thanking you

In Pocket B-3/ Sector-6 of rohini people have made unauthorised construction on the squares made by the MCD for the community to park there vehicles. People have had the public property of the area covered and made it their own parking space. Please look into the matter at the earliest

Unauthorised construction at T-62C, Top Floor, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17 is running from last 15-30 days but no action taken to stop the construction by MCD. As it is very old building it is very high risk for the building to sustain. Therefore take action to stop the construction.

on the third floor of property situated at 231, Near Meat Shop, Gali No. 1, Ghaffar Manzil, Jamia Nagar, Delhi-110025 illegal and unauthorised construction is being carried out.The same has been reported to officials of MCD but the construction is still being carried out with the connivance of officials theryby jeopardising the life of its dwellers.

Illegal constructions have been going on in Gatam nagar near kaka STD plot no 97

MCD have not taken any actions in flats where they had demolished but were remade. looking at them, other people are also getting illegal construction done which is causing lot of harrasment to the residents. infact one flats balcony and extra room were demolished by MCD last year but they have been remade.all are made in under Mcd currupt employer.They made five floors in very small area for doing comercial activity in ressidential area.

It is to bring in your kind notice that illegal new building construction is on progress. Fast track work is doing in day night shifts. Plot No. 1352-J, Street No.-13, Govindpuri, New Delhi - 19. Builder is constructing ground, Ist, IInd and IIIrd floor without any maps & sanctioned plans.
This is clearly and purely against rules and regulation of Delhi police, MCD and other relative authorities. All concern officers look into the matter seriously and take appreciable action immediately with effects.
Construction is purely unauthorized which should be immediately demolished and sealed as per laws.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice builder / property dealer have done unauthorized construction on building anchoring balcony / back lane & side lane 3 to 5 feet on road. At Block A-6 are as follows A-6/ 42, A-6/66, A-6/59, A-6/58, Police & MCD did nothing when it happened so please I request u kindly demolish all these unauthorized construction in block A-6, if no action taken I will take this to court also sorry to say like this but I m very unhappy about this please something about it.
Kindly, look in this matter or we have to go to the higher authorities.

Sir, this is unfair with us that we are the nearby colony people hampering by this kind of nuicence. Please remove the unauthorised construction immediately.

Sir, This is regarding the unauthorised construction near the plot No. 9 at east avenue market by a scooter repair mechanic. He encrosed the sub lane by providing the brick wall and putting the collepsible shutter overruling the law. please remove the construction immediatl. We feel unsecured and inconvinienece due to throwing the bad chemicals and sitting the bad elements. whole area seems as a garvage place in perticular area. People complaint lots of time to the concern department but no action has been taken against him. Please take action agaist him soon by removing the unauthorised construction from the footpath also remove the grill he fixed on the gali.

Most hazardous from security as well as domestic walkers prospective are vegetable hawkers on the small narrow roads Like Shani bazaar, Som Bazar etc. this is nothing more than a nuisance for the local residents in and around such areas, but yes HUFTA earning for few gundas with blessings from Local Police Chokis. It is quite possible that any antisocial activity could be carried easily under this garb. Moreover, It becomes difficult for a lady to walk through such streets where these weekly hawkers cover both sides of the small galli’s. in case of an emergency there is no smooth way possible, in case of fire or ambulance it becomes impossible to move in such roads. All such nuisance has been observed in and around Kakrola, Vipin Garden, Nawada Housing areas.

I am residents od Dilshad Garden C-block since 2001. but my neighbour has C-21/ X1 Smt Shanti Devi has covered all public land which was provided
for parking.she have ground floor and covered total parking place. so please washed out illlegal contruction.
2.She have kept 1500 litre tank on roof.so other residents of the building not getting water. so it should be removed.
3. She has changed the all basic structure of flat. building may be collaspe any time. so you should make proper arangement.

She is so powerful by finace so please do your duty faith fully. and my name must be confidencial. otherwise my will be in danger

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Mahendru Enclave, Block C-161A, First Floor, Delhi-110009. I want to complain about unauthorised digging work done by some over-enthusiast residents welfare association personnel at the gate of Mahendru Enclave towards the ring road side, near Dr. Buta's Dental Clinic. It appears that they are putting in some unauthorised gates on the passage thereby curbing the free movement of people and vehicles. But I regret to inform you that they have left the work unfinished leaving behind two pits of around 4 feet depth for the last 15 days. In this rainy season as and when the rain comes these pits are filled with water and the water logging on the road. Lot many children have fallen into these pits, since they cannot see the pit, I request you to take suitable action to fill the pits and stop this nuisance o[censored]nauthorised impediments on the public road.
Further I may also request you to take up the matter of closing the colony gates in the day time, which is creating traffic jams on a single road, with the association bearers since they are not listening to the proper advice in this regard.

UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION IN DILSHAD GARDEN

DEAR SIR,
THERE WAS AN UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION GOING ON DILSHAD GARDEN POCKET A 112-A, B, C, D .THIS CONSTRUCTION WAS TAKING PLACE SINCE EARLY 2010.

INSPITE OF OUR REGULAR COMPLAINTS AND REQUEST TO THE POLICE STATION AND THE RESPECTIVE M.C.D OFFICE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW
AT PRESENT THIS CONSTRUCTION HAS REACHED 2ND FLOOR .
THERE IS WATER LOGGING AND VIBRATIONS IN OUR BUILDING .WE ARE VERY MUCH AFFRAID THAT THIS MIGHT LEAD TO AN EPIDEMIC BREAK .THIS CAN ALSO LEAD TO OUR BUILDING BEING DAMAGED .
WE HOPE YOU WIIL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TOWARDS THIS CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLISH THE UNAUTHORISED STRUCTURE.

I woud like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the Road made by DDA. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other flat owners. We would want someone to go and atleast look at it 4/17 Jung pur extension ground floor.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that Mr. Bhushan Yadav who is the owner of 2nd Floor, has owned the fourth floor also(which is unAuthorised), and after this he always used to made construction on this floor.
His alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD,
Will be adopted as a routine affair by all other neighbouring people.
We hope thet MCD Dept. will take strict action against UnAuthorised Constructions like this & penalise the people deviating the said Laws & structure laid down by MCD.

MCD — Illegal Construction in SFS Flats (Sarita Vihar)

My neighbours (A 166, A 167 & A168) are in competition of capturing public land adjacent to building. MCD employees come s for demolition but goes away with little drama and allows house owner to continue with construction.

We don't know, who will be the right authority to approach for stopping this menace in the society.
